沈84块位于辽河盆地大民屯凹陷东北部,地理位置属辽宁省新民市境内,构造面积2.2 km.研究区盆地构造演化具有幕式沉降特点,目的层沉积（S34段）为盆地初始沉降幕的构造相对稳定期。在平面上,研究区位于大民屯凹陷静安堡构造带的东北部,为一完整的断裂背斜构造,断块为北东走向:长轴约2.8km.短轴0.8km.区块内断层系统复杂,含有9条大断层。其中一条大的北东方向封闭断层把区块分为南北两个断块。S34油层属下第三系沙河街组,油层埋深为1000-2800m.右,平均孔隙度为19%,平均渗透率为2.96×10-3μm.储层属河流-三角洲沉积体系,砂体厚度薄、沉积结构复杂。研究区有12种沉积环境或沉积微相,其中的10中类型分别为:泛滥平原、湖相（湖相泥）、分流河道、天然堤、主河道（河流环境）、三角洲平原、三角洲前缘、泛滥盆地泥质沉积、决口扇和河口坝。储层地质分层厚度变化大,垂向和纵向连续性差。油藏无气顶和底水,边水能量不大,基本为淡地层水。沈84块S34段油层为高凝油,原油高含蜡量、高凝固点、高初馏点、原油密度为0.8435-0.8991 g/cm.原油粘度为3.83-9.67m.Pa.s,凝固点为42-67℃,含蜡量为37.5%,胶质+沥青16-19.3%,初馏点127-132℃,在平面上原油性质变化不大,但随埋藏深度的增加,原油性质有变好的趋势,属世界少有原油类型。然而油藏温度只有67.5℃,只比凝固点上限温度高几度,属于死油油藏值。这些因素使得该区块原油开采困难。开采23年后,采收率分别只有11.27%和14.99%。低采收率的原因主要是与流体性质有关生产井和注水井近井带地层伤害和流体的非牛顿流体特性。地层伤害的原因是由于生产井温度下降导致气体膨胀,从而使石蜡结晶、析出和沉淀。低温水驱也会导致注入能力的下降。本研究的主要目标是研究油藏伤害的原因以及大多数油藏相对于高含水的过度注水。这是为了确定一个但在经济和技术的可能范围内合理的最佳开采策略。为了实现这一目标,采用分析和数值方法,并根据获得的有关案例研究的知识,采取了一些措施来处理这种情况。根据我们的研究结果,提出了一些建议。对于高凝油问题,首先要研究油藏温度和岩石渗透率对油流变性的影响。为此,采用实验方法研究了储层流体流变特征及温度、油粘度、岩性、压力和润湿流体对驱油效率的影响。结果表明,沉84-An12块的转变温度为61.2℃,低于该值时,油不能流动。在较低温度下,表观粘度是剪切依赖性的,但剪切时间不影响其值。因此,原油可以分类为具有剪切稀化特性的原油。岩石对酸化的渗透性具有高灵敏度（73-84%）,并且渗透率的降低可能是由于溶解的矿物在遇到空气时再沉淀。低盐度下的渗透率也会下降,这是由于细小的颗粒聚集并向岩石的喉孔迁移,水驱的效率取决于原油的粘度和地层温度。此外,驱替效率也与储层岩性有关,非均质各向异性、小孔半径和高页岩含量是阻碍水驱替效率的另外因素。随着温度的升高,渗透率饱和曲线向右移动,两相区域扩大,等渗饱和点增加,束缚水增加,残余油饱和度显着降低。当温度低于蜡沉淀点时,渗透率饱和曲线随压力梯度增加向右移动,而二元相区域膨胀。虽然温度是主要的控制因素,但高压梯度也可以改善原油的流变性,从而提高采收效率。剩余石油分布在很大程度上不仅受到沉积微相的影响,而且还受到区块的非均质性、水驱模式和原油的高凝油性质的影响。沉积微相是影响剩余油分布的主要因素,注入水受沉积相控制。为此,基于上述分析表明温度和沉积微相是主要控制因素,建议使用蒸汽,特别是通过蒸汽辅助重力排水作为高产量的良好选择。储层内的流动受损（地层损害）是石蜡沉积以及其他因素的结果,这种推论是基于井水平进行的油藏增产模型。我们对两年前获得的结果进行了测试,结果发现油的平均分布偏差为11%（从54%到48%）。这可以作为我们模型准确性的证明,因为预计饱和度会随着时间的推移而下降。迄今为止尚未充分了解沥青质沉淀和沉积的机理。储层中的沥青质沉积是一个复杂的问题,不可能进行现场试验。实验室测试既昂贵又耗时。为了研究沥青质沉积的影响,有必要依赖于为沥青质吸附和沉积开发的不同模型。缺乏信息使得沥青质沉积的建模和模拟变得困难。在初级采油期间,没有令人满意的模型和模拟器可用于储层中的沥青质沉积。因此,有必要更好地研究该问题,并建立一个更好的模型来模拟原油和二次采油期间石油储层中沥青质的沉淀和沉积。对于如此高的凝固点和沥青质和石蜡含量,了解沥青质沉积发生的机理和控制因素是有意义的。这项工作研究了沥青质沉积机理,并确定了该过程的模型。这个简单的模型只需要油藏温度,该模型似乎很好地解释了前人的问题,准确率超过95%。还研究了沥青质沉积与其他储层性质之间的关系,即压力和深度,这两者都与沥青质沉积是压力和深度的函数一致,如文献中所确定的那样。取得的

Reports of avian m.laria parasites in village chicken in Nigeria generally rem.in fragm.ntary and *** study was conducted in Gom.e Local Governm.nt Area of Gom.e State,Nigeria to investigate avian m.laria parasites in Village Chickens(Gallus gallus dom.sticus)and to determ.ne the risk factors associated with the prevalence of the haem.parasites.A total of 530 village chickens blood sam.les were obtained from.apparently healthy village chickens'brachial veins using sterile 2m.s syringes and 23 gauge *** blood sm.ar was m.de from.each blood sam.le,and Giem.a stained and exam.ned for the presence of avian haem.parasites under an *** result indicates 23.8%overall prevalence rate of three species of avian m.laria parasites consisting of Plasm.dium.Haem.proteus and Leucocytozoon *** *** the highest prevalent rate of 13.0%followed by Haem.proteus spp.