Atomic layer deposition(ALD)offers unique capabilities to fabricate atomically engineered porous materials with.precise pore tuning and multi-functionalization for diverse applications like advanced membrane separations towards sustainable energy-water ***,current ALD tech.ique is inh.bited on most non-polar polymeric membranes due to lack of accessible nucleation ***,we report a facile meth.d to efficiently promote ALD coating on h.droph.bic surface of polymeric membranes via novel protein activation/*** a proof of concept,TiO2 ALD-coated membranes activated by bovine serum albumin exh.bit remarkable superh.droph.licity,ultralow underwater crude oil adh.sion,and robust tolerance to rigorous environments including acid,alkali,saline,and *** importantly,excellent cyclable crude oil-in-water emulsion separation performance can be *** mech.nism for activation/sensitization is rooted in reactivity for a particular set of amino ***,th. universality of protein-sensitized ALD is demonstrated using common egg wh.te,promising numerous potential usages in biomedical engineering,environmental remediation,lowcarbon manufacturing,catalysis,and beyond.

Th.rmoluminescence study of rare earth.ion (Dy^(3+)) doped LiF:mg crystals grown by EFG tech.ique

Th.s work describes investigation of radiation dosimetry ch.racteristics of magnesium （mg） doped lith.um fluoride （LiF） crystals co-doped with.different concentrations of dysprosium （Dy）. Th.se crystals were grown by edge defined film fed crystal growth.（EFG） tech. nique. Th.rmoluminescence （TL） measurements were made on as grown （AG） and annealed （AN） crystals after th.y were irradiated with.a gamma dose of 15 Gy. Th. influence and advantage of optimized Dy^3＋ concentration in enh.ncing th. th.rmoluminescence （TL） properties of LiF：mg samples were discussed. Th. normalized peak h.igh. of th. annealed crystals was nearly 3 times th.t of th. as grown crystals for th. particular concentration samples irradiated with.Co6~ gamma source sh.wed linearity up to 10 Gy. Th.rmoluminescence signal observed over a period of one month.sh.wed negligible fading. Th.rmoluminescence glow curve structure of optimized ph.sph.r remained stable for h.gh.r doses of gamma rays of 103 Gy. Glow curve was analyzed using computer glow curve deconvolution （CGCD） meth.d and trapping parame- ters were calculated.

multiple efforts h.ve been performed worldwide around diverse aspects of land ***,land administration data and systems’notorious h.terogeneity remains a longstanding ch.llenge to develop a h.rmonized *** th.s sense,th. traditional Spatial Data Infrastructures adoption is not enough.to overcome th.s ch.llenge since data sources’h.terogeneity implies needs related to h.rmonization interoperability,sh.ring,and integration in land administration *** paper proposes a graph.based represen-tation of knowledge for integrating multiple and h.terogeneous data sources(tables,sh.pe-files,geodatabases,and WFS services)belonging to two Colombian agencies with.n a decentralized land administration *** knowledge graph. are developed on an ontology-based knowledge representation using national and international standards for land *** approach.aims to prevent data isolation,enable cross-datasets integration,accomplish.mach.ne-processable data,and facilitate th. reuse and exploitation of multi-jurisdictional datasets in a single approach.A real case study demonstrates th. applicability of th. land administration data cycle deployed.

h.dromagnetic oscillatory Couette flow in rotating system with.induced magnetic field

Th.s paper presents a study of h.dromagnetic Couette flow of an incompress- ible and electrically conducting fluid between two parallel rotating plates, one of wh.ch.is oscillating in its own plane. A uniform transverse magnetic field is used, and th. induced magnetic field is taken into account. Th. exact solution to th. governing equations is obtained in a closed form. Th. solution to th. probl.m in th. case of vanish.ng and small finite magnetic Prandtl numbers is also derived from th. general solution. Th. asymp- totic beh.vior of th. solution for large values of th. frequency parameter is analyzed to gain some ph.sical insigh.s into th. flow pattern. Expressions for th. sh.ar stress at both.th. oscillatory and stationary plates due to primary and secondary flows and mass flow rate in th. primary and secondary flow directions are also obtained. Th. results of th. fluid velocity and th. induced magnetic field are presented. Th. sh.ar stresses on th. plates due to th. primary and secondary flows and th. corresponding mass flow rates are presented in a tabular form.

h.dromagnetic th.n film flow of Casson fluid in non-Darcy porous medium with.Joule dissipation and Navier＇s partial slip

In th.s paper, th. effects of viscous and Oh.ic h.ating and h.at genera- tion/absorption on magnetoh.drodynamic flow of an electrically conducting Casson th.n film fluid over an unsteady h.rizontal stretch.ng sh.et in a non-Darcy porous medium are investigated. Th. fluid is assumed to slip along th. boundary of th. sh.et. Similar- ity transformation is used to translate th. governing partial differential equations into ordinary differential equations. A sh.oting tech.ique in conjunction with.th. 4th.order Runge-Kutta meth.d is used to solve th. transformed equations. Computations are car- ried out for velocity and temperature of th. fluid th.n film along with.local skin friction coefficient and local Nusselt number for a range of values of pertinent flow parameters. It is observed th.t th. Casson parameter h.s th. ability to enh.nce free surface velocity and film th.ckness, wh.reas th. Forch.eimer parameter, wh.ch. is responsible for th. inertial drag h.s an adverse effect on th. fluid velocity inside th. film. Th. velocity slip along th. boundary tends to decrease th. fluid velocity. Th.s investigation h.s various applications in engineering and in practical probl.ms such.as very large scale integration （VLSI） of electronic ch.ps and film coating.

GW *** resulting GWT spectral functions exh.bit strong lifetime effects and emergent dispersion *** are in an overall better agreement with.experimental spectra th.n th.se obtained with.GW or GT alone,even sh.wing partial improvements over local-spin-density approximation dynamical mean-field *** performed analysis provides a basis for applying th. GWT tech.ique to a wider class of magnetic materials.

Th. viability of some waste as cooling pads for evaporative cooling application in South.Western Nigeria was experimentally *** is to ascertain th.ir effectiveness as a substitute for costly imported pads in a low income *** presented was th. feasibility of utilizing standalone evaporative coolers for storage and selling of fruits in South.Western *** ambient air was forced th.ough.th. various pads at th.ee different fan speeds and constant cooling pad th.ckness of 30 *** ch.racteristics were considered based on daily analysis using temperature and h.midity data measured from morning to evening at location co-ordinates latitude 7°10′N and longitude 5°05′E for 6 *** daily temperature T and h.midity h.ranged between 26℃≤T≤45℃ and 28%≤h.(2)≤80%.Temperature differenceDT and h.midity differenceDh.of 0.6℃≤ΔT≤18.3℃ and 1.0%≤Δh.53%was ach.eved for th. four cooling pad materials tested at th.ee fan *** andDh.was recorded at fan speed of 4 m/s with.sh.edded latex foam and jute sack *** cooling efficiency(η)calculated for all th. pads under th. th.ee speeds ranged from 17.3%≤η≤98.8%.Payback period(PBP)analysis indicated th. considered EVC is economically feasible and investors will break even in 1.75 years.
