Neoatherosclerosis(NA)within stents has become an important clinical problem after coronary artery stent ***-stent restenosis and in-stent thrombosis are the two major complications following coronary stent placement and seriously affect patient *** the common pathological basis of these two complications,NA plaques,unlike native atherosclerotic plaques,often grow around residual oxidized lipids and stent *** main components are foam cells formed by vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs)engulfing oxidized lipids at lipid residue *** research mainly focuses on optical coherence tomography(OCT)and intravascular ultrasound(IVUS),but the specific pathogenesis of NA is still unclear.A thorough understanding of the pathogenesis and pathological features of NA provides a theoretical basis for clinical *** article reviews the previous research of our research group and the current situation of domestic and foreign research.

Predicting high-quality volcanic reservoirs is one of the key issues for oil and gas exploration in the Songnan gas ***,seismic,and measurement data were used to study the lithologies,facies,reservoir porosity,and reservoir types of the volcanic rocks in the Songnan gas *** primary controlling factors and characteristics of the high-quality volcanic reservoirs of the yingcheng Formation in the Songnan gas field were investigated,including the volcanic eruptive stage,edifice,edifice facies,cooling unit,lithology,facies,and *** with more volatile content can form more high-quality *** effusive rhyolite,explosive tuff,and tuff lava that formed in the crater,near-crater,and proximal facies and in the high-volatility cooling units of large acidic-lava volcanic edifices are the most favorable locations for the development of the high-quality reservoirs in the Songnan gas *** dissolution,which is controlled by tectonic action,can increase the size of secondary pores in *** the controlling factors of the high-quality reservoirs can provide a theoretical basis for the prediction and analysis of high-quality volcanic reservoirs.

Status epilepticus （SE） is a life-threatening neurological emergency associated with a high mortality rate. The serotonin 1A （5-HTIA） receptor is a possible target for the treatment of SE, but its role in animal models and the precise area of brain involved remain controversial. The hippocampus is a candidate site due to its key role in the development of SE and the existence of a high density of 5-HT1A receptors. Therefore, we investigated the effects of subcutaneous and intrahippocampal activation of 5-HT1A receptors in lithium-pilocarpine-induced SE, and tested whether the hippocampus is a true effector site. We developed SE in male Sprague-Dawley rats by giving lithium chloride （LiCI; 3 meq/kg, i.p.） 22-24 h prior to pilocarpine （25 mg/kg, i.p.）, and found that 8-OH-DPAT, a 5-HT1A receptor agonist administered subcutaneously （s.c.） at 0.5 or 1.0 mg/kg 1 h before pilocarpine injection increased the latency to the first epileptiform spikes, the electrographic SE, and the behavioral generalized seizures （GS）, while reducing the total EEG seizure time （P 〈0.01）. The duration of GS was shortened only by 1.0 mg/kg 8-OH-DPAT s.c. （P 〈0.05）. All these effects were inhibited by combined administration of WAY-100635 （1.0 mg/kg, s.c.）（P 〈0.05）, an antagonist of the 5-HT1A receptor, but WAY-100635 alone and low doses of 8-OH- DPAT （0.01 and 0.1 mg/kg） did not alter seizure activity. Furthermore, intrahippocampal 8-OH-DPAT only shortened the GS duration （P 〈0.05）. These findings imply that the 5-HT1A receptor is a promising therapeutic target against the generation and propagation of SE, and hippocampal receptors are involved in reducing the seizure severity.

BACKGROUND:Resuscitative endovascular balloon occlusion of the aorta(REBOA)can temporarily control traumatic ***,its prolonged use potentially leads to ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI).Partial REBOA(pREBOA)can alleviate ischemic burden;however,its security and eff ectiveness prior to operative hemorrhage control remains ***,we aimed to estimate the effi cacy of pREBOA in a swine model of liver injury using an experimental sliding-chamber ballistic ***:Twenty Landrace pigs were randomized into control(no aortic occlusion)(n=5),intervention with complete REBOA(cREBOA)(n=5),continuous pREBOA(C-pREBOA)(n=5),and sequential pREBOA(S-pREBOA)(n=5)*** the cREBOA and C-pREBOA groups,the balloon was inflated for 60 *** hemodynamic and laboratory values were compared at various observation time *** samples immediately after animal euthanasia from the myocardium,liver,kidneys,and duodenum were collected for histological assessment using hematoxylin and eosin ***:Compared with the control group,the survival rate of the REBOA groups was prominently improved(all P<0.05).The total volume of blood loss was markedly lower in the cREBOA group(493.14±127.31 mL)compared with other groups(P<0.01).The pH was significantly lower at 180 min in the cREBOA and S-pREBOA groups(P<0.05).At 120 min,the S-pREBOA group showed higher alanine aminotransferase(P<0.05)but lower blood urea nitrogen compared with the cREBOA group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:In this trauma model with liver injury,a 60-minute pREBOA resulted in improved survival rate and was effective in maintaining reliable aortic pressure,despite persistent *** tolerance time for aortic occlusion in Zone I for non-compressible torso hemorrhage was feasible with both continuous partial and sequential partial measures,and the significant improvement in the severity of acidosis and distal organ injury was observed in the sequential pREBOA.

