计算机用户中干眼的发生情况（英文）

目的:明确计算机用户中干眼的发生情况,并将其与非使用者进行比较。方法:这是一项病例对照研究,于2015年在Birjand进行。研究的样本量确定为304例(计算机用户组和对照组每组152例)。两组都使用非随机抽样方法。泪液分泌试验用于评价研究对象的干眼情况。研究对象填写问卷,所用问卷通过回顾文献基于客观情况发展来。使用SPSS进行卡方检验和Fisher检验,显著性水平为0.05。结果:干眼发生率:对照组为3.3%(5例),计算机用户组为61.8%(94例)。两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。眼部不适症状发生率:对照组为7.9%(12例),计算机用户组为34.2%(52例),两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。计算机用户组,不同性别、不同年龄之间干眼发生率无统计学差异(P=0.8)。干眼患者平均每天使用计算机时间为6.65±3.52h,对照组为1.62±2.54 h(T=13.25,P<0.001)。结论:这一研究显示了使用计算机和干眼、眼部症状发生具有显著相关性。因此,管理人员需要对员工使用计算机工作的时间予以特别的关注。

Aim of study: Ancient literature alluded to the use of a number of plants/preparations as sex enhancer. One of such botanicals is Phoenix dactylifera in which the pollen grain has been acclaimed to be used as an aphrodisiac. However, the validity has not been scientifically tested. Dopamine is known to facilitate male sexual function. Therefore, the present study was undertaken to evaluate the effect of aqueous extract of Phoenix dactylifera pollen on the sexual behavior of male rats and to measure of serum Estradiol and Testostrone. Also, dopamine transmission in the nucleus accumbence (NAc) was studied in male rats using in vivo microdialysis. Methods and Materials: sixty male rats were randomized into 6 groups (A-F). Group A received 0.2 ml of Normal Saline mixed with Dimethyl Sulphate (DMSO), while groups B-F were injected same volume containing 35 mg/kg, 70 mg/kg, 105 mg/kg, 140 mg/kg and 350 mg/kg of DPP extract, respectively. Sexual behavioral parameters including mounting, intromission and ejaculation frequencies and latencies were recorded in male rats one hour after injection of extract by mating with a receptive female (1:1). The male serum testosterone and estradiol concentrations were also determined. Results: All doses stimulated male sexual behavior. Extract significantly increased mount, ejaculation, intromission frequencies and ejaculation latency in comparison to controlled ones (p 0.001). Mount and intromission latencies significantly reduced (p 0.001). Maximum effect was observed in dose 140 mg/kg. This extract was found to enhance Testestrone, Estradiol and the orientation of males toward female ones by increasing mounting and ano-genital investigatory behavior. Conclusions: Data from this study identified that the aqueous extract of Phoenix dactylifera pollen grain enhanced sexual behaviour in male rats. The improved sexual appetitive behaviour in male rats may be attributed, to the alkaloids, saponins, and or flavonoids since these phytochemic

Mortality rate of burn patients can serve as an objective criterion for quality control and as a measure for research and preventive programs. A prospective study of burn victims, from data of burn registry program, was conducted to determine the etiology, risk factors of mortality and outcome of pediatric burns. We had 514 patients below 15 years old. Burns caused by scalding were the most frequent (55.4%) followed by flames (35.8%). Mean (SD) of age was 3.72 (3.19) years. Male to female ratio was 1.62:1. Mean hospital stay was 14.17 days (range 0 - 46 days). The mean TBSA (SD) was 15.22% (14.31%). Fifty three patients had inhalation injury (11.25%). Inhalation injury increases the risk of death (Odds Ratio: 8.75, p = 0.009). Length of stay increased in accordance with burn area (p < 0.002). Burn wound infection was present in (35.4%) of our patients. The univariate statistics analysis and a pooled, cross-sectional, multivariate logistic regression were done. The major risk factors were: Inhalation injury (OR = 8.75, p = 0.009) and lack of intra-venous fluid resuscitation before reaching the hospital (OR = 40.5%, p = 0.001), cause of burn (flame and chemical) and referral cases from other centers (OR = 3.66, p < 0.0001). The minor risk factor was age. About 83% of our patients discharged with partial recovery, 10% with complete recovery, 0.1% referred to other hospitals and 1.36% died.

Costs estimation of drilling for new wells is one of the main concerns of active companies in this *** some of features of drilling can not be expressed quantitatively and there are many qualitative features in data of the available *** a method should be applied to use these data to estimate the desired and ideal output of project *** case based reasoning （CBR） method covers the qualitative data with regard to its *** CBR method which is created based on the viewpoint of using presented solutions for previous solved problems in order to solve new similar problem save time and therefore speed of drilling is increased which it is very important,as regards available estimation methods spend the much time to estimate output which is cost of drilling wells in this case *** results show that obtained estimation accuracy is high.

