采用傅里叶空间中的布朗运动方程研究了具有双层结构的生物膜的动力学性质,给出了生物膜在空间热库作用下随机运动的三维图像.研究表明,双层生物膜之间的相对滑动是一个非常重要的动力学过程,对高度-高度相关函数有非常显著的影响.

The photo-carrier density in the depletion region of the GaN-based p-i-n ultraviolet(UV) detector is calculated by solving the photo-carrier continuity equation,and the photo-carrier screening electric field is calculated according to Poisson's *** the numerical calculation method,a novel model of photo-carrier screening effect is *** the influence of photo-carrier screening effect on the distribution of photo-carrier density in the depletion region of p-i-n detector is *** influence of incident power,bias voltage and carrier life time on the photo-carrier screening effect is also *** is concluded that the influence of photo-carrier screening effect on the performance of GaN-based p-i-n UV detector is non-monotone,the maximum of carrier drift velocity and the minimum of response time can be realized by adjusting the applied ***,the incident light duration has strong impact on the photo-carrier screening effect.

Self-assembly of polystyrene spheres guided by patterned n-type InP substrates has been investigated. InP surfaces were patterned using a variety of methods including wet chemical etching,sputter coating,thermal evaporation,and photo lithography. The self-assembly of polystyrene spheres depended on the appearance of patterns and was affected by the deposition techniques (sputter coating and thermal evaporation) of Au micro-squares. SEM and AFM were used to characterize the surface morphologies.

After revisiting models for the ferroelectric relaxors,we notice that the models can be classified into two *** group models are directly based upon the compositional fluctuations,such as Smolenskii’s theory and SRBRF *** other models are experimental phenomenon oriented,such as macro-micro domain crossover and superparaelectric state. The later explanations imply that the ferroelectric relaxor is in a critical *** unusual field induced phase transition in ferroelectric relaxor also suggests that this is a critical phenomenon with first order phase transition *** within the framework of effective field approach and with introducing the concept of quantum temperature scale,we reproduce the diffused phase transition of the dielectric constant and the field induced phase *** seems that the larger quantum fluctuation at low temperature depresses the ferroelectricity in ferroelectric relaxors,and results in their unusual physical properties.

提出了一种基于T波最大值T波电交替(T-wave alternans,TWA)的快速傅氏变换(Fast fouriertransform,FFT)分析法。该方法能在减少抽样频率的条件下,保证计算精度。基于T波最大值的方法还解决了固定T波的取样点随着心率的变化而变化问题。该方法对连续128个正常心跳周期的ST-T结构中的T波最大值进行FFT变换,进而可以得到其功率谱曲线图。该功率谱图可反映TWA。

In this paper, based on new auxiliary nonlinear ordinary differential equation with a sixth-degree nonlinear term, we study the (2+1)-dimensional Davey-Stewartson equation and new types of travelling wave solutions are obrained, which include new bell and kink profile solitary wave solutions, triangular periodic wave solutions, and singular solutions. The method used here can be also extended to many other nonlinear partial differential equations.

The strained Si techique has been widely adopted in the high-speed and high-performance devices and circuits. Based on the valence band E-k relations of strained Si/(111)Si1-xGex, the valence band and hole effective mass along the [111] and [-110] directions were obtained in this work. In comparison with the relaxed Si, the valence band edge degeneracy was partially lifted, and the significant change was observed band structures along the [111] and [-110] directions, as well as in its corresponding hole effective masses with the increasing Ge fraction. The results obtained can provide valuable references to the investigation concerning the Si-based strained devices enhancement and the conduction channel design related to stress and orientation.
