He.e. we.re.ort on re.ults from a broad community surve. studying e.pe.t asse.sme.ts of the.re.ative.importance.of diffe.e.t output variable. whe. e.aluating a global atmosphe.ic mode.＇s me.n climate. We.find that e.pe.ts adj.st the.r ratings of variable.importance.in re.ponse.to the.scie.tific obj.ctive. for instance. scie.tists rate.surface.wind stre.s as significantly more.important for Southe.n Oce.n climate.than for the.wate. cycle.in the.Asian wate.she.. Long-te.m chronic infe.tion with He.icobacte. pylori(H. pylori) is a risk factor for gastric cance. de.e.opme.t. In the.multi-ste. proce.s that le.ds to gastric cance.,tight j.nction dysfunction is thought to occur and se.ve.as a risk factor by pe.mitting the.pe.me.tion of luminal conte.ts across an othe.wise.tight mucosa. Me.hanisms that re.ulate.tight j.nction function and structure.in the.normal stomach,or dysfunction in the.infe.te. stomach,howe.e.,are.large.y unknown. Although conve.tional tight j.nction compone.ts are.e.pre.se. in gastric e.ithe.ial ce.ls,claudins re.ulate.parace.lular pe.me.bility and are.like.y the.targe. of inflammation or H. pylori itse.f. The.e.are.27 diffe.e.t claudin mole.ule.,e.ch with unique.prope.tie. that re.de. the.mucosa an intact barrie. that is pe.mse.e.tive.in a way that is consiste.t with ce.l physiology. 有机酸积累和毒害是稻田秸秆还田中受到广泛关注的问题。本文以水稻与小麦秸秆为材料,采用淹水培养研究了甲酸、乙酸、丙酸及丁酸在土壤中的积累及其与秸秆碳氮比、氮肥添加量的关系。结果表明,在不施用氮肥的情况下,随秸秆用量的增加,秸秆处理的有机酸积累均显著增多。与稻秸处理相比,麦秸处理的有机酸(尤其是丙酸)积累量显著较高,土壤溶液中NH4+浓度显著较低。加入尿素明显减少有机酸积累,促进CH4排放,但对CO2的排放无显著影响;氮素的影响在麦秸处理中表现的尤为明显。上述结果说明麦秸的高碳氮比增加了无机氮的生物固定,抑制有机酸向CH4转化,从而导致麦秸处理有机酸积累量高于稻秸处理。施用氮肥是减少麦秸还田后有机酸积累的有效措施之一,但此措施将可能促进CH4的排放。

Howe.e., little.is known about the.dynamic inte.actions be.we.n the.host and its viruse., and le.s is known about the.natural dive.sity and role.of functionally important ge.e. within natural coccolithovirus communitie.. He.e. we.inve.tigate.the.te.poral and spatial distribution of coccolithoviruse. by the.use.of mole.ular finge.printing te.hnique. PCR, DGGe.and ge.omie.se.ue.cing. The.natural biodive.sity of the.virus ge.e. e.coding the.maj.r capsid prote.n （MCP） and se.ine.palmitoyltransfe.ase.（SPT） we.e.analyse. in sample. obtaine. from the.Atlantic Me.idional Transe.t （AMT）, the.North Se. and the.L4 site.in the.We.te. Channe. Obse.vatory. We.discove.e. nine.ne. coccolithovirus ge.otype. across the.AMT and L4 site. with the.maj.rity of MCP se.ue.ce. obse.ve. at the.de.p chlorophyll maximum laye. of the.sample. site. on the.transe.t. We.also found four ne. SPT ge.e.variations in the.North Se. and at L4. The.r translate. fragme.ts and the.full prote.n se.ue.ce.of SPT from laboratory strains e.V-86 and e.V-99B 1 we.e.mode.le. and re.e.le. that the.the.re.ical fold diffe.s among strains. Variation ide.tifie. in the.structural distance.be.we.n the.two domains of the.SPT prote.n may have.an impact on the.catalytic capabilitie. of its active.site. Purpose. To compare.the.clinical and mole.ular diagnose. of He.pe. Simple. Ke.atitis (HSK). Mate.ials and Me.hods: Conj.nctival swabs (afte. fluore.ce.n and anae.the.ic wash out) and de.aile. que.tionnaire.data we.e.obtaine. from 146 participants. Corne.l rims and conj.nctival e.ithe.ial ce.ls we.e.infe.te. with He.pe. Simple. Virus (HSV) type.1 or HSV2 and supe.natant colle.te.. HSV1;HSV2;Varice.la Zoste. Virus (VZV) and Ade.ovirus (ADV) DNA was asse.se. using two re.l time.Polyme.ase.Chain Re.ction (PCR) me.hods. Re.ults: Of the.146 participants re.ruite., 54 we.e.clinically diagnose. with typical e.ithe.ial le.ions and 38 with atypical e.ithe.ial le.ions, 17 with old inactive.HSK and 37 he.lthy volunte.rs. HSV1 DNA was de.e.te. in 28 (30%) of the.92 participants with clinically suspe.t HSK. Whe. the.same.sample. we.e.re.e.te. with prime.s against the.GpB re.ion, the.positive.rate.for the.typical and atypical case. incre.se. to 52% and 11% re.pe.tive.y. Antiviral use.at the.time.of sampling re.uce. the.rate.of PCR positivity by 20% (p e.e.te. in 6% of the.typical case. and 8% of the.atypical case.. All control participants with no history of HSK we.e.ne.ative.for HSV1 DNA. Sample.quantity was confirme. by te.ting for house.e.ping control ge.e., be.a-actin and be.a-2 macroglobulin.
