＜正＞β-Amyloid（Aβ） aggregation has been strongly associated with the neurodegenerative pathology and a cascade of harmful events related to Alzheimer’s disease（AD）.Inhibition of Aβassembly,destabilization of preformed Aβaggregates and attenuation of the cytotoxicity of Aβoligomers and fibrils could be valuable therapeutics of patients with *** studies suggested that moderate consumption of red wine and intake of dietary polyphenols,such as resveratrol,may benefit AD phenotypes in animal models and reduce the relative risk for AD clinical *** understand the mechanism of this neuroprotection,we studied the effects of resveratrol,an active ingredient of polyphenols in wine and many plants,on the polymerization of Aβ42 monomer,the destabilization of Aβ42 fibril and the cell toxicity of Aβ42 in vitro using fluorescence spectroscopic analysis with thioflavin T（ThT）,transmission electron microscope （TEM）,Circular Dichroism（CD） and MTT *** results showed that resveratrol could dose-dependently inhibit Aβ42 fibril formation and cytotoxicity but could not prevent Aβ42 *** studies by Western-blot,dot-blot and ELISA confirmed that the addition of resveratrol resulted in numerous Aβ42 oligomer *** conjunction with the concept that Aβoligomers are linked to Aβtoxicity,we speculate that aside from potential antioxidant activities, resveratrol may directly bind to Aβ42,interfere in Aβ42 aggregation,change the Aβ42 oligomer conformation and attenuate Aβ42 oligomeric cytotoxicity.

On the basis of analyzing the mathematic model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor （PMSM）,a novel approach to PMSM servo system using fuzzy active disturbance rejection controller （ADRC） is presented in this paper,which can meet the needs of rejecting the disturbance and time-vibration of parameters for the AC servo *** and simulation of the servo system are done based on MATLAB/Simulink,and the parameters of the PID controller are automatically adjusted on line to correct the system by using fuzzy adaptive *** a fully digital AC servo system is designed according to the result of simulation using TMS320F2812,which is a type of Digital signal Processor （DSP）.According to the results of simulation and tests,the designed servo system controller based on the theory of fuzzy active disturbance rejection has strong robustness,and especially has better effect on restraining the overshoot.

We designed an interactive speech dialogue system between human and computer running on LAN. The system used SIP to do call control, transferred speech data by VoIP technique, found services, backup by dynamic DNS and DNS service resource record, defined a novel dynamic load balancing algorithm, which made the system have reliability, scalability and dynamic load balancing ability. This system integrated Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Text To Speech (TTS) and Natural Language Perception (NLP) technologies with a distributed architecture to allow multi-users to access and converse with it concurrently, which was the characteristic feature of the systems.

Compared with the general ball screw electromechanical actuators （EMAs）,direct drive EMAs have several attractive advantages such as more reliable,efficient,accurate,and integrated due to the elimination of the intermediate gear ***,the direct drive structure brings challenges to the servo control of the permanent magnetic synchronous motors （PMSMs） which are widely used in *** at improving the performance of the PMSM servo system,such as wide speed range and outstanding load disturbance-rejection ability,a novel active disturbance rejection control （ADRC） is presented in this *** begin with,as a technique for estimating and compensating uncertainties,characteristics,and principles of the ADRC strategy are introduced in detail by comparing with PID and several advanced control ***,based on the PMSM model in d-q frame,an ADRC controller for the d-axis current is designed to implement the rotor flux linkage oriented vector ***,ADRC controllers for the position and q-axis current are designed to complete the position servo *** results verify that the ADRC-based PMSM servo system is fast,precise,of no overshoot and strongly robust to load ***,the ADRC strategy is feasible in the PMSM servo control and this provides necessary technical support to the direct drive EMA,which is one of the enabling technologies for the all-electric aircraft （AEA）.

A new method based on Dynamic Data Exchange （DDE） technology for computer-aided alignment is put forward in this paper. It is adopted to realize the automatic data transferring between Matlab and Zemax optical software. Based on the analysis of CAA and its procedure, a self-made program is developed to perform all the CAA steps under Matlab environment. Flow process of this program is shown in this paper. A Gregorian system is adopted as an example to verify the feasibility of the program. Comparisons of the image quality between the misaligned system and the post-aligned system are presented. Results show that this program is very effective.

The anaerobic treatability and methane generation potential of banana tree,namely, banana stem and banana leaf were determined in batch *** this purpose, biochemical methane potential（BMP） experiments were performed for different group *** the samples of banana trees tested gave monophasic curves of biogas *** 398 mL biogas/g TS,313 mL biogas/g TS,148 mL biogas/g TS were produced within 30 days under mesophilic conditions（35±1℃） at 4%total solids（TS） slurry concentration from banana leaf by pretreatment,banana stem by pretreatment,banana stem without pretreatment,*** accounted for 55-75%of the biogas and the methane generation potential of above-mentioned samples was found to be 254 mL CH/g TS,195 mL CH/g TS, 89mL CH/g TS,*** results showed that banana trees can be treated anaerobically and are a promising source of *** results provide a database on extent and rates of conversion of banana tree that significantly contribute to organic fraction of agricultural wastes.