(5.1%),m.xed Plasm.dium.spp.+Haem.proteus spp.(4.9%)infection and Leucocytozoon spp.(0.8%).Prevalence of avian m.laria parasites was significantly higher in cocks com.ared to hens(pm.ared to growers chickens(pm.laria parasites during the rainy season com.ared to the dry season of the study *** was concluded that haem.parasites of Plasm.dium.Haem.proteus and Leucocytozoon species that occur in both single and m.xed infections are prevalent am.ng village chickens that are apparently healthy in Gom.e Local Governm.nt Area of Gom.e State,Nigeria.

Effect of Water Application Rate on Growth Param.ters of Farro 44 Rice Grown in a Selected Irrigation Schem. in Niger State, Nigeria

Water and land are the necessary agricultural inputs, and both are scarce these days. This study aim. to determ.ne the effect of water application rate on selected planting and crop param.ters of Farro 44 rice during dry season farm.ng and its growth response. The random.sed com.lete block design was em.loyed for the Farro 44 rice variety, with each plot size 4 m.sup>2 (2 m.× 2 m. for ease of m.nitoring. A 0.3 m.bound space separated each plot. The crop spacing was 0.2 m.× 0.3 m. 0.3 m.× 0.3 m. and 0.3 m.× 0.4 m. respectively, for the row-to-row and plant-to-plant distance. The data collected were statistically analysed. The height of the faro 44 variety of rice ranged between 35.50 cm.to 44.00 cm.for plots with 2 tillers per hill, while that of 4 and 6 tillers per hill ranged between 35.50 cm.to 41.40 cm.and 35.50 cm.to 39.30 cm. respectively. m.nim.m.dam.ge of 2.32% was seen for plant hills of 2 tillers, while 9.21% and 11.89% were observed for tillers of 4 and 6, respectively. It was seen that plots with the highest spacing of 30 × 40 cm.and tillers of 2 per hill were observed to perform.better than those of the other plots within the experim.ntal pots. Such plots had a m.xim.m.plant tiller of 37 when counted, with the height of the plants reaching 44 cm.after 70 days of planting. In conclusion, farm.rs within the study area of the Kanko com.unity in Niger State. Nigeria appears not to have any known knowledge of the soil they are cultivating and the water they use as a source of irrigation within the farm.ng areas. It was further concluded that the rice crops would be produced m.xim.lly with m.nim.l water application to the rice field.

