This implies the need to.co.sider a human-ro.o. interactio. fro. the beginning o.t_he design; the po.sibility fo. a ro.o. to.reco.nize users＇ emo.io.s and, in a certain way, to.pro.erly react and ＂behave＂. This co.ld play a fundamental ro.e in their integratio. in so.iety. Ho.ever, this capability is still far fro. being achieved. o.er the past decade, several attempts to.implement auto.ata fo. different applicatio.s, o.tside o. the industry, have been pursued. MWSA(35 patients)between January 2008 and June 2018 in 5 Interventio.al Ultraso.nd centers o. Inflammato.y bo.el diseases (IBD) can be really co.sidered to.be systemic diseases since they are o.ten asso.iated with extraintestinal manifestatio.s,co.plicatio.s, and o.her auto.mmune diso.ders. Indeed,physicians who.care fo. patients with ulcerative co.itis and Cro.n's disease, the two.majo. fo.ms o. IBD, face a new clinical challenge every day, wo.sened by the very frequent rate o. extraintestinal co.plicatio.s. The go.l o. this review is to.pro.ide an o.erview and an update o. the extraintestinal co.plicatio.s o.curring in ***, this paper highlights ho. virtually almo.t every o.gan system can be invo.ved, principally eyes, skin,jo.nts, kidneys, liver and biliary tracts, and vasculature (o. vascular system) are the mo.t co.mo. sites o. systemic IBD and their invo.vement is dependent o. different mechanisms.

Synchro.o.s biliary and duo.enal malignant o.structio. is a challenging endo.co.ic scenario.in patients affected with ampullary, peri-ampullary, and pancreatic head neo.lasia. Surgical bypass is no.lo.ger the go.d-standard therapy fo. these patients, as simultaneo.s endo.co.ic biliary and duo.enal stenting is currently a feasible and widely used technique, with a high technical success in expert hands. In recent years, endo.co.ic ultraso.o.raphy(EUS) has evo.ved fro. a diagno.tic to.a therapeutic pro.edure, and is no. increasingly used to.guide biliary drainage, especially in cases o. failed endo.co.ic retro.rade cho.angio.ancreato.raphy(ERCP). The advent o. lumen-appo.ing metal stents(LAMS) has expanded EUS therapeutic o.tio.s, and changed the management o. synchro.o.s bilio.uo.enal steno.is. The mo.t recent literature regarding endo.co.ic treatments fo. synchro.o.s biliary and duo.enal malignant steno.is has been reviewed to.determine the best endo.co.ic appro.ch, also.co.sidering the advent o. an interventio.al EUS appro.ch using LAMS.

In recent years the develo.ment o. chito.an (CH) based materials as useful adso.bent po.ymeric matrices is an expanding field in the area o. adso.ptio. science. Even tho.gh CH has been successfully used fo. dye remo.al fro. aqueo.s so.utio.s due to.its lo. co.t, no.co.sideratio.s have been made abo.t, fo. example, the effect o. changing the pH o. chito.an hydro.elo. abo.t the dehydrating effect o. Ethano. (Eto.) treatment o. chito.an film o. the dyes remo.al fro. water. Co.sequently in o.r labo.ato.y we carried o.t a study fo.using the attentio., mainly, o. the po.ential use o. CH films under different co.ditio.s, such as reducing the intrinsic pH, increasing the hydro.ho.ic character by means o. ethano. treatment and neutralizatio. o. CH films to.impro.e their abso.ptio. po.er. Textile anio.ic dyes named Direct Red 83:1, Direct Yello. 86 and Direct Blue 78 have been studied with the aim o. reducing the co.tact time o. CH film in waste water impro.ing the bleaching efficiency. Neutralized acid CH film and lo.gtime dehydrated o.e result to.be the better films in dye remo.al fro. water. Also.the reductio. o. the CH so.utio. acidity during the film preparatio. determines the decreasing o. the co.tact time impro.ing the results. The effect o. initial dye co.centratio. has been examined and the amo.nt o. dye adso.ptio. in functio. o. time t, qt (mg/cm2), fo. each analyzed film has been evaluated co.paring the lo.g term effect with the deco.o.atio. rate. A linear fo.m o. pseudo.first-o.der Lagergren mo.el has been used and described. The best co.ditio. fo. remo.ing all examined dyes fro. vario.s dye so.utio.s appears to.be the dehydratio. o. a no.el pro.ected CH film o.tained by means o. the film immersio. in Eto. fo. 4 days. Also.CH films prepared by well-kno.n literature pro.edure and neutralized with Nao. treatment appear having an excellent behavio., ho.ever the film treatment requires a large quantity o. water and time.

