本研究以海藻酸钠（SA）、低脂果胶（LMPs）和刺槐豆胶（LBG）为成膜材料，通过优化各组分的质量比，成功制备了一种海藻酸钠-低脂果胶-刺槐豆胶三元复合可食膜（SPL）。系统研究了复合膜液的流变学特性，测量了膜的机械性能（包括抗拉强度和断裂伸长率）、水蒸气透过系数、水溶性、透光率以及水接触角等关键性能指标，利用扫描电镜（SEM）和傅里叶红外光谱（FTIR）技术对复合膜的表面形貌、内部结构及其组分间的相互作用进行表征。此外，本研究还探索了SPL三元复合膜涂膜预处理在香菇压差膨化干燥（EPD）工艺中的应用效果。实验结果显示，当SA、LMPs和LBG的质量比为50:20:30时，所制备的SPL三元复合膜的综合性能较优，抗拉强度为13.54±0.95 MPa，断裂伸长率为58.15%±4.32%，同时在600 nm波长下的透光率为79.70%±2.31%，表现出良好的机械强度和光学性能。复合膜表面平滑，内部结构均匀致密，SA、LMPs和LBG三者之间具有良好的相互作用及分子相容性。与未处理和仅使用SA膜液涂膜预处理的EDP香菇产品相比，采用SPL三元复合膜液结合ca2+交联涂膜预处理后的EPD香菇产品，其产品品质得到了明显提升。

Influence of Statins and Fibrates Drugs on Bone Health and Regeneration

In the medical and dental field, the importance and need for the study of materials and drugs for use as bone grafts or regeneration in injured areas due to the presence of fractures, infections or tumors that cause extensive loss of bone tissue is observed. Bone is a specialized, vascularized and dynamic connective tissue that changes throughout the life of the organism. When injured, it has a unique ability to regenerate and repair without the presence of scars, but in some situations, due to the size of the defect, the bone tissue does not regenerate completely. Thus, due to its importance, there is a great development in therapeutic approaches for the treatment of bone defects through studies that include autografts, allografts and artificial materials used alone or in association with bone grafts. Pharmaceuticals composed of biomaterials and osteogenic active substances have been extensively studied because they provide potential for tissue regeneration and new strategies for the treatment of bone defects. Statins work as specific inhibitors of 3-hydroxy-3-methyl-glutaryl coenzyme A reductase (HMG-coAreductase). They represent efficient drugs in lowering cholesterol, as they reduce platelet aggregation and thrombus deposition;in addition, they promote angiogenesis, reduce the β-amyloid peptide related to Alzheimer’s disease and suppress the activation of T lymphocytes. Furthermore, these substances have been used in the treatment of hypercholesterolemia and coronary artery disease. By inhibiting HMG-coAreductase, statins not only inhibit cholesterol synthesis, but also exhibit several other beneficial pleiotropic effects. Therefore, there has been increasing interest in researching the effects of statins, including Simvastatin, on bone and osteometabolic diseases. 目的哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺重叠症(Asthma-chronie obst ructive pulmonary disease overlap,A-cO)患者的生活质量较低,肺功能较差,病情经常加重。由于暴露于污染环境会加重其症状,增加发病率和病死率,环境管理对其至关重要。旨在通过系统性综述,寻找证据,以指导制订护理干预措施,促进AcO患者对空气质量的自我管理。方法2023年3月 ,系统检索cINAHL、Medline、Academie Search complete .Scopus、WebofScience、cochrane图书馆、乔安娜布里格斯研究所(JoannaBriggsInstitute,JBI)循证实践数据库,以及GoogleScholar。对纳人研究进行数据提取和综合,并对护理干预措施进行分类。采用JBI研究质量评估工具进行方法学质量评估。结果共纳入5篇来自不同国家的研究。促进AcO患者自我监控空气质量的干预措施包括:警觉性干预措施(医务人员定期巡诊、进行症状评估),监测干预措施(监测室内外诱发因素) ,教育干预措施(空气质量警报、避免接触过敏原),以及相关政策的影响,如无烟政策和改善空气质量的综合战略。尽管这些研究报告了不同的干预措施,方法质量也存在差异,但这些干预措施显示了预防患者病情恶化、尽量减少急诊就诊和住院治疗的潜力。这些关键点可作为护理干预措施的关键组成部分。结论有必要采取全面措施,让护士参与促进患者自我监控空气质量的多学科团队.提高认识、制订和实施护理干预,从而使AcO患者受益。同时,需要进--步开展研究,以扩大证据基础并完善这些干预措施。

Effectiveness of Wastewater-Based Epidemiology as an Early Warning Tool to Detect SARS-coV-2 (cOVID-19)

Medical diagnostic tests to detect Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-coV-2) for individuals in the United States were initially limited to people who were traveling or symptomatic to track disease incidence due to the cost of providing testing for all people in a community on a routine basis. As an alternative to randomly sampling large groups of people to track disease incidence at significant cost, wastewater-based epidemiology (WBE) is a well-established and cost-effective technique to passively measure the prevalence of disease in communities without requiring invasive testing. WBE can also be used as a forecasting tool since the virus is shed in individuals prior to developing symptoms that might otherwise prompt testing. This study applied the WBE approach to understand its effectiveness as a possible forecasting tool by monitoring the SARS-coV-2 levels in raw wastewater sampled from sewer lift stations at a large public university campus setting including dormitories, academic buildings, and athletic facilities. The WBE analysis was conducted by sampling from building-specific lift stations and enumerating target viral copies using RT-qPcR analysis. The WBE results were compared with the 7-day rolling averages of confirmed infected individuals for the following week after the wastewater sample analysis. In most cases, changes in the WBE outcomes were followed by similar trends in the clinical data. The positive predictive value of the applied WBE approach was 86% for the following week of the sample collection. In contrast, positive correlations between the two data with Spearmen correlation (rs) ranged from 0.16 to 0.36. A stronger correlation (rs = 0.18 to 0.51) was observed when WBE results were compared with cOVID-19 cases identified on the next day of the sampling events.
