The dynarnically generated resonances from vector meson-baryon decuplet are studied using La- grangians of the hidden gauge theory for vector interactions. One shows that some of the generated states can be associated with some known baryon resonances in the PDG data, while others are predictions for new states. Furthermore, we calculate the radiative decay widths of these resonances into a photon and a baryon decuplet.

This study is based on the assessment of distribution,source apportionment and risk assessment of selected metals in freshly deposited sediments from freshwater lake,*** sediments were collected and processed to assess Ca（NO3）2-extractable and acid-extractable levels of the metals in the sediments using flame atomic absorption *** factors（EF）,geoaccumulation indices(Igeo),contamination factors（C_f） and degree of contamination(Cdeg) were computed to estimate the degree of *** potential ecological risk was assessed using sediment quality guidelines and mean-ERm-quotient（m-ERm-Q）.On the average basis,acid-extractable metals followed the decreasing concentration order:Ca>mg>Fe>K>mn>Na>Sr>Zn>Pb>Cr>Co>Cu>-Li>Cd,whereas,the Ca（NO3）2-extractable levels were:Na>Ph>Cd>Sr>Co>Cr>K>mg>-Cu>Zn>Li>Ca>Fe>*** highest Ca（NO3）2extractable concentrations were observed for Na,Pb and Cd,while that of Ca,Fe and mn were the *** showed very high and extremely high enrichment of Pb and Cd,respectively,while Ca,Co,Cr,Li,mg,mn,Sr and Zn manifested moderate enrichment:the Igeoresults revealed moderate to strong and strong to extreme pollution for Pb and Cd,respectively;and the C_f study showed moderate,considerable and very high contamination by Co,Pb and Cd,*** Cdegrevealed very high degree of contamination in the sediments as a *** component analysis（PCA） and cluster analysis（CA） showed considerable anthropogenic contributions of Cd,Pb,Co,mn,K,Zn and Li in the *** levels of Cd and Pb exceeded ERL values,manifesting occasional adverse biological effects to the dwelling ***,the mERm-Q study manifested 21%probability of toxicity in the sediments.

In this paper, we explore the possibility of mapping devices designed in TCAD environment to its modeled version developed in cadence virtuoso environment using a look-up table （LUT） approach. Circuit simu- lation of newly designed devices in TCAD environment is a very slow and tedious process involving complex scripting. Hence, the LUT based modeling approach has been proposed as a faster and easier alternative in ca- dence environment. The LUTs are prepared by extracting data from the device characteristics obtained from device simulation in TCAD. A comparative study is shown between the TCAD simulation and the LUT-based alternative to showcase the accuracy of modeled devices. Finally the look-up table approach is used to evaluate the perform- ance of circuits implemented using 14 nm nmOSFET.

A serious problem in secondary ion mass spectrometry (SI mS ) analysis is its “matrix effect” that hinders the quantification of a certain species in a sample and consequently, appropriate corrective measures are taken to calibrate the secondary ion currents into respective concentrations for accu rate compositional analysis. Use of “calibration standards” is necessary for t his purpose. Detection of molecular mCs_n+ ions (m-element to be analyz ed , n=1, 2, 3,….) under Cs+ ion bombardment is a possible mean to minimiz e such matrix effect, enabling one to quantify without the need of calibration sta ndards. Our recent studies on mCs_n+ molecular ions aim towards the understanding of their formation mechanisms, which are important to know their e ffects on SImS quantification. In-depth quantitative analysis is a major strength of SImS for which ‘depth resolution’ is of significant relevance. The optimal choice of the impact pa rameters during SImS analyses can play an effective role in obtaining data with ultra-high depth resolution. SImS is possible at depth resolution in the nm or even sub-nm rang e, with quantifiable data obtained from the top monolayer onwards into the material. Wi th optimized experimental conditions, like extremely low beam current (down to ～10 nA), and low bombarding energy (below 1 keV), ultra-high depth resolution SImS has e nabled interfacial composition analysis of ultra-thin films, quantum wells, heterostru ctures, etc. and complex low-dimensional structures with high precision and re peatability.
