5-Fluorouracil（5-FU） loaded nanoparticles（NPs） were prepared by a high speed shearing double emulsion method with polylactide-co-glycolide-co-methoxy poly（ethylene glycol）（PLGA-mPEG） as loading material. The prepared NPs possess a negative zeta potential and their loading efficiency is about 15%（mass fraction）. The result of in vitro release shows that the release behavior of 5-FU from NPs is coincident with Zero-level release from the second day.

In this study, we present a method to synthesize styrene-butadiene copolymer, using anionic polymerization in a co-rotating closely intermeshing twin-screw extruder. The weight content of polybutadiene in these copolymers was above 50% although in the past studies it had been possible to accomplish levels higher than 30%. ^1H-NMR and GPC show that the molecular structure of the two polymers is different due to different feeding method. In terms of the structure of the polymerized products, the mechanism of polymerization in the bulk polymerization is discussed. TEM and DMA show that two phases in the block copolymer are completely incompatible, leading to sharp phase separation, while the case is complicated in the copolymer through the mixture feeding. Traditionally, styrene-butadiene rubber is mainly synthesized by solution polymerization. Reactive extrusion in this paper provides a possibility to synthesize these products in an environmentally friendly way.

Investigation on the explosive welding mechanism of corrosion-resisting alu-minum and stainless steel tubes through finite element simulation and experi-ments

To solve the difficulty in the explosive welding of corrosion-resistant aluminum and stainless steel tubes, three technologies were proposed after investigating the forming mechanism through experiments. Then, a 3D finite element model was established for systematic simulations in the parameter determination. The results show that the transition-layer approach, the coaxial initial assembly of tubes with the top-center-point the detonation, and the systematic study by numerical modeling are the key technologies to make the explosive welding of LF6 aluminum alloy and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel tubes feasible. Numerical simulation shows that radial contraction and slope collision through continuous local plastic deformation are necessary for the good bonding of tubes. Stand-off distances between tubes （D1 and D2） and explosives amount （R） have effect on the plastic deformation, moving velocity, and bonding of tubes. D1 of 1 mm, D2 of 2 mm, and R of 2/3 are suitable for the explosive welding of LF6-L2-1Cr18Ni9Ti three-layer tubes. The plastic strain and moving velocity of the flyer tubes in-crease with the increase of stand-off distance. More explosives （R2/3） result in the asymmetrical distribution of plastic strain and non-bonding at the end of detonation on the tubes.

Signet-ring cell carcinoma(SRCC) of ampulla of Vater is extremely uncommon,and less than 15 cases have been reported so far in *** mainly occurs in elderly people(median age 57 years).We report a rare case of SRCC of the ampulla of Vater in a 38-year-old woman who presented with a small tumor at the Vater,discovered by the contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS).Histopathological examination showed prominent signet-ring *** also describe the imaging features of SRCC of ampulla of Vater in CEUS.

Fluorescence and Thermostability of Nanometer Porphyrin Trimer

A nanometer porphyrin trimer was firstly synthesized with 1 ,3-dibromopropane as a bridge-linked agent and the fluorescence property and thermostability were studied. The results show that the fluorescence property and thermostability of the trimer are different from those of monoporphyrin. The effects of the molecule structure on the optical property and the thermostability were also studied in detail.

Accumulating evidence revealed that some probiotics regulated lipid metabolism and alleviated diet-induced non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).This study mainly explored whether yogurt-derived Lactobacillus plantarum Q16 modulated lipid and energy metabolism,and suppressed microbial dysbiosis in high-fat diet(HFD)-fed *** showed that oral administration of *** Q16 improved serum and hepatic lipid *** analysis showed that *** Q16 could reduce hepatic lipid content by reducing the expression of faS,ACC,SCD-1,Srebp-lc and ATGL,but increasing expression levels of CPT-1α,PPAR-αand ***,*** Q16 also improved hepatic energy metabolism by regulating FGF21/adiponectin/AMPKα/PGC-1αsignaling *** analysis also discovered that *** Q16 increased species diversity and richness of intestinal microbiota,promoted proliferation of beneficial commensals and suppressed the growth of endotoxin-producing microorganisms in the colon of HFD-fed ***,*** Q16 protected against HFD-induced NAFLD by improving hepatic profile and regulating colonic microbiota composition.

High-resolution multi-beam/single-beam bathymetric data and seismic profiling data from the latest surveys are used to map and interpret the detailed seafloor geomorphology of the western region of the North Yellow Sea(NYS),*** mapping area covers 156410 km^(2),and incorporates a flat shelf plain,subaqueous accumulation shoals,tidal scouring troughs,and tidal sand ridge *** areas with water depths less than 50 m in the western region of the NYS are mainly covered by thick,loose sediments,forming wide spread accumulation geomorphological features;these include the Liaodong Peninsula subaqueous accumulation system containing shoals and rugged scouring troughs,and the large mud wedge of the shandong *** the central part of the NYS,there is a relatively flat residual shelf plain with coarser sediment *** flat shelf plain has a water depth larger than 50 m and a thin layer of sediment,on which there is a large pockmark field caused by seafloor *** geomorphological structures indicate that modern sedimentary processes are the main driving force controlling the sculpture of the current seafloor surface *** strong tidal current systems and abundant sediment sources provide the critical external forces and essential conditions for the formation of seafloor *** tectonic basement controls the macroscopic morphological shape of the NYS,but is reflected very little in the seafloor geomorphic *** results provide a detailed seafloor geomorphological map of the western region of the NYS,an area that has not previously mapped and also provide a scientific framework for further research into offshore seafloor geomorphology,shelf sedimentary processes,and submarine engineering construction in this region.
