Variations in tensile behavior and properties after pre-strain and thermal aging were differently affected by strain aging phenomenon dependent on *** increasing polygonal ferrite fraction,decrement in uniform elongation is increased,and the increment in yield-to-tensile ratio is slightly decreased after pre-strain and thermal ***,it can be concluded that the polygonal ferrite has contradictory effects on strain aging resistance although the polygonal ferrite still contributes to improvement of uniform elongation after strain aging.

The quality of satellite radar altimetric data is very important in studies of geodesy,geophysics,and *** coastal oceans,altimeter waveforms are contaminated by the terrain and physical environments so that the accuracy of altimeter data is lower than that over open *** we develop a new multi-subwaveform parametric retracker(MSPR) to improve the quality of altimeter data for the recovery of gravity anomaly in coastal *** least squares collocation method is used to recover the residual gravity anomaly over the coastal water from altimetric *** waveform data records from Geosat/GM around Taiwan Island are practically retracked with *** compared with the Taiwan geoid height,the results retracked by MSPR are more accurate than those retracked by the well-known β-5-parmeter method and from the geophysical data records(GDRs).The gravity anomalies over Taiwan coastal waters are calculated from the retracked altimeter data with the least squares *** we compared gravity anomalies computed using altimeter GDRs with the ship-borne gravity data over Taiwan coastal ocean,we found that the results from retracked data are more accurate than those from GDRs.

Cr Fe Ni Cu)_(100-x)Ti_(x)(x=0,3,5,7 and 10;at%)high-entropy alloys have been designed by the consideration of the thermophysical relationship between Ti and other principal elements to investigate the influence of Ti on the microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of(CrFeNiCu)_(100-x)Ti_(x)high-entropy *** addition of Ti content in HEAs leads to a change in phase formation from dual-phase(FCC1 and FCC2,FCC:face-centered cubic)to the mixture of FCC1,FCC2 phases,and an additional body-centered cubic(BCC)*** yield strength and Vickers hardness of the alloys are enhanced from 291 to 1511 MPa and HV 134 to HV 531,respectively,which depends strongly on the volume fraction of BCC *** the one hand,the plasticity of the alloys reduces from 45.00%to 24.09%,but it could be considered reasonable *** results revealed that the addition of a minor alloying element in high-entropy alloys with consideration of thermophysical parameters led to the formation of a multiple solid solution structure with excellent mechanical properties.

Atomic movement under application of external stimuli （i.e., electric field or mechanical stress） in oxide materials has not been observed due to a lack of experimental methods but has been well known to determine the electric polarization. Here, we investigated atomic movement arising from the ferroelectric response of BiFeO3 thin films under the effect of an electric field and stress in real time using a combination of switching spectroscop）6 time-resolved X-ray microdiffraction, and in situ stress engineering. Under an electric field applied to a BiFeO3 film, the hysteresis loop of the reflected X-ray intensity was found to result from the opposing directions of displaced atoms between the up and down polarization states. An additional shift of atoms arising from the linearly increased dielectric component of the polarization in BiFeO3 was confirmed through gradual reduction of the diffracted X-ray intensity. The electric-field- induced displacement of oxygen atoms was found to be larger than that of Fe atom for both ferroelectric switching and increase of the polarization. The effect of external stress on the BiFeO3 thin film, which was controlled by applying an electric field to the highly piezoelectric substrate, showed smaller atomic shifts than for the case of applying an electric field to the film, despite the similar tetragonality.

We first prove the L~2-boundedness of a Fourier integral operator where it’s symbol a ∈S~0(R~n× R~n) and the phase function S is non-degenerate, satisfies certain conditions and may not be positively homogeneous in ξ-variables. Then we use the above property, Paley’s inequality, covering lemma of Calderon and Zygmund etc., and obtain the L~p-boundedness of Fourier integral operators if(1) the symbol a ∈ Λand Supp a = E×R~n, with E a compact set of R~n(m=-|1/p-1/2|n, 1n/2; 2n/p),(2) the symbol a ∈ Λ(m=-|1/p-1/2|n, 1n/2, k’>n/p; 2n/p, k’>n/2) with the phase function S(x, ξ) = xξ + h(x, ξ), x, ξ ∈ R~n non-degenerate,satisfying certain conditions and ?ξ h ∈ S~0(R~n× R~n), or(3) the symbol a ∈ Λ, the requirements for m, k, k’ are the same as in(2), and ?h is not in S~0(R~n× R~n) but the phase function S is non-degenerate, satisfies certain conditions and is positively homogeneous in ξ-variables.

