Ethnocultural heritage of the North-Eastern Caucasus as a factor of eco-tourism development

The North-East Caucasus is a multi-ethnic mountain macroregion with a rich cultural heritage,insufficiently studied in the context of the ecotourism *** fill this gap and identify promising directions of environmentally safe forms of tourism,the author used in-depth review of modern literature to investigate the features of ecological tourism and the problems of preserving ethno-cultural heritage,and used historical and comparative-geographical methods to analyze the development of the tangible and intangible cultural heritage of the indigenous peoples of the North-Eastern Caucasus in different historical periods and to identify the geographical peculiarities of the distribution of historical and cultural monuments(tower buildings),pilgrimage sites and centers of traditional crafts and *** part of the planned expeditions,the author personally visited some historical monuments and handicraft centers for a deeper study of ethno-cultural *** cartographic method made it possible to visualize the *** results of the research show that the ethnocultural heritage of the North-East Caucasus is formed by material(historical and cultural monuments)and immaterial elements of culture(language,customs,traditions,ethnic identification)of those peoples,who live *** ethnocultural heritage is considered as the most important factor in the development of the tourism *** is revealed that this region has a large potential for development in various areas of *** highest concentration of religious buildings focused in mountainous *** tower structures were erected in mountainous and high-altitude *** ancient times to the present day there have been preserved various types of crafts and trades(pottery,metalworking,burka making,jewelry making,carpet weaving,gold embroidery,wood and stone carving,etc.),which can become objects of *** ethnocultural heritage of the North-East Caucasus needs to be preserved a

A Study on the Wear Behaviour of Dual Phase Steels

Dual phase （DP） steels containing four different amounts of martensite ranging from 43 vol. pct to 81 vol. pct have been developed from 0.2 wt pct carbon steel by intercritical heat treatment at a fixed temperature of 780℃ with varying holding times followed by water quenching. Dry sliding wear tests have been conducted on DP steels using a pin- on-disk machine under different normal loads of 61.3, 68.5, 75.7 and 82.6 N and at a constant sliding speed of 1.20 m/s. At these loads, the mechanism of wear is primarily delamination, which has been confirmed by SEM micrographs of subsurface and wear debris of samples. Wear properties have been found to improve with the increase in martensite volume fraction in dual phase steels.

Effect of tritium reduction in determining energy gain by using R-matrix method direct laser fusion in D-T reaction

The laser fusion criterion is known as the ρR-Criterion, also called high-gain condition. This parameter is temperature dependent and can be calculated by R-matrix method. This method is applied for determining improved fusion cross-section for the reactions T(d,n)4He, 3He(d,p)4He, D(d,p)T, D(d,n)3He. In this paper the time dependent reaction rate equations for fusion reaction T(d,n)4He are solved and by using the obtained results we computed the fu- sion power density, energy gain versus temperature and ρR-parameter. The obtained results show that a suitable com- bination may be a deuterium fraction fD=0.65 and fT=0.35 which would lead 30% reduction in the tritium content of the fuel mixture, and this choice would not change the energy gain value very much. Finally, the obtained energy gain for D-T reaction by using R-matrix is in good agreement with other theories.

The Transformation of the Heterogeneous Materials under the Fatigue Deformation

The objects of our paper are aluminum alloy samples (AASs) contained the different amount of Cu, Mn, Mg, Si and Li. We are modeling the features of microstructure of potential relief of an AAS and studying its transformation under both imposed fatigue deformation and wetted by liquid metals (Ga;or Hg;Li;In). We illustrate the main ideas by using only the “time series” allied with effective internal friction Q-1eff of an AAS. AASs like B-95 or 7075 are heterogeneous materials for which the more energy can be absorbed by selected micro-regions of a tested sample. So micro-crack in the space of AAS and alarm state of AAS arises. Each micro-region will to contribute the Q-1k (the internal friction Q-1k belong to k-th micro-region) to the effective internal friction— Q-1eff accordance with fit statistic . We find a number of micro-regions—L and series gk & Qk from the experimental data like as the internal friction (Q-1)eff versus both the number of cycles—N and the deformation—е. Series gk & Qk (k=1,2,3,...,L) present the microstructures of AASs. In this paper also is presented the original technology to forecast fatigue damage of an AAS. Here the fatigue sensitive element (FSE) used. We made multiphase heterogeneous mixtures (MHMs) which contents a variable volume of initial components. It is selected MHMs are using for produce FSEs. The present paper is aimed to establish the correlation of the FSEs microstructures changes and corresponding changes of the aluminum alloy microstructures at imposing the same spectra deformation on both of them. A change of FSEs microstructure investigated by using their effective electrical resistance Reff data.