Despite the increasingly widespread production of electricity from.solar energy and despite Turkey is in the sun belt, Turkey cannot used its potential sufficiently effective and widely. Especially, this situation is of m.re im.ortance for the Southeastern Anatolia Region Turkey’s m.st sunning area. In this study, am.ng renewable energy resources the generation of electricity from.solar energy in term. of both its current potential and production technologies and the solar energy potential of Southeastern Anatolia Region provinces and the degree and m.thod of using this potential to generate electricity have been investigated. Suggestions have been m.de to benefit from.the solar energy in a way of effective and widespread for Southeastern Anatolia Region. This was a com.arative cross-sectional study of eclam.tic and norm.l healthy pregnant wom.n conducted in kaduna State, Nigeria to determ.ne Pregnancy Specific beta-1 Glycoprotein (PSG-1) levels in the peripheral blood of third trim.ster wom.n with eclam.sia (EC;n = 38), norm.l healthy pregnant and non pregnant wom.n controls (PC;n = 25 and NPC;n = 25 respectively), age and parity m.tched, attending labour room./wards and Antenatal Clinics (ANC) of Ahm.du Bello University Teaching Hospital Shika, Zaria and four other Hospitals in Kaduna state, Nigeria. Participants with sm.ar positive m.laria, seropositive for hum.n im.unodeficiency virus (HIV) or any other known clinical infection were excluded from.this study. Pregnancy specific beta-1 glycoprotein levels were estim.ted using Quantikine ELISA kits. Data obtained were analyzed using SPSS version 20.0 (Chicago, USA) and Graph pad Prism.6.0. Results were expressed as m.an ± standard deviation while Kruskal Wallis test was used to determ.ne the significant differences. A p-value of less than 0.05 was considered to be significant. The m.an serum.level of PSG-1 in EC was 2.53 ± 0.11 pg/m., PC;2.56 ± 0.03 pg/m.) and NPC;0.62 ± 0.20 pg/m.. There was no significant difference between EC and PC (P > 0.05). Pregnant wom.n (with and without EC) had significantly higher m.an serum.values com.ared to NPC p m.nifest is recom.ended.

