A quantitative, non-experimental, and cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted to analyze the perceptions and attitudes of attorney teachers, from the Southern professional institute （ipReS） of the Federal State University of Morelos （UAEM）, towards the new information and communication technologies （iCTs）. The investigation was conducted by the method of survey and gathering information through the application of teachers＇ Attitudes Questionnaire to Computers derived from the instrument ＂Teachers＇ Attitudes Toward Computers＂ of Christensen and Knezek （1996） to the total teachers with a law degree who work at the institute. The dimensions involved in the questionnaire were： liking/utility, email, frustration/anxiety, learning/productivity, and negative impact. The results projected in the study reflected that teachers have a positive attitude （medium to favorable） with respect to computers and emails. in addition, the results showed the absence of teachers＇ feelings of anxiety, nervousness, or fear towards using computers.

The replacement problem can be modeled as a finite, irreducible, homogeneous Markov Chain. in our proposal the problem was modeled using a Markov decision process and then, the instance was optimized using dynamic programming. We proposed a new functional that includes a reward functional, that can be more helpful in processing industries because it considerate instances like incomes, maintenance costs, fixed costs to replace equipment, purchase price and salvage values;and this functional can be solved with dynamic programming and used to make effective decisions. Two theorems are proved related with this new functional. A numerical example is presented in order to demonstrate the utility of this proposal.

The aim of this study was to determine the influence of collagen i and iii on the expression of estrogen and progesterone receptors in equine endometrial fibrosis. A total of 25 crossbred mares were studies. Two endometrial samples were collected from each mare,1 inthe estrus and1 inthe diestrus phase. The samples were classified according to histological changes. Collagen was typed and quantified using the picrosirius red histochemical technique, and steroid receptors were identified by immunohistochemistry. The results showed a predominance of collagen type iii in all the endometrial samples. The expression of estrogen (RE2) and progesterone (Rp4) receptors varied according to the estrous cycle. RE2 and Rp4 expression varied in the estrus and diestrus phases;there was no influence of collagen i or ii on receptor expression.

The system of obligatory insurance, regulated by the Social Security Law, includes the design of a mixed system, which allows workers to continue contributing to the social security. This mixed system, called voluntary continuation in the obligatory system, contemplates the option for workers who have concluded a work relationship and who wish to continue accumulating weekly contributions necessary to obtain the disability and life insurance rights, such as those of dismissal in old age, and are considered in the Social Security Act of 1973.

This paper addresses the case of the professional institute of the Southern Region （ipRES）, an institute of higher education in the State University of Morelos, with the aim of showing the measurement results of organizational climate before and after the change of the principal to know some internal features and describe the organizational climate of workers＇ perception in a transition stage; besides, the influence of the current director＇s leadership is analyzed in the achievement of organizational goals and how the perception of organizational climate or working environment can be affected by female leadership is also dealt with. in Mexico, there are more and more women running various organizations, including those belonging to the field of education, and universities are no exception. On the other hand, the type of leadership being exercised can promote or hinder the proper performance of the institute and may be a factor of distinction and influence the behavior of those who integrate it; therefore, knowing how it works provides feedback about the processes that determine organizational behavior and the working environment.

The objective of this study is to estimate the prevalence and describe the characteristics of pDDis （potential drug-drug interactions） in medical prescriptions of hospitalized surgical patients. in this cross-sectional study, we analyzed 370 medical prescriptions from the surgery unit of a Mexican public teaching hospital. The identification and classification of potential drug-drug interactions were performed with the Micromedex 2.0 electronic drug information database. Results were analyzed with descriptive statistics and we estimated OR （odds ratio） to determine associated risk factors. From the study, it was found that the prevalence of potential drug-drug interactions was 45.9%. A total of 385 interactions were identified. Of these, 54.3% were classified as major and 60.5% as pharmacodynamic. prescriptions for more than seven drugs （OR =7.33, Ci （confidence interval） = 4.59-11.71） and advanced age 〉 60 years, （OR = 1.79, Ci = 1.06-2.74） were positively associated with the presence of potential drug-drug interactions. We found a high prevalence of clinically relevant pDDis in the surgery unit. in view of this outcome, the safety of drug combinations in hospitalized surgical patients should be evaluated during the prescription process in order to prevent adverse events.