BACKGROUND Anderson-Fabry disease(AFD)is an X-linked lysosomal storage disorder that results from a deficiency ofα-galactosidase A enzyme activity in which glycosphingolipids gradually accumulate in multi-organ *** manifestations are the leading cause of mortality in patients with *** them,arrhythmias comprise a large portion of the heart disease cases in AFD,most of which are characterized by conduction ***,atrial fibrillation as a presenting sign at the young age group diagnosed with AFD is *** SUMMARY We report a case of a 26-year-old man who was admitted with chest *** ventricular hypertrophy was fulfilled in the criteria by the Sokolow-Lyon index and atrial fibrillation on the 12 Leads-electrocardiography(ECG)that was documented in the emergency *** spontaneously restored to normal sinus rhythm,relationships between P and R waves,including a shorter PR interval on the ECG,were *** echocardiographic findings showed thickened interventricular septal and left posterior ventricular *** on the clues mentioned earlier,we realized the possibility of ***,we noticed the associated symptoms and signs,including bilateral mild hearing loss,neuropathic pain,anhidrosis,and angiokeratoma on the trunk and *** was finally diagnosed with classical AFD,which was confirmed by the gene mutation and abnormal enzyme activity ofα-galactosidase *** This case is a rare case of AFD as a presentation with atrial fibrillation at a young *** the relationship between P and Q waves on the ECG through sinus rhythm conversion may help in differential diagnosis of the cause of atrial fibrillation and hypertrophic myocardium.

YBa2Cu3O7-x(YBCO) films were fabricated on an LAO substrate using the trifluoroacetic acid-metal organic deposition(TFA-MOD) method and the effects of the humidity and heat treatment temperatures on the microstructure,degree of texture and critical properties of the films were *** order to understand the combined effects of the humidity and the calcining and firing temperatures on critical properties,heat-treatment was performed at various temperatures with the other processing variables *** films were calcined at 400-430 ℃ and fired at 750-800 ℃ in a 0-12.1% humidified Ar-O2 *** texture was determined by pole-figure *** amount of the BaF2 phase was effectively reduced and a sharp and strong biaxial texture was formed under a humidified atmosphere,which led to increased critical *** addition,the microstructure varied significantly with firing temperature but changed little with calcining *** highest IC of 40 A/cm-width,which corresponds to JC value of 1.8 MA/cm2,was obtained for the films fired at 775 ℃(in 12.1% humidity) after calcining at 400-430 ℃.It is likely that the highest IC value is due to the formation of a more pure YBCO phase,c-axis grains,and a denser microstructure.

AIM: We have previously demonstrated that hepatitis C virus (HCV) core protein is efficiently released into the culture medium in insect cells. The objective of this study is to characterize the HCV core secretion in insect cells. METHODS: We constructed recombinant baculoviruses expressing various-length of mutant core proteins, expressed these proteins in insect cells, and examined core protein secretion in insect cells. RESULTS: Only wild type core was efficiently released into the culture medium, although the protein expression level of wild type core was lower than those of other mutant core proteins. We found that the shorter form of the core construct expressed the higher level of protein. However, if more than 18 amino acids of the core were truncated at the C-terminus, core proteins were no longer secreted into the culture medium. Membrane flotation data show that the secreted core proteins are associated with the cellular membrane protein, indicating that HCV core is secreted as a membrane complex. CONCLUSION: The C-terminal 18 amino acids of HCV core were crucial for core secretion into the culture media. Since HCV replication occurs on lipid raft membrane structure, these results suggest that HCV may utilize a unique core release mechanism to escape immune surveillance, thereby potentially representing the feature of HCV morphogenesis.