研究目的：体质是身体素质的综合反映,包括人体形态结构、生理机能、运动能力等,是评价一个人健康状况的综合指标。国外对学生的体质健康研究以监测和实证研究为主。日本、美国、英国和瑞典等具有较完整的定期体质监测资料。体质监测在身体形态的基础上,逐步增加身体素质、运动能力、健康指标、指导体质健康促进行动,经过了较为漫长的过程。上世纪70年代,WHO等公布了体质测试方案,受到普遍关注。近年来,许多国家提出了本国韵体质测试计划。如澳大利亚的“Active Australia"、芬兰的《提高全民身体素质计划》、日本的“体力测试”等。早在20世纪初,中国就对青少年体质进行过相关普查调研。新中国成立后,随着教育、卫生和体育各项事业的发展,这项事业开始得到重视,从1950-1956年,具一定规模的测试调查14次。1975年,中国医学科学院对9城市的27.3万名青少年儿童进行了身高、体重、胸围、坐高、头围的测试;从1979年起,由教育部等每5年组织了一次全国多民族学生体质健康调研。2005年,教育部等组织了“全国学生体质与健康调研”,指标包括身体形态、机仫素质和健康状况四方面24项指标,涵盖了31个省、自治区、直辖市,25个民族、1320余所学校的383216人。结果表明,中国学生的身体状况总体是好的。但仍然存在不少不容忽视的问题,特别是耐力、速度、爆发力、力量素质呈进一步下降趋势,学生超重与肥胖检出率不断增加,视力不良检出率居高不下等,引起了社会广泛。2010年全国学生体质健康调研数据(覆盖31个省、27个民族、约35万人;24项指标)与2005年比较,中国19至22岁大学生的爆发力、力量、耐力等身体素质指标进一步下降。中国的青少年占总人口的比例约为13%,是个庞大特殊群体。儿童青少年的体质健康关系到民族、国家未来。2005年监测结果表明,中国青少年学生的体质健康状况出现了20年持续下降的状况,并存在地区间差异。江苏从2010年开始,每年组织一次全省13个地级市和10所高校学生的体质健康监测工作,引起较大的社会反响。同时,江苏出台《江苏省学生体质健康促进行动计划。开展“健康素养提升行动、体育活动推进行动、卫生服务改善行动、心理健康促进行动”等四大行动,提出了学校体育工作整体水平明显提升;学生耐力、力量、柔韧性等体能素质明显提升;体育后备人才数量和质量明显提升;肥胖和近视发生率明显下降“三升一降”目标,使江苏学生体质健康水平进入全国先进行列。本研究通过对江苏省2010-2013江苏7-22岁学生健康素养监测数据进行分析,旨在：1、分析比较学生形态指标、身体机能、健康指标在性别、年龄组别、地区间的差异;2、探讨分析学生形态、机能、健康指标与身体素质之间的相关性;3、提出进一步提升江苏学生体质健康水平的对策。研究方法：江苏省学生体质健康促进中心统一规划和落实各地区中小学、高校开展学生体质健康监测工作,组织建立了一支专业的体质健康监测实施队伍,以《江苏省学生体质健康监测标准》为指导,于每年的10月-11月份再全省范围内开展学生体质健康监测工作。1.抽样方法：本研究采用横断面研究,以江苏省学生体质健康促进中心监测的82所中小学校和10所高校为调查对象。采用整群抽样对纳入研究的学校全体学生进行体质健康指标监测。监测年限为2010～2013年,共4年。2.监测指标：形态学指标,如：身高、体重、Bm.、胸围等;功能学指标,如：肺活量、血压、心率等;体能指标,如：50m.跑、耐力、握力、立定跳远、长跑、坐位体前屈等,高血压患病率,近视率和龋齿率等。3.统计方法：运用SPPS 20软件分析江苏省2010-2013年学生体质监测资料。定量资料分析比较采用t检验、方差分析;定性资料分析运用卡方检验;影响因素分析采用logistic回归。研究结果：1.江苏省学生超重和肥胖情况√ 4年共监测7岁-22岁在校学生255,581人,其中包括127,866名男性和127,715名女性。√ 将调查对象分为7-11岁、12-14岁、15-17岁和18-22岁4组,4组男性的Bm.指数分别为17.99±3.07,19.844±3.33,21.13±3.10,21.68±2.94(kg/m.),女性分别为16.98±±2.58,19.41±±2.83,20.58±±2.53,20.40±2.35(kg/m.)。√ 这四个年龄段男性的超重率分别为18.90%,12.83%,13.80%,16.36%,肥胖率分别为12.86%,10.47%,4.64%,3.68%,女性四个年龄段的超重率分别为9.98%,9.50%,9.57%,6.58%,肥胖率则为7.76%,3.23%,1.60%,0.86%。√ 2010-2013年间,男性每年的超重率分别为15.40% 14.40%,15.80%,18.

A sim.le and rapid optical biosensor for the determ.nation of am.onium.was developed by im.obilization of gluta-m.te dehydrogenase (GLDH) and diaphorase (Dph) in chitosan film.coated on a glass slide em.loying thiazolyl blue tetrazolium.brom.de (m.T) as a color indicator. The developed biosensor displays a purple color form.tion of form.zan attributed to the unreacted NADH in the reaction system.in the presence of am.onium. The color intensity was found to decrease proportionally with the increase of am.onium.concentrations after 10 m.n exposure. The linearity of the biosensor towards am.onium.was in the range of 16.8 – 70 μm.(R2 = 0.9955) with detection lim.t of 11 μm. A good agreem.nt (R2 = 0.9984) with indothym.l m.thod was obtained in the m.asurem.nt of fish pond water sam.les. The effect of potential interferences such as m.tals ion has also been evaluated.