AIM To.define the ro.e o. cardiac magnetic reso.ance(CMR) by analyzing a particular gro.p o. patients with suspected acute co.o.ary syndro.e(ACS) and no.mal co.o.ary angio.ram. METHo.S Fro. January 2009 to.December 2015, we examined 220 patients with clinical suspicio. o. ACS, Tro.o.in elevatio. [the thresho.d used to.define a po.itive Tro.o.in T test(TnT) was 0.1 ng/mL ] and no.significant co.o.ary disease at angio.raphy(the patients were co.sidered to.have significant angio.raphic disease o.ly a 50% steno.is was detected in any o. their co.o.ary arteries). The ro.e o. CMR with the late gado.inium enhancement was *** CMR was perfo.med to.190 patients(86%) o. this gro.p which reveals: Myo.arditis in 90 patients(47%); apical ballo.ning(Tako.Tsubo.syndro.e) in 32 patients(17%); myo.ardial infarctio.(MI) in 40 patients(21%) and no.clear diagno.is identified by CMR in 28 patients(15%). Backgro.nd: The diagno.tic accuracy o. IgA tissue transglutaminase antibo.ies (TGA) fo. co.liac disease (CD) has been assessed fo.lo.ing the intro.uctio. o. the test into.ro.tine practice in 2002. Metho.s: Specificity was assessed in serum samples received fro. 1554 adults fo. ro.tine co.liac sero.o.y. The po.ulatio. fo. assessing sensitivity was 75 co.secutive new adult diagno.es o. CD. TGA was measured by enzyme-linked immuno.ssay using human tissue transglutaminase as antigen. Co.co.dance between TGA and endo.ysial antibo.y (EMA)was also.assessed. Results: The prevalence o. new diagno.es o. CD in the po.ulatio. tested was 2.8%with similar pro.o.tio.s o. new diagno.es in males and females. The po.itive predictive values at a cut-o.f o. 3 units/mL were 0.77 fo. samples fro. Primary Care and 0.92 fo. samples fro. Ho.pital so.rces, with a sensitivity o. 92%. At TGA 4.9 units/mL, EMA was rarely negative. Co.clusio.s: We have assessed the ro.e o. TGA in ro.tine clinical practice and co.firmed high diagno.tic accuracy. Sensitivity (92%) is identical to.the sensitivity fo. EMA. IgA deficiency sho.ld be excluded in samples sho.ing lo. abso.bance readings in the TGA assay and interference fro. mo.o.lo.al and po.yclo.al IgA sho.ld be excluded in samples with slightly raised TGA levels and negative EMA. TGA is reco.mended as the first-line sero.o.ical test fo. co.liac disease.

唐代诗人白居易在其散文作品《与元九书》中说道:“感人心者,莫先乎情。”其意指能够感化人心的事物,没有比情先的。在家居产品的设计中,色彩是艺术的语言,带给人们视觉上的冲击,设计师运用不同的色彩和元素,勾勒内心的情感,而其设计作品又赋予受众不同的情感体验。喜怒哀乐是人类情感表达的呈现方式,而丰富多样的颜色则被划分为无彩色系和有彩色系,产品的设计或方圆、立体,或彩色、黑白,其经由设计师的画布和调色板,最终孵化出饱含其个人情感的彩色“乐园”,这反映了设计师创作时的心境,亦以不同的诠释输出到受众端,使其游走其间,切身感受。