Adjustable thermal expansion in La(Fe,Si)13-based conductive composites by high-pressure synthesis

Providing a suitable contact interface, where a high conductivity material with a desirable coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE) adjoins the target micro-electric devices, is very crucial to optimize the properties and service life of the relevant instruments. Regrettably, a high conductivity, low thermal expansion and relatively inexpensive material is very rare. Composites, fortunately, can offer a method to design materials with adjustable properties by mixing two or more diverse constituents. In this paper, high conductivity composites with adjustable thermal expansion were successfully prepared by a high-pressure synthesis. The composites are based on combining La(Fe,Si)-based compounds, the materials showing a giant, isotropic negative thermal expansion(NTE) properties, within Cu matrix. The La(Fe,Si)-based compounds were used to adjust the CTE of the composites, while the Cu phase is in charge of tuning the thermal conductivity properties. Thus, by changing the relative amount of the two components, the composites with high conductivities and adjustable CTE were achieved. Furthermore, the thermal expansion and magnetic properties of the composites were investigated by a physical property measurement system. The present results highlight the potential applications of the Cu-based high conductivity composites with room-temperature NTE properties in the thermal contacts to various semiconductor and microelectronic devices.

Lithium metal batteries are among the strong contenders to satisfy the ever-increasing needs of energy storage systems,which however suffer from poor composition of the solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)layer and uncontrolled Li dendrites *** this regard,we report on the design of an ionreleased MgI_(2)-doped polyacrylonitrile(PAN)based nanofiber(MPANF)separator,which can lead to conducive SEI layer and dendrite-free Li *** combination of the lithophilic MgI_(2)nanoparticles with polarized PAN matrix comprehensively functions as a high-compatible interpenetrating network to homogenize ionic transportation and confront dendrite *** released I ions introduce the highion-conductivity LiI into SEI layer,which could induce the formation of favorable and protective interface layer in the early stage,as embodied in the enrichment of advantageous components such as LiN_(x)O_(y),Li_(2)O,LiF,and Li_(3)*** from the high-affinity MPANF separator,the Li||Li symmetric cell achieves an ultralow voltage hysteresis of 46 mV with an extended lifespan of 580 *** a prolonged lifetime of 590cycles with an enhanced specific capacity of 140.1 m Ah g^(-1)and the Coulombic efficiency of 96.2%at 1C can be obtained in full *** work may offer a facile and high-affinity alternative to traditional polymeric separators for high-performance and dendrite-free Li metal batteries.

Precipitate hardening is considered as an effective method to strengthen High-and medium-entropy alloys(HEAs and MEAs),especially the recently developed Co-free HEAs/MEAs,In this work,a systematic study on precipitation and mechanical behaviors of a Co-free HEAs with dilute amount of Al addition,Ni_(47-x)Fe_(30 C)r_(12)Mn_(8) Al_(x)Ti_(3)(x=2 at.%,5 at.% and 7 at.%),is *** shown that the Ni_(45)Fe_(30)Cr_(12)Mn_(8) Al_(2) Ti_(3) has a face-centered cubic(FCC)+L1_(2)+η three-phased *** increasing Al content,the formation of η phase is inhibited,accompanying with an enhanced formation of B2 phase,and FCC+L1_(2)+B2 three-phased structure is thus observed in alloys with x=5 and *** constrained lattice mismatch between FCC matrix and L1_(2) precipitates is decreased with increasing Al content,leading to an enhanced precipitation behavior of L1_(2) *** a result of microstructural evolution,the mechanical properties of the aged HEAs changed:the Ni_(42)Fe_(30)Cr_(12)Mn_(8) Al_5 Ti_(3) alloy exhibits a better combination of a yield strength of 661 MPa and tensile ductility of 29.7% as compared to the 2 at.% Al alloyed HEA;and addition of Al beyond 5 at.% results in an increase of strength with a large expense of *** believe that the present work is helpful for developing high-performance Co-free HEAs/MEAs strengthened by nanoprecipitates via composition optimizing.

Quantum machine learning(QML)is a rapidly rising research eld that incorporates ideas from quantum computing and machine learning to develop emerging tools for scientic research and improving data *** to efciently control or manipulate the quantum system is a fundamental and vexing problem in quantum *** can be described as learning or approximating a unitary *** the success of the hybrid-based quantum machine learning model proposed in recent years,we investigate to apply the techniques from QML to tackle this *** on the Choi–Jamiołkowski isomorphism in quantum computing,we transfer the original problem of learning a unitary operator to a min–max optimization problem which can also be viewed as a quantum generative adversarial ***,we select the spectral norm between the target and generated unitary operators as the regularization term in the loss *** by the hybrid quantum-classical framework widely used in quantum machine learning,we employ the variational quantum circuit and gradient descent based optimizers to solve the min-max optimization *** our numerical experiments,the results imply that our proposed method can successfully approximate the desired unitary operator and dramatically reduce the number of quantum gates of the traditional *** average delity between the states that are produced by applying target and generated unitary on random input states is around 0.997.

Rapid identification of stigmastane-type steroid saponins from Vernonia amygdalina leaf based onα-glucosidase inhibiting activity and molecular networking

Steroid saponins are secondary metabolites with multiple medicinal values that are found in large quantities in natural medicines,especially Vernonia amygdalina,a famous nature medicine for the treatment of tonsillitis,diabetes,*** current study was designed to combine molecular networking(MN)with diagnostic ions for rapid identification ofΔ^(7,9(11))stigmastane-type saponins which were theα-glucosidase inhibitory active substances in ***,theα-glucosidase inhibitory activities of fiveΔ^(7,9(11))stigmastane-type steroid saponins that were previously isolated were screened,which indicated that theΔ^(7,9(11))stigmastane-type steroid saponin was one of the active constituents responsible for ameliorating ***,a strategy was proposed to identify stigmastane-type steroid saponins and verify the plausibility of derived fragmentation pathways by applying MN,MolNetEnhancer and unsupervised substructure annotation(MS2LDA).Based on this strategy,other sevenΔ^(7,9(11))stigmastane-type steroid saponins were identified from this *** research provide scientific evidence for the antidiabetic potential of the steroid saponin-rich extract of *** leaf.
