Colonoscopy is an effective screening procedure in colorectal cancer prevention programs;however,colonoscopy practice can vary in terms of lesion detection,classification,and *** intelligence(AI)-assisted decision support systems for endoscopy is an area of rapid research and *** systems promise improved detection,classification,screening,and surveillance for colorectal polyps and *** recently developed applications for AIassisted colonoscopy have shown promising results for the detection and classification of colorectal polyps and ***,their value for real-time application in clinical practice has yet to be determined owing to limitations in the design,validation,and testing of AI models under real-life clinical *** these current limitations,ambitious attempts to expand the technology further by developing more complex systems capable of assisting and supporting the endoscopist throughout the entire colonoscopy examination,including polypectomy procedures,are at the concept ***,further work is required to address the barriers and challenges of AI integration into broader colonoscopy practice,to navigate the approval process from regulatory organizations and societies,and to support physicians and patients on their journey to accepting the technology by providing strong evidence of its accuracy and *** article takes a closer look at the current state of AI integration into the field of colonoscopy and offers suggestions for future research.

Characteristics of Tantalum Surface Treated by 6-Triethoxysilylpropylamino-1,3,5-Triazine-2,4-Dithiol Using XPS

The characteristic of material surfaces has a vital status in its application,for instance,surface properties of materials play a decisive role in adhesion technology between different materials.A method called molecule adhesion technology which can successfully adhere different materials such as polymers,rubbers,metals and exhibit strong adhesion strength without any adhesive *** this work,the rare metal of tantalum surface treated by corona and a molecular adhesive(6-triethoxysilylpropylamino1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dithiols,TES)has been investigated to clarify the reaction mechanism between tantalum and *** structures of surfaces treated by corona and TES were also *** contains two functional groups:one is alkoxysilyl group which can react with the OH group linked tantalum formed by the corona discharge treatment;the other is dithiol triazinyl group reacted with many other *** tantalum,corona treated and TES treated surfaces situation were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The result shows that the functional structure of OH groups was formed after corona discharge process and TES can be successfully reacted on the tantalum *** research can be as a preparation work to achieve the tantalum and other materials adhesion by using molecule adhesion technology in the MEMS and NEMS electronic device fields.

Gamete fusion is a core process of sexual reproduction and, in both plants and animals, different sex gametes fuse within species. Although most of the molecular factors involved in gamete interaction are still unknown in various sex-possessing eukaryotes, reports of such factors in algae and land plants have been increasing in the past decade. In particular, knowledge of gamete interaction in flowering plants and green algae has increased since the identification of the conserved gamete fusion factor GENERATIVE CELL SPECIFIC 1/HAPLESS 2 （GCS1/HAP2）. GCSl was first identified as a pollen generative cell-specific transmembrane protein in the lily （Lilium Iongiflorum）, and was then shown to function not only in flowering plant gamete fusion but also in various eukaryotes, including unicellular protists and metazoans. In addition, although initially restricted to Chlamydomonas, knowledge of gamete attachment in flowering plants was also acquired. This review focuses on recent progress in the study of gamete interaction in volvocine green algae and flowering plants and discusses conserved mechanisms of gamete recognition, attachment, and fusion leading to zygote formation.

Accelerated biodegradation of nitrophenols in the rhizosphere of Spirodela polyrrhiza

We investigated the biodegradation of 2-nitrophenol （2-NP）, 4-nitrophenol （4-NP）, and 2,4-dinitrophenol （2,4-DNP） in the rhizosphere of Spirodela polyrrhiza plants by conducting degradation experiments with three river water samples supplemented with each nitrophenol （NP）. We then isolated NP-degrading bacteria both from the S. polyrrhiza roots and from the river water. In the river water samples, removal of the three NP was accelerated in the presence of S. polyrrhiza plants. The three NPs persisted in an autoclaved solution with sterile plants suggests that NP removal was accelerated largely by bacterial NP biodegradation rather than by adsorption and uptake by the plants. We isolated 8 strains of NP-degrading bacteria： 6 strains from the S. polyrrhiza roots and 2 strains from river water without the plants. The 2-NP- and 2,4-DNP-degrading bacteria were isolated only from the S. polyrrhiza roots. The 4-NP- degrading bacteria different from those isolated from the river water samples were also found on S. polyrrhiza roots. The 2-NP- and 4-NP-degrading strains isolated from the roots utilized the corresponding NP （0.5 mmol/L） as the sole carbon and energy source. The 2,4-DNP-degrading strains isolated from the roots showed substantial 2,4-DNP-degrading activity, but the presence of other carbon and energy sources was required for their growth. The isolated NP-degrading bacteria from the roots must have contributed to the accelerated degradation of the three NPs in the rhizosphere of S. polyrrhiza. Our results suggested that rhizoremediation with S. polyrrhiza may be effective for NP-contaminated surface water.

Machine learning adaptation of intraocular lens power calculation for a patient group

目的建立蒙药沙蓬茎、叶、花中槲皮素和异鼠李素的含量,分析槲皮素和异鼠李素在沙蓬不同部位的分布情况。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定槲皮素和异鼠李素的含量。结果槲皮素和异鼠李素分别在0.0107~0.5336μg、0.0421~2.1038μg范围内与峰面积具有很好的线性关系,回收率分别为100.06%、102.59%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.52%、1.67%(n=6),沙蓬茎、叶、花中槲皮素和异鼠李素的总量依次为叶>花>茎。结论该方法精密度高,分离度好,可用于蒙药沙蓬茎、叶、花中槲皮素和异鼠李素的含量测定。
