CoVID-19 Patients with Hepatic Complications During the Third Wave of Pandemic in Egypt

CoVID-19 is a respiratory infection that has lately begun to affect other vital organs,including the heart,kidney,and *** purpose of this study was to investigate the hepatic complications in CoVID-19 patients and the risk of being admitted to ICU or facing ***:Comorbidities(hypertension and diabetes),CoVID-19 symptoms,laboratory findings(ALT level,AST level,and albumin),complications during hospitalization,treatment protocol used,and survival outcomes were all studied in 200 CoVID-19 infected Egyptian patients who had virological symptoms and were followed up until they recovered or *** was found that older people and those with higher blood glucose levels have a higher risk of developing liver-associated CoVID-19 ***,the majority of patients who developed liver complications in the course of the infection had high mortality *** with diabetes,hypertension,or hepatic disease are at higher risk of ICU admission or ***,it is important to pay attention to these problems in the diagnosis and treatment of CoVID-19 to develop a suitable individualized treatment *** was also a correlation between the mortality in CoVID-19 patients and both,high blood glucose and liver enzyme *** can be attributed to the correlation between diabetes and liver disease as every disease may be a complication to the other;moreover,CoVID-19 may lead to increased blood sugar levels in addition to ALT and AST *** theory is that CoVID-19 may afiect the liver and hence people with chronic liver disease.

This study aimed to in vitro evaluate the impact of common gastrointestinal(GI)alterations appearing with aging on protein digestibility,and functional related properties,in four different meats(chicken,turkey,pork and beef).Thus,three elderly digestion models were stated as long as altered GI conditions affected at oral(E1),oral and gastric(E2)and oral,gastric and intestinal stages(E3).Healthy adult GI conditions were also mimicked as standard control model(C).A notable trichloroacetic acid(TCA)soluble protein and the free amino acids(FAA)release reduction(pound under intestinal suboptimal conditions(E3),being more accused in beef than in other ***,chicken intake would be more advisable,than other meats,in terms of protein digestibility;while beef would provide a greater net supply of FAA under E3 model *** altered conditions,seem to favor protein ***,while gastric and intestinal suboptimal conditions diminish the angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE)inhibition of meat digesta,their antioxidant activity was only negatively affected by intestinal altered conditions.

2-（Hydrazinecarbothioyl）-N-substituted hydrazinecarbothioamides react with 2,3,5,6-tetrachloro-1,4-benzoquinone in high yields in a novel fast and facile method to give 5-unsubstituted-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-amine *** synthesized compounds were characterized by spectroscopic methods and confirmed by using X-ray crystallography.A rationale for the formation of the products is presented.

People who are involved in managing wastewater treatment face the challenge of achieving conservation goals with limited funds, and also of balancing needs for nature conservation. This context has been motivated with finding logic explanations of wastewater treatment by oxidation ponds. Description of progressive we have made with developing methods is for understanding how, when and where had done to apply the oxidation ponds for protecting biodiversity. The Rashid oxidation pond facility was highlighted as a model plant for utilizing this technology in wastewater treatment in the city of Rashid, el-Beheira Governorate, Egypt. The main concept is based on the interaction of chemical pollutants No2, No3, BoD5-in, and BoD5-out and heavy metals with microorganisms as Chlorophyta Green and cyanophyta, and how these oxidation ponds imitate the Continuous Chemical Reactor (CSTR) to build its core architecture for maximum usefulness. By applying the theoretical equation of (CSTR) on the experimental results of the oxidation pond according to Thirumurthi equation, it was discovered that (CSTR) and oxidation pond are matching together with a satisfactory ratio of congruence (85% - 88%). Also, the heavy metals as (iron, Zinc and copper) are high percentage removal by the algae rules. This investigation established that the oxidation ponds may function as a Continuous Chemical Reactor under ultimate conditions and precautions.

The red swamp crayfish(Procambarus clarkii)is a species from the northeast of Mexico and the central south of the United States(Louisiana),actually is the dominant macroinvertebrate in several *** was introduced to several countries,generally for gastronomic reasons or to repopulate destroyed areas by a *** the first introduction of this species into the world is well-documented,little is known about its pathways of invasion and the reason for its rapid spread in several *** is an aggressive crustacean that multiplies very fast and adapts to features of the invaded *** of the species can disperse up to 1.6 km on ***,they dig deep holes which allows them to establish easily in wetlands and adjacent waterbodies that are hydrologically *** study takes place in the Gharb area(northwestern of Morocco)where several carcasses of *** have been found in different *** the present study,it is a question of understanding how this species was introduced in this area,to establish a map of propagation of the species,and to evaluate the damage that it would have caused in the rice growing of *** Morocco,it was first sighted in the Gharb area in 2008 in the commune of Sidi Allal *** this discovery,possible ways of the species introduction and the dispersal modes were explored that *** could use to invade the Gharb *** results of this study can be used by natural resource managers,rice farmers,fishermen and the local population,to help them to locate the spread of ***,to identify vectors that move *** across political boundaries and illustrate the importance of limiting and prohibiting the movement of this invasive species across boundaries or into new ecosystems.

The production process of clean hydrogen by iso-octane steam reforming in a micro-reactor under atmospheric pressure,and the high temperature was *** simulation is done using momentum conservation,mass conservation,and convection-diffusion equations,represented by the Navier-Stocks equations,the continuity equation,and the Steffan-Maxwell equation *** resolution was performed using a differential equations discretization into their conservative by the finite element method with an unconditionally stable *** analysis of the hydrodynamics of the flow effect shows that the hydrogen produced by iso-octane reforming is proportional to the mixed flow Reynolds number.

Santo Domingo de Heredia, Costa Rica is a county facing serious risks from natural hazards, specifically flooding, earthquakes, volcanic activity and landslides. In order to inform disaster risk reduction efforts and improve the safety and well-being of local residents, this article assessed these natural hazards using a geographical approach. First, we described the four hazards based on a review of reports from previous emergencies, scientific papers and newspaper articles. Second, we integrated spatial data on each hazard to create a hazard density index for the county at the level of the census unit (n = 140). Results demonstrate that river flooding has caused the most damage of the four hazards in recent times. Both seismic and volcanic risks (specifically ash fall from volcanic eruptions) affect the entire area of Santo Domingo. Landslides have affected localized, settled areas of steep river canyons in the southern part of the county. In general, the highest density of hazards is located in the southern reaches of Santo Domingo. As such, we recommend that local authorities concentrate their management efforts in that area.
