Ferroelectric-controlled graphene plasmonic surfaces for all-optical neuromorphic vision

Artificial visual systems can recognize desired objects and information from complex environments, and are therefore highly desired for pattern recognition, object detection, and imaging applications. However, state-of-the-art artificial visual systems with high recognition performances that typically consist of electronic devices face the challenges of requiring huge storage space and high power consumption owing to redundant data. Here, we report a terahertz(THz) frequency-selective surface using a graphene split-ring resonator driven by ferroelectric polarization for efficient visual system applications. The downward polarization of the ferroelectric material offers an ultrahigh electrostatic field for doping p-type graphene with an anticipated Fermi level. By optimizing the geometric parameters of the devices and modulating the carrier behaviors of graphene, our plasmonic devices exhibit a tunable spectral response in a range of 1.7–6.0 THz with continuous transmission values. The alloptical neural network using graphene plasmonic surfaces designed in this study exhibited excellent performance in visual preprocessing and convolutional filtering and achieved an ultrahigh recognition accuracy of up to 99.3% in training the Modified National Institute of Standards and Technology(MNIST) handwritten digit dataset. These features demonstrate the great potential of graphene plasmonic devices for future smart artificial vision systems.

One-step fabrication of TiO2/graphene hybrid mesoporous film with enhanced photocatalytic activity and photovoltaic performance

We synthesized a mesoporous film based on TiO2-reduced graphene oxide(RGO)hybrids using a one-step vapor-thermal method without the need for an additional annealing *** vapor-thermally prepared TiO2-graphene hybrid(VTH)features unique structures with an ultra-large specific surface area of^260 m^2 g^-1 and low aggregation,giving rise to enhanced light harvesting and increased charge generation and separation *** was observed that a mesoporous film with uniform pore distribution is simultaneously obtained during the VTH growth *** a 5.0 wt%RGO VTH film was used as the active layer in photocatalysis,the highest photocatalytic activity for degradation of methyl orange was *** another,when a 0.75 wt%RGO VTH film was used as the photoanode in a dye-sensitized solar cell,the power conversion efficiency reached 7.58%,which represents an increase of 73.1%compared to a solar cell using an a photoanode of pure TiO2 synthesized by a traditional solvothermal *** is expected that this facile method for the synthesis of TiO2/graphene hybrid mesoporous films will be useful in practical applications for preparing other metal oxide/graphene hybrids with ultra-high photocatalytic activity and photovoltaic performance.

Self-powered photodetectors can convert light into electrical signals without external power input and are widely used in applications such as imaging,sensing,communication,and *** most popular approach for constructing a self-powered photodetector is typically based on the fabrication of an asymmetric metal-semiconductor(MS)contact;however,this technique is seriously limited by the Fermi-level pinning ***,we report a room-temperature photodetector based on multi-layer MoS_(2) sandwiched between two separated asymmetric graphene *** photodetector was driven by the built-in electric field generated by a van der Waals(vd W)contact instead of the traditional MS *** under zero-bias voltage,the highest photoresponsivity of 0.63 AW^(-1) and a specific detectivity of 7.71×10^(12) Jones were achieved at a wavelength of 450 nm with 0.08μW cm^(-2) incident power *** with devices using symmetric contacts,a high ON/OFF current ratio of approximately 1520 and a fast response time on the order of microseconds were also observed in our asymmetric graphene contact *** experimental results may open a novel way toward the realization of vd W contacts for the fabrication of selfpowered photodetectors.

【目的】研究调整井固井时因地层水侵入水泥浆的问题,通过加入抗分散聚合物提高油井水泥凝固前抗水侵能力。【方法】采用2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、丙烯酰胺、α-甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸十八酯为主要原料,十二烷基硫酸钠为稳定剂,过硫酸胺为引发剂,以水溶液自由基聚合法制备聚合物KSQ-Z;评价聚合物KSQ-Z的抗分散效果,并借助X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜对掺入聚合物材料的水泥石进行微观测试,探究KSQ-Z抗分散机制。【结果】KSQ-Z是一种含酯基的聚合物;KSQ-Z掺量(质量分数,下同)的增加可明显提高水泥浆的抗分散性,其中掺量为1.2%时效果最好;同未水侵组相比,水灰质量比分别为0.46、0.48、0.50的实验组掺入质量分数为1.2%的KSQ-Z的水泥浆养护7 d后的抗压强度分别提高41.1%、26.2%和21.8%;聚合物KSQ-Z通过形成的网状结构增加水泥石稳定性,使水泥石更加致密。【结论】聚合物KSQ-Z可增强水泥浆的内聚力,避免地层水对水泥浆的稀释和离子流失的影响,从而显著提高固井用水泥的抗水侵性能。

