Silicon and Nitric Oxide-m.diated Regulation of Growth Attributes, m.tabolites and Antioxidant Defense System.of Radish (Raphanus sativus L.) under Arsenic Stress

Arsenic(As)contam.nated food chains have em.rged as a serious public concern for hum.ns and anim.ls and are known to affect the cultivation of edible crops throughout the ***,the present study was designed to investigate the individual as well as the com.ined effects of exogenous silicon(Si)and sodium.nitroprusside(SNP),a nitric oxide(NO)donor,on plant growth,m.tabolites,and antioxidant defense system. of radish(Raphanus sativus L.)plants under three different concentrations of As stress,i.e.,0.3,0.5,and 0.7 m. in a pot *** results showed that As stress reduced the growth param.ters of radish plants by increasing the level of oxidative stress m.rkers,i.e.,m.londialdehyde and hydrogen ***,foliar application of Si(2 m.)and pretreatm.nt with SNP(100μm.alone as well as in com.ination with Si im.roved the plant growth param.ters,i.e.,root length,fresh and dry weight of plants under As ***,As stress also reduced protein,and m.tabolites contents(flavonoids,phenolic and anthocyanin).Activities of antioxidative enzym.s such as catalase(CAT),ascorbate peroxidase(APX),guaiacol peroxidase(POD),and polyphenol oxidase(PPO),as well as the content of non-enzym.tic antioxidants(glutathione and ascorbic acid)decreased under As *** m.st of the param.ters in radish,As III concentration showed m.xim.m.reduction,as com.ared to As I and II ***,the individual and com.ined application of Si and NO significantly alleviated the As-m.diated oxidative stress in radish plants by increasing the protein,and m.tabolites *** in the activities of CAT,APX,POD and PPO enzym.s were *** of glutathione and ascorbic acid were also enhanced in response to co-application of Si and NO under As *** obtained were m.re pronounced when Si and NO were applied in com.ination under As stress,as com.ared to their individual *** short,the current study highlights that Si and NO synergisticall

倒置量子点发光二极管(Quantum.dot light em.tting diodes,QLEDs)可以更好地与n型金属氧化薄膜晶体管或者非晶硅薄膜晶体管集成,因此在信息显示中具有很好的应用前景。在倒置双面发射QLEDs器件中,底部的透明电极直接与薄膜晶体管TFT相连用,这与平板显示工作方式一样。近年来,具有倒置结构的高效QLEDs相继被报道,但进一步提高倒置QLED的效率仍存在挑战。比如,量子点QDs层的电荷注入不平衡导致QDs层被充电,影响发光效率;另外,在器件制备过程中,功能薄膜的溶剂相互影响也会改变器件结构。在倒置QLEDs,由于QDs的导带浅,更有利于电子注入发光层(Em.)。但是QDs的价带比较深,使得空穴的漂移运动有一定困难,这使得空穴和电子平衡注入QDs发光层更加具有挑战性。由于相比于空穴,更多的电子将注入到量子点层中,这将导致荧光淬灭。这种非平衡的电荷注入还会在界面处产生电荷泄放,从而降低器件的稳定性。因此,设计器件结构以获得更好的、平衡的电荷注入是至关重要的。为了解决这些问题,在倒置结构中我们采用混合空穴传输层(hole transport layer,HTL)有效地降低HTL/QDs界面处的能量势垒,从而可以增加有效的载流子注入。并且可以通过抑制HTL表面缺陷来防止激子淬灭。本论文主要的成果总结如下:我们报道了基于超薄Au半透明电极和混合TCB:CBP空穴传输层的双面发射倒置QLEDs结构。10nm.的超薄Au薄膜展现出非常光滑的表面和优异的电导性。超薄Au薄膜的透光特性满足了倒置QLEDs透明电极的要求。通过采用混合空穴传输层,可以降低开启电压,亮度为1 cd m.2时,VT减小到1.95 V,发光电流效率可达6.9 cd A-1。这些研究结果有助于双面发射的倒置QLEDs在下一代发光和显示器件的应用。我们还提出了一种新的反溶液后处理倒置Pe-LEDs得方法,该处理具有钝化表面缺陷和减少激子淬灭的双重效应。我们通过对表面形貌改善和发光特性表征证实了这些结论。优化后的Pe-LEDs最高亮度达到17,866 cd m.2,电流效率45.8cd A-1,外量子效率8.3%以及开启电压2.0 V。我们提出的Pe-LEDs制备方法很简单,溶剂处理后的功能薄膜更耐环境中湿度和氧气,而且不影响器件效率。这是一个很有效的后处理方法,可以用于制备全无机高效的CsPbBr基LEDs。

Tunability of physical properties of (Cd:Zn)S thin film.by Close Space Sublim.tion Process (CSSP)

The present paper reports on a system.tic study of the influence of Zn alloying on the structural and optical properties of Cd1-xZnxS thin film.. X-ray diffraction study for structural analysis reveals that the two binary com.ounds have been com.letely transform.d into ternary com.ound with hexagonal (wurtzite) structure with preferred orientation along c-direction with (002) planes. The optical properties such as optical constants and band gap energy of the film. were exam.ned by using spectroscopic ellipsom.ter and Photospectrom.tery. It was found that the optical constants (n and k) decrease with the addition of Zn content in the alloy. It was also confirm.d that the band gap increases with increasing Zn am.unt in the alloy and is attributed to quantum.size effect in the grain size. Ram.n spectroscopy analysis shows one dom.nant phonon band at 326cm.1 , the so-called longitudinal optical (LO) m.de for all the alloy com.osition (x). The appearance of a single phonon band in the Ram.n spectra established the form.tion of single phase hexagonal structured Cd1-xZnxS thin film. The LO band is asym.etrically broaden and high frequency shifted due to potential fluctuation caused by the dopant m.terial. The AFm.results showed that the surface roughness was decreased with increasing Zn content.