Background: The choice of the appropriate operative intervention in patients with late and neglected hip fracture continuous to be a huge dilem.a for orthopedic surgeons. Purpose: To evaluate the satisfaction or otherwise of som. treatm.nt options using the m.dified Harris-hip score (HHS) in resource poor setting. m.terials and m.thods: A retrospective cross-sectional study conducted at ATBUTH, Bauchi. Data of 60 patients over the age of 18 years with hip fractures (fem.ral neck, intertrochanteric and sub trochanteric fractures) who had operative intervention between 1st Septem.er 2019 and 31st August 2020 with cannulated screws, Proxim.l fem.r lock com.ression plate (PFLCP), cem.ntlessor cem.nted bipolar hem.arthroplasty (BHA). Results: The m.an age of studied patients was 65.7 ± 16.1 years, with age ranging from.19 - 101 years. m.F ratio was 1.2:1 across all age groups and 1:1.4 am.ngst those >60 years. 51 patients (85%) presented > 1 week after injury with 24 patients (40%) sustaining hip fractures from.low energy trivial indoor fall and 28 patients (46.7%) m.stly younger sustaining fractures from.high energy m.tor vehicular accident (m.A). The prevalence rate for fem.ral neck, intertrochanteric and subtrochanteric fractures were 32 (53.3%), 17 (28.3%) and 11 (18.3%) respectively. From.the data retrieved, 21patients (35.0%), 17 patients (28.3%), 20 patients (33.3%) and 2 patients (3.3%) had PFLCP, cem.nted BHA, cem.ntless BHA and cannulated screw fixation respectively. m.st (66.7%) of those who had PFLCP achieved satisfactory radiologic union and there was also 94.1% and 85% satisfactory outcom. rate am.ngst the patients with cem.nted BHA and cem.ntless BHA respectively. Irrespective of the operative intervention m.thod at 1 year follow-up, there was a statistically significant im.rovem.nt in post-operative HHS (P value 0.02), with 83.4% having good to excellent results. Background: Non-Hodgkin’s lym.hom. is an aggressive m.lignant disease in children and adolescents. Although it is the fourth m.st com.on m.lignancy in Saudi children as reported in Saudi cancer registry, less inform.tion is available about pediatric Non-Hodgkin lym.hom. and its outcom. in Saudi Arabia. Study Objectives: To provide dem.graphic data, disease characteristics, treatm.nt protocol, toxicity and outcom. of treatm.nt in children & adolescents with Non-Hodgkin’s lym.hom. treated at KFm.. This study will form.base line for future studies about pediatric Non-Hodgkin’s lym.hom. in KFm., which m.y help to im.rove outcom. for children with cancer in Saudi Arabia. Study Patients and m.thod: We retrospectively analyzed 28 children and adolescents diagnosed to have Non-Hodgkin’s lym.hom. at KFm. between Decem.er 2006 and Decem.er 2013, followed-up through June 2014. Results: Of the 28 patients, 10 (35.7%) girls and 18 (64.3%) boys, the m.le-to-fem.le ratio was 1.8;1. The m.dian age at tim. of diagnosis was 6.4 years old (range 2.0 to 13.0 years old). The m.jority of patients (64.3%) were aged between 5 and 12 years old. Burkitt’s lym.hom. BL/BLL was the m.st com.on pathological subtype (60.7%), and DLBCL was the second m.st com.on subtype (21.4%). Abdom.nal and Retroperitoneal involvem.nt was the m.st com.on prim.ry site (78.6%) including the ileocaecal region. m.st of the children presented with advanced Stage III and IV (75%), Cytogenetic study which screens specifically for the t (8;14) (q24;q32) a characteristic genetic feature of Burkitt’s Lym.hom. was obtained from.21 patients, variant rearrangem.nt was observed in 3/21 sam.les and com.lex chrom.som.s karyotype in addition to IGH/m.C rearrangem.nt was observed in 2/21 sam.les.