Gadvan and Darian formations are in the upper part of Khami group that has been deposited in the highland Zagros zone and the southern Margin of Neotethys. These formations outcrop in the south of Semirom (Agh-Dagh Mountain) consist of Orbitolina limestones and marly limestones with a Late Barremian-Aptian age and thickness of 520 meters. Based on field characteristics, petrographic and texture of facies, these rocks consist of Oregonian facies (Urgonian facies) with 12 carbonate microfacies which are deposited in Lagoon, barrier and shallow open marine. The absence of loss and flows of turbidities indicates that carbonate platform of Gadvan and Darian formations in the studied area are (Hmoklinal) platform type. Abundance of rudist (bivalves) and Peloid markers show that there is a Photozoan collection in tropical climates. In the above sedimentary succession, from a sequence stratigraphic perspective, three sedimentary cycles were recognized which deposited in a platform model. The Gadvan Formation overlies on Fahliyan Formation disconformable and is covered by Darian Formation gradual with reducing the amount of marl and increase of limestone. The Kazhdumi Formation is exposed disconformably with hematite nodules and oxidized sediments over the Darian Formation. On the basis of petrographic studies, diagenetic process of Gadvan and Darian formations in the study area includes cementation, the physical and chemical density and replacement processes such as pyritation, ironies and silica. Porosity observed in the study area is mainly inter-granular porosity type, modular and vaggy.

Comparison between traction-countertraction and modified scapular manipulation for reduction of shoulder dislocation

Objective： One of the most common joint dislocations presented to the emergency department （ED） is anterior shoulder dislocation （ASD）. Various techniques for the treatment of this abnormality have been suggested. In this study, we evaluated the efficacy and success rate of modified scapular manipulation （MSM） as a painless procedure compared to traction-countertraction （TCT） for reduction of ASD. Methods： Patients with ASD who were presented to ED of Baqiyatallah Hospital, Tehran during 2011 were included. They were randomly divided into MSM group or TCT group and then pain at reduction, time of reduction, duration of hospitalization, and success rate were compared. In TCT group, reduction was performed using sedative and antipain medications. Results： Ninety seven patients （81.6% male） with a mean age of 34.15 years±13.48 years were studied. The reduction time between both groups showed a significant difference （470.88 seconds±227.59 seconds for TCT group, 79.35 seconds±82.49 seconds for MSM group, P〈0.001）. The success rate in MSM group in the first and second effort were 89% and 97% whereas 73% and 100% in the TCT group respectively （P〈0.001）. Conclusion： It seems that the manipulation technique can be more successful than the TCT method at the first effort whilst the second effort has the opposite results. Also MSM can be safer, cheaper and more acceptable for patients than TCT as a standard traditional method.

This research focuses on the lithostratigraphy and microbiostratigraphy implications of the Gadvan and Darian Formations in a part of Zagros sedimentary basin. The Gadvan and Darian Formations in the study area with a thick-ness of 520 meters consist of gray to green marls and shales, dark-grey limestones and Orbitolina limestone with Late Barremian-Aptian age. According to the lithostratigraphic investigations, the Gadvan and Darian Formations in the study area are subdivided into eleven units. The upper boundary of the Darian Formation with the Kazhdomi Formation and the lower boundary of Gadvan Formation with the Fahliyan Formation are in the form of disconformity. Micropaleontological study of the Gadvan and Dariyan Formations has led to the recognition 20 families, 45 genera, 35 species of benthic foraminifera, 2 genera of pelagic foraminifera and 8 genera and species of the calcareous algae. In this research, three biozones have been recognized by distribution of the larger benthic foraminifera in the Gadvan and Dariyan Formations of the South Semirom, including: 1) Palorbitolina lenticularis-Choffatella decipiens Concurrent Range Zone (middle Late Barremian to early Early Aptian);2) Praeorbitolina cormyi-Orbitolina (Mesorbitolina) lotzei Assemblage Zone (late Early Aptian);3): Orbitolina (Mesorbitolina) texanae-Orbitolina (Mesorbitolina) parva Assemblage Zone (Middle to Late Aptian). Based on the identified foraminifera, the age of the Gadvan and Darian Formations in the study area is assigned to Late Barremian to Aptian.

The Nahran area is located in the Northeast of Zanjan in the Northwest of Iran. This area with 20,000 km2 is part of the Tarom volcanic-plutonic zone which lies between the longitudes 49°7'7.8"E and 36°41'25.74"E near to the Nahran village. The Nahran altered zone is part of large-scale syncline, which is oriented from Sirdan to Altinkosh with an axial length of 9 km. A systematic study of petrographical and geochemical data of Nahran samples reveals they are andesite, trachyandesite to dacite composition and have metaluminous to peraluminous and calc-alkaline affinity. Four alteration zones of propylitic, medium and advanced argillic and silicific zones could be identified in the area. According to our finding, combination of both supergene and hypogene process has an effective role in the development of alteration in the Nahran alteration zone.

Aim:The aim was to evaluate the potential infl uences of cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen-4(CTLA-4)gene polymorphisms on breast cancer risk,the distribution of CTLA-4 single nucleotide polymorphisms(1661AG)in breast cancer patients and control subjects was ***:In this case-control study,100 patients with breast cancer as case group and 100 healthy participants as a control group were *** were determined by the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism *** characteristics of the study population,as well as tumor size,tumor grade and stage were collected in a questionnaire designed for this *** collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS-16.0(SPSS Inc.,Chicago,USA)predictive analytic software using the Chi-square ***:The mean age of women was 43.42±13.1 *** AA genotype was frequent in case group(43%)whereas the AG genotype was found more in the control group(69%).There was no signifi cant relationship between the studied polymorphisms and the grade,stage and size of the tumor,nor between the studied polymorphisms and estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor and lymph node involvement(P>0.05).Signifi cant association between the studied polymorphisms and breast cancer metastases was found(P=0.02).Conclusion:According to the results of the study,the AA genotype is associated with breast cancer,but none of the studied gene polymorphisms is associated with prognostic factors such as tumor stage,grade or size.