The angular distributions of elastic scattering of^14N ions on^10B targets have been measured at incident beam energies of 21.0 and 24.5 *** distributions at higher energies 38–94.0 MeV(previously measured)were also included in the *** data were analyzed within the framework of the optical model and the distorted waves Born approximation *** observed rise in cross sections at large angles was interpreted as a possible contribution of theα-cluster exchange *** amplitudes SA2 and SA4 for the configuration^14N→^10B+αwere *** average values are 0.58±0.10 and 0.81±0.12 for SA2 and SA4,respectively,suggesting that the exchange mechanism is a major component of the elastic scattering for this *** energy dependence of the depths for the real and imaginary potentials was found.

In Uzbekistan,starting from 2013,work in introduction of foreign varieties of amaranthus on soils with low bonitet has been carried *** green mass of the plant is a source of protein with high lysine content and therefore is used mainly for the feed *** grain contains proteins,carbohydrates and an oil with a wide range of biologically active substances（BAS）,including *** hydrocarbon squalene is the basis for the creation of steroid hormonal medicines,preparations for prevention and treatment of radiation sickness,onco-and cardiomyopathy,as well as for cosmetic products [1].We developed technologies for complex processing of grain and cake of amaranth of the introduced variety "kharkivsky-1" of Amaranthus hypochondriacus with isolation of squalene-enriched *** to the first technology,the grain was subjected to cold pressing,and the oil was isolated with a yield up to 40% of its content in raw *** cake was hydrolysed with an aqueous-alcoholic alkaline solution,and two fractions were obtained,one of which（yield 0.3-0.4%） contained 20-25% *** second fraction was the sum of glucan type polysaccharides（yield 40-45%） and alkali-soluble proteins（yield up to 3%）.Another technology consists in extracting the amaranth cake using supercritical CO2 to produce an extract rich in squalene,extraction of squalene fraction（up to 50%） from the extract,and polysaccharides and protein isolation from the *** composition of extracts and fractions was studied by TLC,GC,HPLC,and GC/MS.

Effect of Aluminum Nano-Particles on Microrelief and Dielectric Properties of PE+TlInSe<sub>2</sub>Composite Materials

The paper presents the results of studies surface microrelief, frequency-temperature characteristics of the imaginary part of the dielectric permittivity and dielectric loss of PE+TlInSe2 composite materials in 25。C - 150。C temperature and 25 Hz - 1 MHz frequency range before and after application of the aluminum nano-particles with a size of 50 nm. The change in the amount of semicon-ductor filler TlInSe2 and aluminum nano-particles changes the state of the surface and the frequency-temperature characteristics of composite materials PE+xvol.%TlInSe2, which allows to obtain composites with the desired dielectric permittivity and dielectric loss.

DNA vaccination using bacillus Calmette-Guerin-DNA as an adjuvant to enhance immune response to three kinds of swine diseases

In order to enhance the immune efficacy of DNA vaccination, experiments were conducted to investigate the regulating effects of Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG)-DNA as an adjuvant on immune responses of mice against foot-and-mouth disease (FMD), Aujeszky's disease (AID) and classical swine fever (CSF)。BCG-DNA was purified from BCG by ion-exchange chromatography。Three DNA vaccines (pVSG, pVgD and pVE2) against the respective infection were constructed, and BCGDNA was coimmunized to mice by muscle injection。The results showed that titres of specific immunoglobulin (Ig)G to the vaccines mounted remarkably in the sera of the adjuvant covaccinated mice (P 0.05)。These results suggest that codelivery of BCG-DNA with DNA vaccines against FMD, AjD and CSF can enhance the induction of antigen-specific, especially, cell-mediated immunity。
