Photothermal and photodynamic therapies(PTT/PDT)hold promise for localized tumor treatment,yet their full potential is hampered by limitations such as the hypoxic tumor microenvironment and inadequate systemic immune *** these challenges,we present a novel near-infrared(NIR)-triggered RNS nanoreactor(PBNO-Ce6)to amplify the photodynamic and photothermal therapy efficacy against triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).The designed PBNOCe6 combines sodium nitroprusside-doped Prussian Blue nanoparticles with Chlorin e6 to enable on-site RNS production through NIR-induced concurrent NO release and ROS *** not only enhances tumor cell eradication but also potentiates local and systemic antitumor immune responses,protecting mice from tumor *** in vivo evaluations revealed that treatment with PBNO-Ce6 leads to a remarkable 2.7-fold increase in cytotoxic T lymphocytes and a 62%decrease in regulatory T cells in comparison to the control PB-Ce6(Prussian Blue nanoparticles loaded with Chlorin e6),marking a substantial improvement over traditional PTT/*** such,the PBNO-Ce6 nanoreactor represents a transformative approach for improving outcomes in TNBC and potentially other malignancies affected by similar barriers.

Objective: Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis, one of the important medicinal plant resources in Yunnan,China, usually takes 6–8 years to be harvested. Therefore, it is urgent to find a method that can not only shorten its growth years, but also improve its quality. In this study, we examined the effects of a combination treatment of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF) and plant growth-promoting endophytes(PGPE)and drought stress on the accumulation of saponins in ***: P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis was infected with a mixture of AMF and PGPE under drought stress. The content of saponins, as well as morphological, physiological, and biochemical indicators, were all measured. The UGTs gene related to saponin synthesis was obtained from transcriptome data by homologous comparison, which were used for RT-PCR and phylogenetic ***: Regardless of water, AMF treatment could infect the roots of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis, however double inoculation with AMF and PGPE(AMF + PGPE) would reduce the infection rate of AMF. Plant height, aboveground and underground fresh weight did not differ significantly between the single inoculation AMF and the double inoculation treatment under different water conditions, but the inoculation treatment significantly increased the plant height of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis compared to the noninoculation treatment. Single inoculation with AMF considerably increased the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance, and transpiration rate of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis leaves under various water conditions, but double inoculation with AMF + PGPE greatly increased the intercellular CO2concentration and chlorophyll fluorescence parameter(Fv/Fm). Under diverse water treatments, single inoculation AMF had the highest proline content, whereas double inoculation AMF + PGPE may greatly improve the amount of abscisic acid(ABA) and indoleacetic acid(IAA) compared to normal water under moderate drought. 信息科技课程对于培育学生数字素养与技能至关重要,其高质量的教学实践对落实信息科技课标、推进教育数字化转型、建设数字中国具有重要战略意义。目前大部分研究多进行信息科技课程性质与特征、核心素养、建设路径等方面的理论探讨,缺乏对其教学实施效果的跟踪调研。为准确把握信息科技课程的实施现状,该研究构建和应用基于LICC范式的信息科技课堂观察量表,以12个信息科技课例为研究对象,从量化研究与质性研究相结合的视角对信息科技课堂跟踪观察分析。研究发现,信息科技课程教学实施成效初显,但仍然面临着一系列困境,如学生学习主体性与互动效率待提升,教师教学环节偏离教学目标且缺失连贯性、课程教学目标脱离素养培育、内容未凸显科学原理、评价弱化素养的监测、课堂教学平等民主性较低等。基于布迪厄实践逻辑理论的场域、惯习与资本三要素,对信息科技课程教学实施困境进行归因和剖析,可以认识到信息科技新教材与配套资源的短缺、信息科技教师课程能力水平低以及新教学理念与方法重构难度大三方面会促使信息科技课程的教学实施困难重重。因此,为促进信息科技课程教学实施有效开展,需要持续开发新教材与配套资源、不断提升信息科技教师课程能力水平、促进信息科技教师创新变革教学理念与方法。

Knowledge distillation is often used for model compression and has achieved a great breakthrough in image classification,but there still remains scope for improvement in object detection,especially for knowledge extraction of small *** main problem is the features of small objects are often polluted by background noise and not prominent due to down-sampling of convolutional neural network(CNN),resulting in the insufficient refinement of small object features during *** this paper,we propose Hierarchical Matching Knowledge Distillation Network(HMKD)that operates on the pyramid level P2 to pyramid level P4 of the feature pyramid network(FPN),aiming to intervene on small object features before *** employ an encoder-decoder network to encapsulate low-resolution,highly semantic information,akin to eliciting insights from profound strata within a teacher network,and then match the encapsulated information with high-resolution feature values of small objects from sha.low layers as the *** this period,we use an attention mechanism to measure the relevance of the inquiry to the feature *** in the process of decoding,knowledge is distilled to the *** addition,we introduce a supplementary distillation module to mitigate the effects of background *** show that our method achieves excellent improvements for both one-stage and twostage object ***,applying the proposed method on faster R-CNN achieves 41.7%mAP on COCO2017(ResNet50 as the backbone),which is 3.8%higher than that of the baseline.

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is an acute respiratory infection caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(saRS-CoV-2).saRS-CoV-2 infection typically presents with fever and respiratory symptoms,which can progress to severe respiratory distress syndrome and multiple organ *** severe cases,these complications may even lead to *** of the causes of COVID-19 deaths is the cytokine storm caused by an overactive immune ***,suppressing the overactive immune response may be an effective strategy for treating *** stem cells(MSCs)and their derived exosomes(MSCs-Exo)have potent homing abilities,immunomodulatory functions,regenerative repair,and antifibrotic effects,promising an effective tool in treating *** this paper,we review the main mechanisms and potential roles of MSCs and MSCs-Exo in treating *** also summarize relevant recent clinical trials,including the source of cells,the dosage and the efficacy,and the clinical value and problems in this field,providing more theoretical references for the clinical use of MSCs and MSCs-Exo in the treatment of COVID-19.
