Phishing attacks are security attacks that do not affect only individuals’or organizations’websites but may affect Internet of Things(IoT)devices and *** environment is an exposed environment for such *** may use thingbots software for the dispersal of hidden junk emails that are not noticed by *** and deep learning and other methods were used to design detection methods for these ***,there is still a need to enhance detection *** of an ensemble classiﬁcation method for phishing website(PW)detection is proposed in this study.A Genetic algo-rithm(GA)was used for the proposed method optimization by tuning several ensemble Machine Learning(ML)methods parameters,including Random Forest(RF),AdaBoost(AB),XGBoost(XGB),Bagging(BA),GradientBoost(GB),and LightGBM(LGBM).These were accomplished by ranking the optimized classi-ﬁers to pick out the best classiﬁers as a base for the proposed method.A PW data-set that is made up of 4898 PWs and 6157 legitimate websites(LWs)was used for this study's *** a result,detection accuracy was enhanced and reached 97.16 percent.

Tankyrase1(TNKS1)plays an essential role in cancer progression by regulating telomere *** study aimed to determine expression of TNKS1 and its regulation in colorectal cancer(CRC)in 20 samples from saudi *** expression of TNKS1 in CRC and paired normal tissues was measured by *** modification of TNKS1 promoter was determined by methylation-specific PCR while somatic mutation was analyzed by Sanger sequencing in exon 10 of the *** cancerous and normal tissues expressed TNKS1,but level of expression in CRC tissues was significantly associated with tumor stage though no other parameters;age,gender,and tumor location,showed any *** of TNKS1 was markedly higher in earlier(I,II)than in later(Ⅲ,Ⅳ)stages of CRC *** cancerous and healthy tissues had unmethylated *** sequencing of exon 10 masked any somatic mutation in the *** findings suggest that up-regulation of TNKS1 was inversely correlated with cancer progression in CRC,indicating that TNKS1 participates in the initiation of CRC by stabilizing telomere length in the first phase of cancer *** other than TNKS1 might play a role in malignant tumor progression and telomere maintenance in the late stages of CRC.

One of the most critical objectives of precision farming is to assess the germination quality of *** models contribute to thisﬁeld primarily through the use of artiﬁcial intelligence techniques such as machine learning,which present difﬁculties in feature extraction and optimization,which are critical factors in predicting accuracy with few false alarms,and another signiﬁcant dif-ﬁculty is assessing germination ***,the majority of these contri-butions make use of benchmark classiﬁcation methods that are either inept or too complex to train with the supplied *** manuscript addressed these issues by introducing a novel ensemble classiﬁcation strategy dubbed“Assessing Germination Quality of Seed Samples(AGQSS)by Adaptive Boosting Ensemble Classiﬁcation”that learns from quantitative phase features as well as universal features in greyscale spectroscopic *** experimental inquiry illustrates the signiﬁcance of the proposed model,which outperformed the currently avail-able models when performance analysis was performed.

AIM: To investigate the number of hypertensive patients, the optometrist is able to identify by routinely taking blood pressure(BP) measurements for patients in "at-risk" groups, and to sample patients’ opinions regarding in-office BP measurement. Many of the optometrists in saudi Arabia practice in optical *** stores are wide spread, easily accessible and seldom need appointments. The expanding role of the optometrist as a primary health care provider(PHCP) and the increasing global prevalence of hypertension,highlight the need for an integrated approach towards detecting and monitoring ***: Automated BP measurements were made twice(during the same session) at five selected optometry practices using a validated BP monitor(Omron M6) to assess the number of patients with high BP(HBP)- in at-risk groups-visiting the eye clinic routinely. Prior to data collection, practitioners underwent a two-day training workshop by a cardiologist on hypertension and how to obtain accurate BP readings. A protocol for BP measurement was distributed and retained in all participating clinics. The general,,.,attitude towards cardiovascular health of 480 patients aged 37.2(±12.4)y and their opinion towards in-office BP measurement was assessed using a self-administered ***: A response rate of 83.6% was obtained for the survey. Ninety-three of the 443 patients(21.0%)tested for BP in this study had HBP. Of these,(62subjects) 67.7% were unaware of their HBP status. Thirty of the 105 subjects(28.6%) who had previously been diagnosed with HBP, still had HBP at the time of this study, and only 22(73.3%) of these patients were on medication. also, only 25% of the diagnosed hypertensive patients owned a BP ***: Taking BP measurements in optometry practices, we were able to identify one previously undiagnosed patient with HBP for every 8 adults *** also identified 30 of 105 previously diagnosed patients whose BP was poorly controlled

