可食性野生草药活性提取物对果蔬采后病害的抑制活性

植物提取物中的活性成分可以有选择性地应用于果蔬采后防腐剂的合成。本研究的目的是为了评价9种可食性野生草药(Borago officinalis,Orobanche crenata,Plantago coronopus,***,Sanguisorba minor,Silene vulgaris,Sonchus asper,Sonchus oleraceus和Taraxacum officinale)提取物对于一些重要的果蔬采后病原菌,如灰霉菌(Botrytis cinerea)、核果褐腐病菌(Monilinia laxa)、指状青霉菌(Penicillium digitatum)、扩展青梅菌(***)、意大利青霉菌(***)、碳黑曲霉菌(Aspergillus carbonarius)及黑曲霉菌(***)在离体培养和生物体中的抑制活性。通过高效液相色谱技术(HPLC)对所有草药提取物中的酚类成分进行分析鉴定,得到其主要成分包括一些咖啡酸衍生物、黄酮衍生物芹黄素和木犀草素、黄酮醇衍生物山奈酚和槲皮素。在所有草药提取物中,以***(小地榆)和***(锯齿列当)两种草药提取物的抑菌活性最强,特别是***的提取物在离体培养中完全抑制了核果类褐腐病菌、指状青霉及黑曲霉菌的孢子萌发,并且显著降低了灰霉菌的孢子萌发率;***提取物的抑菌活性虽小于***,但仍然显著降低了所有供试病原真菌的孢子萌发率。此外,这两种草药提取物在抑制病原菌孢子萌发的初期就能有效抑制孢子芽管的伸长。在很多情况下,草药提取物的抑菌活性表现出剂量效应,随着提取物中酚类物质浓度的升高,其抑菌活性增强。在受损伤的活体果实上进行抑菌试验的结果表明,***提取物完全抑制了杏和油桃褐腐病的发生;***提取物分别有效降低了鲜食葡萄灰霉病、杏及油桃褐腐病、柑橘绿霉病的发病率。可食性草药提取物的抑菌活性来自于其中的一些咖啡酸衍生物和/或黄酮类物质。本研究对提取物中酚类成分的HPLC分析为提取物中有效抑菌成分的鉴定提供了有利的依据。

In Traditional Chinese Medicine,stimulation of the Neiguan spot has been utilized to treat palpitations and symptoms related to different cardiovascular *** evaluated whether acupuncture might exert an antiarrhythmic effect on patients with paroxysmal or persistent atrial fibrillation(AF).Two sets of data are *** first included patients with persistent AF who underwent electrical cardioversion to restore sinus *** second included patients with symptomatic paroxysmal *** subjects had normal ventricular *** treatment consisted of 10 acupuncture sessions on a once a week basis with puncturing of the Neiguan,Shenmen and Xinshu *** patients with persistent AF,the recurrence rate after acupuncture treatment was similar to that observed in patients on amiodarone,but significantly smaller than that measured after sham acupuncture treatment or in the absence of any antiarrhythmic *** a small group of patients with paroxysmal AF,acupuncture resulted in a significant reduction in the number and duration of symptomatic AF *** conclusion,we observed that acupuncture of the Neiguan spot was associated with an antiarrhythmic effect,which was evident in patients with both persistent and paroxysmal *** preliminary data,observed in 2 small groups of AF patients,need to be validated in a larger population but strongly suggest that acupuncture may be an effective non-invasive and safe antiarrhythmic tool in the management of these patients.