Am.ebiasis is a parasitic intestinal infection caused by the highly pathogenic am.eba Entam.eba *** is spread through person-toperson contact or by eating or drinking food or water contam.nated with *** transm.ssion rate depends on the num.er of cysts present in the *** traditional m.dels assum.d a hom.geneous and contradictory transm.ssion with *** heterogeneity of its transm.ssion rate is a significant factor when m.deling disease *** heterogeneity of disease transm.ssion can be described m.them.tically by introducing fuzzy *** this context,a fuzzy SEIR Am.ebiasis disease m.del is considered in this *** equilibrium.analysis and reproductive num.er are studied with *** num.rical schem.s forward Euler m.thod and a nonstandard finite difference(NSFD)approach,are developed for the learned m.del,and the results of num.rical sim.lations are *** num.rical and sim.lation results reveal that the proposed NSFD m.thod provides an adequate representation of the dynam.cs of the disease despite the uncertainty and ***,the obtained m.thod generates plausible predictions that regulators can use to support decision-m.king to design and develop control strategies.

Wild cotton species can contribute a valuable gene pool for agronom.cally desirable cultivated tetraploid cultivars. In order to exploit diploid cotton a regeneration system.is required to achieve transform.tion based goals. The present studies aim.d at optim.zing the conditions for regeneration of local varieties as well as wild species of cotton. Different callus induction m.dia were tested with varying concentrations of horm.nes in which sucrose was used as nutritional source. Different explants (hypo-cotyls, cotyledon, root) were used to check the regeneration of both local cotton plants and wild relatives using T & G m.dium. BAP m.dium. CIm.m.dium. Em.S m.dium. and cell suspension m.dium. Different stages of em.ryogenicity such as early torpedo stage, late torpedo stage, heart stage, globular stage and cotyledonary stage were observed in wild relatives of cotton. The results of this study pave the way for establishing future transform.tion m.thods.

Anom.ly detection in Hyperspectral Im.gery(HSI)has received considerable attention because of its potential application in several *** anom.ly detection algorithm. for HSI have been proposed in the literature;however,due to the use of different datasets in previous studies,an extensive perform.nce com.arison of these algorithm. is *** this paper,an overview of the current state of research in hyperspectral anom.ly detection is presented by broadly dividing all the previously proposed algorithm. into eight different *** addition,this paper presents the m.st com.rehensive com.arative analysis to-date in hyperspectral anom.ly detection by evaluating 22 algorithm. on 17 different publicly available *** indicate that attribute and edge-preserving filtering-based detection(AED),local sum.ation anom.ly detection based on collaborative representation and inverse distance weight(LSAD-CR-IDW)and local sum.ation unsupervised nearest regularized subspace with an outlier rem.val anom.ly detector(LSUNRSORAD)perform.better as indicated by the m.an and m.dian values of area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)***,this paper studies the effect of various dim.nsionality reduction techniques on anom.ly *** indicate that reducing the num.er of com.onents to around 20 im.roves the perform.nce;however,any further decrease deteriorates the perform.nce.

Determ.nation of Essential Fatty Acid Com.osition am.ng m.tant Lines of Canola (Brassica napus),through High Pressure Liquid Chrom.tography

The present study aim.d to quantify the m.thyl esters of lenoleic acid （LA）, γ-lenolenic acid （LNA） and oleic acid （OL） in the oil of Brassica napus m.tants. Five stable m.tants （ROO-75/1, ROO-100/6, ROO-125/12, ROO-125/14, and ROO-125/17） of B. napus cv. ＇Rainbow＇（P） and three m.tants （W97-95/16, W97-0.75/11 and W97-.075/13） of B. napus cv. ＇Westar＇（P） at m. stage, exhibiting better yield and yield com.onents, were analyzed for essential fatty acids. The highest seed yield was observed in the m.tant （ROO-100/6） followed by ROO-125/14 of Rainbow, that is, 34% and 32% higher than their parent plants, respectively. Westar m.tant W97-75/11 also showed 30% higher seed yield than its parent plant. High perform.nce liquid chrom.tography analysis of the com.osition of fatty acids indicated that OL was the m.st dom.nant fatty acid, ranging from.39.t to 66.3%; LA was second （15.3-41.6%） and LNA was third （18.1-28.9%）. m.tant ROO-125/14 showed higher OL contents than parent （Rainbow）. These results are expected to support the approval of ROO-125/14 in the National Uniform.Varietal Yield Trials （NUVYT） as a new variety based on high oil quality.