Candida species have been associated with the emergence of strains resistant to selected antifungal agents. Plant products have been used traditionally as alternative medicine to ease mucosal fungal infections. This study aimed to investigate the effects of Piper betle extract on the growth profile and the ultrastructure of commonly isolated oral candidal cells. The major component of Po betle was identified using liquid chromatography-mass spectrophotometry （LC-MS/MS）. Seven ATCC control strains of Candida species were cultured in yeast peptone dextrose broth under four different growth environments：（i） in the absence of P. betle extract; and in the presence of P. beUeextract at respective concentrations of （ii） 1 ***-1; （iii） 3 ***-1; and （iv） 6 ***- 1 The growth inhibitory responses of the candidal cells were determined based on changes in the specific growth rates （μ）. Scanning electron microscopy （SEM） was used to observe any ultrastructural alterations in the candida colonies. LC-MS/MS was performed to validate the presence of bioactive compounds in the extract. Following treatment, it was observed that the p-values of the treated cells were significantly different than those of the untreated cells （P〈0.05）, indicating the fungistatic properties of the P. beUe extract. The candidal population was also reduced from an average of 13.44× 10^6 to 1.78×10^6 viable cell counts （CFU）.mL-1, SEM examination exhibited physical damage and considerable morphological alterations of the treated cells. The compound profile from LC-MS/MS indicated the presence of hydroxybenzoic acid, chavibetol and hydroxychavicol in P. betle extract. The effects of P. betle on candida cells could potentiate its antifungal activity.

The vorticity analysis technique was applied to measure the different lithological units,such as schist,metagranite and metavolcano-sedimentary rocks,which are present in the Halaban *** work aims to interpret the relationship between the different lithologies and the tectonic setting,in order to elucidate the nature of kinematic analysis in the Halaban *** kinematic analyses were applied to feldspar porphyroclasts,quartz and hornblende for twenty-six *** kinematic vorticity number(Wm)for deformed rocks in the study area ranged from~0.6 to *** direction of the long axes for finite strain data(X axes)revealed a WNW trend with shallow *** direction of the short axes for finite strain data(Z axes)were represented by vertical with associated horizontal *** results of the kinematic vorticity and strain analyses are characterized by simple shear with different degrees of deformation in the Halaban ***,our finite strain data shows no significant volume change during *** subhorizontal foliation was synchronized with thrusting and ***,throughout the overlying nappes,the same attitudes of tectonic contacts are observable,the nappes in the orogens being formed from simple shear deformation.

Precipitation study was carried out in Ni-35 at. pct Cr alloy by measuring electrical resistivity at different ageing temperatures and long ageing times. During ageing, it was observed that electrical resistivity initially rose with ageing time and then fell after very long ageing at a constant temperature. The initial increase in resistivity during ageing may be attributed to the formation of GP zones/Cr-rich precipitates at early stages by nucleation process and decrease in resistivity, and after attaining a maximum, is due to the growth of precipitate particles and subsequently by coarsening of these precipitates. The results of electrical resistivity measurements during ageing were confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis indicating the formation of a Cr-rich phase and a Cr3Ni2 phase in the Ni matrix.

Hyperparameter tuning is a key step in developing high-performing machine learning models, but searching large hyperparameter spaces requires extensive computation using standard sequential methods. This work analyzes the performance gains from parallel versus sequential hyperparameter optimization. Using scikit-learn’s Randomized SearchCV, this project tuned a Random Forest classifier for fake news detection via randomized grid search. Setting n_jobs to -1 enabled full parallelization across CPU cores. Results show the parallel implementation achieved over 5× faster CPU times and 3× faster total run times compared to sequential tuning. However, test accuracy slightly dropped from 99.26% sequentially to 99.15% with parallelism, indicating a trade-off between evaluation efficiency and model performance. Still, the significant computational gains allow more extensive hyperparameter exploration within reasonable timeframes, outweighing the small accuracy decrease. Further analysis could better quantify this trade-off across different models, tuning techniques, tasks, and hardware.

Deep learning techniques,particularly convolutional neural networks(CNNs),have exhibited remarkable performance in solving visionrelated problems,especially in unpredictable,dynamic,and challenging *** autonomous vehicles,imitation-learning-based steering angle prediction is viable due to the visual imagery comprehension of *** this regard,globally,researchers are currently focusing on the architectural design and optimization of the hyperparameters of CNNs to achieve the best *** has proven the superiority of metaheuristic algorithms over the manual-tuning of ***,to the best of our knowledge,these techniques are yet to be applied to address the problem of imitationlearning-based steering angle ***,in this study,we examine the application of the bat algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm for the optimization of the CNN model and its hyperparameters,which are employed to solve the steering angle prediction *** validate the performance of each hyperparameters’set and architectural parameters’set,we utilized the Udacity steering angle dataset and obtained the best results at the following hyperparameter set:optimizer,Adagrad;learning rate,0.0052;and nonlinear activation function,exponential linear *** per our findings,we determined that the deep learning models show better results but require more training epochs and time as compared to shallower *** show the superiority of our approach in optimizing CNNs through metaheuristic algorithms as compared with the manual-tuning *** testing was also performed using the model trained with the optimal architecture,which we developed using our approach.