AIM: To review digoxin use in systolic congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation, and after myocardial infarction. METHODS: A comprehensive Pub Med search was performed using the key words "digoxin and congestive heart failure", "digoxin and atrial fibrillation", "digoxin, atrial fibrillation and systolic congestive heart failure", and "digoxin and myocardial infarction". Only articles written in English were included in this study. We retained studies originating from randomized controlled trials, registries and included at least 500 patients. The studies included patients with atrial fibrillation or heart failure or myocardial infarction and had a significant proportion of patients(at least 5%) on digoxin. A table reviewing the different hazard ratios was developed based on the articles selected. Our primary endpoint was the overall mortality in the patients on digoxin vs those without digoxin, among patients with atrial fibrillation and also among patients with atrial fibrillation and systolic heart failure. We reviewed the most recent international guidelines to discuss current ***: A total of 18 studies were found that evaluated digoxin and overall mortality in different clinical settings including systolic congestive heart failure and normal sinus rhythm(n = 5), atrial fibrillation with and without systolic congestive heart failure(n = 9), and myocardial infarction(n = 4). Overall, patients with systolic congestive heart failure with normal sinus rhythm, digoxin appears to have a neutral effect on mortality especially if close digoxin level monitoring is employed. However, most of the observational studies evaluating digoxin use in atrial fibrillation without systolic congestive heart failure showed an increase in overall mortality when taking digoxin. Introduction. Chordomas are rare extradural bone tumors arising from notochord remnants, the embryonic structure forming the original axis of the spine. They represent 0.1p. 100 of all intra-cranial tumors. The chordoma is a locally malignant cancer that tends to invade the surrounding tissues. Its localization in the skin is exceptional. Observation. A 56 year-old man developed a nut-sized vegetating nodule on the nasal groove. This lesion appeared a few months following surgery for a frontoglabellar relapse of a chordoma that had developed six years earlier at the base of the skull. Discussion. We report this case because of the rareness of cutaneous involvement and the particular conditions in which it occurred. It may have been due to tumoral seeding during the previous surgical interventions.

Theγ-ray emission from the W51 complex is widely acknowledged to be attributed to the interaction between the cosmic rays(CRs)accelerated by the shock of supernova remnant(SNR)W51C and the dense molecular clouds in the adjacent star-forming region,***,the maximum acceleration capability of W51C for CRs remains *** on observations conducted with the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(LHAASO),we report a significant detection ofγrays emanating from the W51 complex,with energies from 2 to 200 *** LHAASO measurements,for the first time,extend theγ-ray emission from the W51 complex beyond 100 TeV and reveal a significant spectrum bending at tens of *** combining the"π^(0)-decay bump"featured data from Fermi-LAT,the broadbandγ-ray spectrum of the W51 region can be well-characterized by a simple pp-collision *** observed spectral bending feature suggests an exponential cutoff at~400 TeV or a power-law break at~200 TeV in the CR proton spectrum,most likely providing the first evidence of SNRs serving as CR accelerators approaching the PeV ***,two young star clusters within W51B could also be theoretically viable to produce the most energeticγrays observed by *** findings strongly support the presence of extreme CR accelerators within the W51 complex and provide new insights into the origin of Galactic CRs.

AIM: To check the safety and efficacy of boceprevir/telaprevir with peginterferon/ribavirin for hepatitis C virus(HCV) genotype 1 in the real-world settings. METHODS: This study was a non-randomized, observational, prospective, multicenter. This study involved 47 centers in Italy. A database was prepared for the homogenous collection of the data, was used by all of the centers for data collection, and was updated continuously. All of the patients enrolled in this study were older than 18 years of age and were diagnosed with chronic infection due to HCV genotype 1. The HCV RNA testing was performed using COBAS-Taq Man2.0(Roche, LLQ 25 IU/m L). RESULTS: All consecutively treated patients were included. Forty-seven centers enrolled 834 patients as follows: Male 64%; median age 57(range 18-78), of whom 18.3% were over 65; mean body mass index 25.6(range 16-39); genotype 1b(79.4%); diagnosis of cirrhosis(38.2%); and fibrosis F3/4(71.2%). The following drugs were used: Telaprevir(66.2%) and PEG-IFN-alpha2a(67.6%). Patients were na?ve(24.4%), relapsers(30.5%), partial responders(14.8%) and null responders(30.3%). Overall, adverse events(AEs) occurred in 617 patients(73.9%) during the treatment. Anemia was the most frequent AE(52.9% of cases), especially in cirrhotic. The therapy was stopped for 14.6% of the patients because of adverse events or virological failure(15%). Sustained virological response was achieved in 62.7% of the cases, but was 43.8% in cirrhotic patients over 65 years of age. CONCLUSION: In everyday practice, triple therapy is safe but has moderate efficacy, especially for patients over 65 years of age, with advanced fibrosis, nonresponders to peginterferon + ribavirin.