BACKGROUND Different forms of pregenomic and other hepatitis B virus(HBV)RNA have been detected in patients’*** circulating HBV-RNAs may be useful for monitoring covalently closed circular DNA activity,and predicting hepatitis B eantigen seroconversion or viral rebound after nucleos(t)ide analog *** on serum HBV-RNA quasispecies,however,is *** is therefore important to develop methodologies to thoroughly analyze this quasispecies,ensuring the elimination of any residual *** circulating HBV-RNA quasispecies may facilitate achieving functional cure of HBV *** To establish a next-generation sequencing(NGS)methodology for analyzing serum HBV-RNA and comparing it with DNA *** Thirteen untreated chronic hepatitis B patients,showing different HBV-genotypes and degrees of severity of liver disease were enrolled in the study and a serum sample with HBV-DNA>5 Log10 iU/mL and HBV-RNA>4 Log10 copies/mL was taken from each ***-RNA was treated with DNAse i to remove any residual DNA,and the region between nucleotides(nt)1255-1611 was amplified using a 3-nested polymerase chain reaction protocol,and analyzed with ***/conservation and complexity was compared between HBV-DNA and RNA *** No HBV-DNA contamination was detected in cDNA samples from HBV-RNA *** quasispecies complexity showed heterogeneous behavior among *** Rare Haplotype Load at 1%was greater in DNA than in RNA quasispecies,with no statistically significant differences(p=0.1641).Regarding conservation,information content was equal in RNA and DNA quasispecies in most nt positions[218/357(61.06%)].in 102 of the remaining 139(73.38%),HBV-RNA showed slightly higher *** window analysis identified 4 hyper-conserved sequence fragments in each quasispecies,3 of them coincided between the 2 quasispecies:nts 1258-1286,1545-1573 and *** 2 hyper-variable sequence fragments also coincid

The objective of this research was to analyze （or characterize） what motivational factors are involved in the continuity of the academic development of students in the Graduate School of Jojutla. The study is quantitative, descriptive, and transversal. The population is composed of 346 students who entered college in 2014. A sample of 52 students out of this population was selected, from the majors of Business Management, Accounting, Law, Environmental Sciences, psychology, and Computer Science. The data collection instrument was developed by Esquivel and Arjona （2003）, which measured the dimensions of security, affiliation or affection, self-fulfillment, achievement, power, recognition, and knowledge. The results showed that 72.7% of new students place a very high value on the knowledge dimension： learning new things, improve study skills, do research, better overall job training, and interest in learning. However, in other dimensions, such as affiliation or affection, the percentage given by students is 9. 1%. While the study consists of a small sample, the results provide important information on motivation as a factor that must be considered and evaluated throughout the academic record of the student in order to prevent dropouts and increase terminal efficiency.

Chemical Treatment to Recover Molybdenum and Vanadium from Spent Heavy Gasoil Hydrodesulfurization Catalyst

Large quantities of spent hydrodesulfurization (HDS) catalysts are available from petrochemical industry. Disposal of spent catalyst is a problem as it falls under the category of hazardous industrial waste due to its vanadium concentration. Most of these catalysts are usually supported on alumina containing a variable percentage of elements such as nickel or molybdenum. Hence these catalysts contain environmentally critical, and economically valuable metals such as molyb denum, vanadium, and, nickel. in this paper, a spent HDS catalyst was treated with caustic soda solution. parameters such as temperature, time, and NaOH solution concentration have been studied thoroughly, in order to settle the appropriate conditions for the maximum recovery of molybdenum and vanadium. Under the best leaching conditions (20 %w NaOH, room temperature, 2 h) about 95% recovery of Mo and V was achieved, and the recovery of nickel obtained was of 99% in the form of NiAlO4.