目的探讨腹腔镜与开腹根治结肠癌患者的安全性和疗效。方法 2009年1月至2014年3月,内蒙古包钢医院经病理证实为中期结肠癌患者98例,其中腹腔镜手术48例(腹腔镜组),开腹手术50例(开腹组),比较两组术后并发症发生率、部分免疫指标、3年无瘤生存率和总生存率。结果开腹组并发症发生率28.0%,高于腹腔镜组的7.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组3年无瘤生存率和总生存率比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。白细胞介素(IL)-2较术前均明显降低,开腹组术后较腹腔镜组降低更明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α及IL-6均明显高于术前,IL-6比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但术后7 d,TNF-α有向术前水平恢复趋势。干扰素(IFN)-γ、IL-10两组均有所下降,开腹组下降较腹腔镜组明显,(P<0.05)。两组患者的CD4+水平与CD8+水平均出现显著性降低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在手术后7 d,开腹组CD8+水平与CD4+水平降低更加明显,而NK细胞活性两组患者不明显,开腹组术后3 d降低,而腹腔镜组术后7 d降低。结论与开腹术相比,腹腔镜下结肠癌根治术安全可行,微创优势明显,可降低术后并发症发生率,近期疗效与传统开腹术相当,比传统开腹术对机体免疫功能影响更小,炎症反应更轻。

针对传统UserCF算法存在的数据稀疏、相似度计算开销大且不够准确的问题,以提高推荐准确率、覆盖率和时间效率为目标,设计了融合数据挖掘和评分预测的推荐算法DRR。首先用PCA降维算法解决用户评分矩阵过大且稀疏的问题;再用Canopy算法对降维后的矩阵进行处理得到聚类个数K,以余弦相似度为距离度量,用K-means算法对用户聚类,并用Apriori算法挖掘簇内项目之间潜在的关联规则,计算项目关联因子;最后以目标用户所在簇内的其他用户为其近邻,基于历史评分、余弦相似度和项目关联因子预测目标用户对项目的评分,在降低寻找最近邻时耗的同时挖掘出长尾项目。在movieLens数据集、豆瓣电影数据集上与UserCF算法、基于K-means聚类的协同过滤算法和基于谱聚类的协同过滤算法的对比实验结果表明,DRR算法的准确率、召回率、F1值、覆盖率,以及时间效率都有所提升。

目的探讨大黄素对人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7的促凋亡作用及其与JNK信号通路的关系。方法应用倒置显微镜观察人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7的生长情况,MTT法检测大黄素对人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7增殖的影响,用流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡,应用Western blot和免疫组织化学法检测JNK信号蛋白及其下游促凋亡蛋白AP-1的表达。结果大黄素可降低人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7增殖能力,具有时间依赖性和浓度依赖性。大黄素作用于人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7后,出现明显的早期凋亡现象(P<0.05)。不同浓度大黄素处理人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7后,均可引起JNK和JNK下游信号分子AP-1表达增强(P<0.05)。结论大黄素可降低人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7增殖能力,促进早期凋亡,可使人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7表达JNK和AP-1增强,促进人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7的凋亡。大黄素通过活化JNK信号转导途径抑制人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7增殖、促进凋亡。

Regulating the non-effective carriers transport for high-performance lithium metal batteries

The absence of control over carriers transport during electrochemical cycling,accompanied by the deterioration of the solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)and the growth of lithium dendrites,has hindered the development of lithium metal ***,a separator complexion consisting of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)nanofiber and MIL-101(Cr)particles prepared by electrospinning is proposed to bind the anions from the electrolyte utilizing abundant effective open metal sites in the MIL-101(Cr)particles to modulate the transport of non-effective *** binding effect of the PANM separator promotes uniform lithium metal deposition and enhances the stability of the SEI layer and long cycling stability of ultra-high nickel layered oxide *** PANM as the li||NCM96 separator enables high-voltage cycling stability,maintaining 72%capacity retention after 800 cycles at a charging and discharging rate of 0.2 C at a cut-off voltage of 4.5 V and 0°***,the excellent high-rate performance delivers a specific capacity of 156.3 mA h g^(-1) at 10 *** addition,outstanding cycling performance is realized from−20 to 60°*** separator engineering facilitates the electrochemical performance of lithium metal batteries and enlightens a facile and promising strategy to develop fast charge/discharge over a wide range of temperatures.
