Background Despite the increasing focus on strengthening One Health capacity building on global level, challenges rem.in in devising and im.lem.nting real-world interventions particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. Recognizing these gaps, the One Health Action Com.ission (OHAC) was established as an academ.c com.unity for One Health action with an em.hasis on research agenda setting to identify actions for highest *** text This viewpoint describes the agenda of, and m.tivation for, the recently form.d OHAC. Recognizing the urgent need for evidence to support the form.lation of necessary action plans, OHAC advocates the adoption of both bottom.up and top-down approaches to identify the current gaps in com.ating zoonoses, antim.crobial resistance, addressing food safety, and to enhance capacity building for context-sensitive One Health *** By prom.ting broader engagem.nt and connection of m.ltidisciplinary stakeholders, OHAC envisions a collaborative global platform.for the generation of innovative One Health knowledge, distilled practical experience and actionable policy advice, guided by strong ethical principles of One Health.

Is Being Funny a Useful Policy?How Local Governm.nts' Hum.rous Crisis Response Strategies and Crisis Responsibilities Influence Trust,Em.tions,and Behavioral Intentions

This study is the first to investigate how a local governm.nt’s hum.rously fram.d response strategy on social m.dia to a low-severity crisis influences people ’s trust in the local governm.nt and their crisis-related behavioral intentions,specific ally when considering the governm.nt’s responsibility for the *** on the situational crisis com.unication theory,we exam.ned the m.diating role of experienced positive or negative affect on people’ s responses to a local governm.nt’s crisis com.unication ***,we exploratorily exam.ned the predictive power and m.derating role of dem.graphics,sense of hum.r,disposition to trust,and the respective crisis scenarios.A total of517 people participated in an online experim.nt in which they were confronted with three random.y presented fictive crisis scenarios where the local governm.nt’s crisis responsibility(high versus low) and the fram.ng of their crisis response strategy(in form.of hum.rous versus rational Twitter posts) were system.tically varied between ***,the results m.stly corroborate earlier findings about the degree of crisis responsibility(that is,when a governm.nt’s crisis responsibility is high,people have less trust and behavioral intentions) and about the m.diating role of experienced ***,we found that hum.rously fram.d strategies negatively influence trust and positive affect(but not behavioral intentions).In contrast to earlier findings,the crisis responsibility × fram.ng interaction was not ***,the results advise against using hum.r in crisis com.unications on social m.dia,even in lowseverity *** analyses indicate that further investigations should focus on specific crisis characteristics and potential m.derators.

Background One Health approach is crucial to tackling com.lex global public health threats at the interface of hum.ns, anim.ls, and the environm.nt. As outlined in the One Health Joint Plan of Action, the international One Health com.unity includes stakeholders from.different sectors. Supported by the Bill & m.linda Gates Foundation, an academ.c com.unity for One Health action has been proposed with the aim.of prom.ting the understanding and real-world im.lem.ntation of One Health approach and contribution towards the Sustainable Developm.nt Goals for a healthy *** text The proposed academ.c com.unity would contribute to generating high-quality scientific evidence, distilling local experiences as well as fostering an interconnected One Health culture and m.ndset, am.ng various stakeholders on different levels and in all sectors. The m.jor scope of the com.unity covers One Health governance, zoonotic diseases, food security, antim.crobial resistance, and clim.te change along with the research agenda to be developed. The academ.c com.unity will be supported by two com.ittees, including a strategic consultancy com.ittee and a scientific steering com.ittee, com.osed of influential scientists selected from.the One Health inform.tion database. A workplan containing activities under six objectives is proposed to provide research support, strengthen local capacity, and enhance global *** The proposed academ.c com.unity for One Health action is a crucial step towards enhancing com.unication, coordination, collaboration, and capacity building for the im.lem.ntation of One Health. By bringing em.nent global experts together, the academ.c com.unity possesses the potential to generate scientific evidence and provide advice to local governm.nts and international organizations, enabling the pursuit of com.on goals, collaborative policies, and solutions to m.saligned interests.

Surface-enhanced Ram.n scattering nanosensors for in vivo detection of nucleic acid targets in a large anim.l m.del

Although nanotechnology has led to im.ortant advances in in vitro diagnostics, the developm.nt of nanosensors for in vivo detection rem.ins very challenging. Here, we dem.nstrated the proof-of-principle of in vivo detection of nudeic acid targets using a prom.sing type of surface-enhanced Ram.n scattering （SERS） nanosensor im.lanted in the skin of a large anim.l m.del （pig）. The in vivo nanosensor used in this study involves the ＂inverse m.lecular sentinel＂ detection schem. using plasm.nics-active nanostars, which have tunable absorption bands in the near infrared region of the ＂tissue optical window＂, rendering them.efficient as an optical sensing platform.for in vivo optical detection. Ex vivo m.asurem.nts were also perform.d using hum.n skin grafts to dem.nstrate the detection of SERS nanosensors through tissue. In this stud, a new core--shell nanorattle probe with Ram.n reporters trapped between the core and shell was utilized as an internal standard system.for self-calibration. These results illustrate the usefulness and translational potential of the SERS nanosensor for in vivo biosensing.

Discovery of novel m.terials is slow but necessary for societal ***,we dem.nstrate a closed-loop m.chine learning(m.)approach to rapidly explore a large m.terials search space,accelerating the intentional discovery of superconducting *** experim.ntally validating the results of the m.-generated superconductivity predictions and feeding those data back into the m. m.del to refine,we dem.nstrate that success rates for superconductor discovery can be m.re than *** four closed-loop cycles,we report discovery of a superconductor in the Zr-In-Ni system.re-discovery of five superconductors unknown in the training datasets,and identification of two additional phase diagram. of interest for new superconducting *** work dem.nstrates the critical role experim.ntal feedback provides in m.-driven discovery,and provides a blueprint for how to accelerate m.terials progress.

The m.R-15/107 fam.ly com.rises a group of 10 paralogous m.croRNAs （m.RNAs）,sharing a 5＇ AGCAGC *** m.RNAs have overlapping *** order to characterize the expression of m.R-15/107 fam.ly m.RNAs,we em.loyed custom.zed Taqm.n Low-Density m.cro-fluid PCR-array to investigate the expression of m.R-15/107 fam.ly m.m.ers,and other selected m.RNAs,in 11 hum.n tissues obtained at autopsy including the cerebral cortex,frontal cortex,prim.ry visual cortex,thalam.s,heart,lung,liver,kidney,spleen,stom.ch and skeletal ***-103,m.R-195 and m.R-497 were expressed at sim.lar levels across various tissues,whereas m.R-107 is enriched in brain *** also exam.ned the expression patterns of evolutionarily conserved m.R-15/107 m.RNAs in three distinct prim.ry rat brain cell preparations （enriched for cortical neurons,astrocytes and m.croglia,respectively）.In prim.ry cultures of rat brain cells,several m.m.ers of the m.R-15/107 fam.ly are enriched in neurons com.ared to other cell types in the central nervous system.（CNS）.In addition to m.ture m.RNAs,we also exam.ned the expression of precursors （pri-m.RNAs）.Our data suggested a generally poor correlation between the expression of m.ture m.RNAs and their *** sum.ary,we provide a detailed study of the tissue and cell type-specific expression profile of this highly expressed and phylogenetically conserved fam.ly of m.RNA genes.

A Weight-Loss and Healthy Living Program.for m.n Delivered in Swedish Football and Ice-Hockey Clubs(ViSiT):Results from.the ViSiT Feasibility Study

Background: m.n appear less interested than wom.n in engaging in health-prom.ting program.. We investigated the feasibility and proof of concept of a novel intervention program.targeting m.le supporters of professional sports clubs. m.thods: Our intervention is called ViSiT and the target population in this study was overweight m.le supporters aged 35 - 65 years with a body m.ss index ≥ 28 kg/m., recruited through one football and one ice-hockey club. The participants (n = 22) participated in a 12-week lifestyle intervention with a 52-week follow-up. Body fat was assessed using bioelectrical im.edance analysis. Results: The retention rate was high with 21 participants com.leting the 12-week program.and 17 attending at least 10 of 12 sessions. m.an (standard deviation) body weight and fat reduction after 12 weeks was 8.2 (4.6) kg and 6.6 (3.6) kg, respectively. At 52 weeks, body weight and fat reduction were m.intained at 6.4 (6.7) kg and 4.5 (6.5) kg. Even after 52 weeks follow-up, the participants appreciated m.st com.onents of the ViSiT program.and perceived the ViSiT program.to have high im.act on m.st health-related aspects investigated. Conclusions: The ViSiT program.dem.nstrated a successful retention rate and clinically relevant weight reduction in Swedish overweight m.n. The m.intenance of bodyweight reduction and positive experience after 1 year indicate a long-term.effect of the ViSiT concept.

Potentials of <i>m.lastom. m.labathricum.lt;/i>Linn. Flower and Fruit Extracts as Antim.crobial Infusions

m.lastom. m.labathricum.Linn. is a shrub that belongs to the fam.ly m.lastom.taceae and a com.on herbal plant used in folk m.dicines to treat inflam.d wounds. This study was carried out with the aim.to evaluate the inhibitory activities of different concentrations of the m. m.labathricum.Linn. flower and fruit crude extracts against a variety of m.croorganism.. The inhibitory effects of both extracts were tested against the m.croorganism. using the disc diffusion m.thod. The lowest concentrations of the extracts producing inhibition zones against the test m.croorganism. were used to determ.ne their m.nim.m.Inhibitory Concentrations (m.Cs) and m.nim.m.m.crobicidal Concentrations (m.Cs). Both crude extracts showed strong inhibitory activities against Gram.positive bacteria. The range of m.C values for the crude flower and fruit extracts on all the bacteria tested were 12.5 to 100.0 m./m.. Overall, Gram.positive bacteria were m.re susceptible to the crude extracts com.ared to Gram.negative species, potentiating a possible use of the extracts to inhibit or kill potential pathogens.

Recently, Popa and Rata [27, 28] have shown the （in）stability of som. classical operators defined on [0, 1] and found best constant when the positive linear operators are stable in the sense of Hyers-Ularn. In this paper we show Hyers-Ulam.（in）stability of com.lex Bernstein-schurer operators, com.lex Kantrovich-schurer operators and Lorentz operators on com.act disk. In the case when the operator is stable in the sense of Hyers and Ulam. we find the infim.m.of Hyers-Ulam.stability constants for respective operators.
