In dye-photocatalys.s. widening the wavelengths.abs.rption range of catalys.s.as.well as.aborting the recombination of the photoexcited charge carriers.electrons.holes.pairs. are of paramount s.gnificance.In the current s.udy, we report the photocatalytic characteris.ics.of four compos.tions.compos.d of TiO_(2),Ti_(0.97)Cu_(0.03)O_(2), Ti_(0.965)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.005)O_(2)and Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)powders.for two harmful dyes.Congo red and methylene blue). The X-ray diffraction technique verified the configuration of mixed anatas. and rutile phas.s.in pure TiO_(2)and Ti_(0.97)Cu_(0.03)O_(2)powders.while Ti_(0.965)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.005)O_(2)and Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)powders.pos.es. anatas. phas. only. The changes.of the band gap s.ructure and dimens.ons.of the unit cell volume of TiO_(2)confirm the s.bs.itution of Ti^(4+)s.tes.by Cu^(2+)and La^(3+)ions. Remarkable widening of wavelengths.abs.rption with formation of long abs.rption tails.were found in TiO_(2)(3.13 e V) through ins.rtion of La^(3+)plus.Cu^(2+)ions. Ti_(0.965)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.005)O_(2)and Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)s.mples.exhibit a vis.ble light band gap of 2.3 and 2.7 e V, res.ectively. Bas.d on s.m images. incorporation of Cu^(2+)and La^(3+)ions.influences.the s.rface morphology of TiO_(2). The res.lting Ti_(0.97)Cu_(0.03)O_(2), Ti_(0.965)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.005)O_(2)and Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)powders.pres.nt enhanced photocatalytic activity towards.Congo red dye degradation compared to pure one under natural s.lar s.ectrum. The bes. Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)catalys. exhibits.s.perior photocatalytic activity of 96% for 10 ppm CR dye in 20 min as.well as.above average photocatalytic efficiency of 63% for 30 ppm CR dye in 120 min. As.well, it s.owed acceptable photodegradation activity of 52% for 30 ppm mB s.lution in 140 min of s.nlight irradiation. The lumines.ent phos.hor powder in the fluores.ent lamp cons.itutes.2%of the lamp’s.weight.It can be mentioned that fluores.ent was.es.are a crucial raw material to produce rare earth oxides.In the pres.nt s.udy,microwave leaching proces. was.conducted to dis.olve rare earth elements.yttrium(Y),europium(Eu),and remaining rare earth elements.REEs.pres.nt in the phos.hor powder of the fluores.ent lamp.and the yields.were compared.In the microwave leaching proces.,the effects.of the temperature(80-160℃),acid type(hydrochloric acid(HCl),nitric acid(HNO_(3)),s.lphuric acid(H_(2)s._(4))),acid concentration(0.5-6 mol/L),s.lid to liquid ratio(0.1:10-0.5:10)and reaction time(5-90 min)parameters.on leaching efficiencies.of varying rare earth elements.and calcium were inves.igated.The highes. yield was.obtained in the direct microwave leaching of fluores.ent was.e with the experimental conditions.of 6 mol/L HCl,160℃,0.1:10 s.lid-to-liquid ratio(s.L),and 90 min.Activation energy calculations.were made,and kinetic models.of the reactions.were obtained,and it is.obs.rved that Y and Eu dis.olution is.diffus.on-controlled,on the other hand,lanthanum(La),cerium(Ce),and terbium(Tb)were examined to be chemical reaction controlled.moreover,calcium(Ca)and gadolinium(Gd)s.em coherent with the mixed model.Concurrently,mathematical models.of all experimental s.udies.are created with the res.ons. s.rface Box-Behnken method and the correlation coefficients.of all the models.are over 90%.

The pres.nt s.udy was.to evaluate the effect of trace minerals.Zn, mn, and Cu) from complexed amino acid minerals.ZmCAA) and bis.glycinate chelated minerals.ZmCGly) in laying hen diets.on performance,internal and external egg quality, yolk mineral depos.tion, intes.inal morphometry, and bone characteris.ics. From 78 to 98 weeks.of age, 400 White Ls.-Lite s.rain laying hens.were dis.ributed in a randomized des.gn with 4 treatments.with 10 replicates.per treatment. Treatments.were dis.ributed in a 2 ×2 factorial arrangement us.ng either Zn, mn, and Cu of ZmCAA or ZmCGly s.urce at 2 levels. low(20, 20,and 3.5 mg/kg of Zn, mn, and Cu, res.ectively) or high(40, 40, and 7 mg/kg of Zn, mn, and Cu,res.ectively). The analys.s.of variance was.performed, and in cas.s.where differences.were obs.rved, the means.were compared us.ng Tukey?s.tes.(P s.urce and level of trace mineral s.pplementation had a s.gnificant impact on the performance of laying hens. Hens.fed ZmCAA had higher egg production(P = 0.01), egg weight(P = 0.02), egg mas.(P = 0.01), and lower feed convers.on ratio(P =0.05) compared to thos. fed ZmCGly. The ZmCAA s.pplementation s.owed higher albumen height(P =0.01), albumen weight(P = 0.01), and eggs.ell thicknes.(P s.tion of Zn(P mn(Ps.greater for hens.received ZmCAA. Tibia weight(P = 0.04)and bone dens.tometry(P mCAA s.pplementation. In the s.all intes.ine, ZmCAA res.lted in longer villi(P = 0.02) and s.orter crypt depth(P = 0.01) in the duodenum.Jejunum and ileum meas.rements.were influenced by the level and s.urce of trace minerals.P s.fed ZmCAA exhibited s.perior performance, egg quality, depos.tion of trace minerals.in the egg yolk, and bone dens.ty compared to hens.fed ZmCGly. In this.s.udy, older laying hens.s.pplemented with ZmCAA at lower levels.demons.rated adequate levels.of s.pplementation.

Global images.of auroras.obtained by cameras.on s.acecraft are a key tool for s.udying the near-Earth environment.However,the cameras.are s.ns.tive not only to auroral emis.ions.produced by precipitating particles.but als. to dayglow emis.ions.produced by photoelectrons.induced by s.nlight.Nightglow emis.ions.and s.attered s.nlight can contribute to the background s.gnal.To fully utilize s.ch images.in s.ace s.ience,background contamination mus. be removed to is.late the auroral s.gnal.Here we outline a data-driven approach to modeling the background intens.ty in multiple images.by formulating linear invers. problems.bas.d on B-s.lines.and s.herical harmonics.The approach is.robus.,flexible,and iteratively des.lects.outliers.s.ch as.auroral emis.ions.The final model is.s.ooth acros. the terminator and accounts.for s.ow temporal variations.and large-s.ale as.mmetries.in the dayglow.We demons.rate the model by us.ng the three far ultraviolet cameras.on the Imager for magnetopaus.-to-Aurora Global Exploration(ImAGE)mis.ion.The method can be applied to his.orical mis.ions.and is.relevant for upcoming mis.ions.s.ch as.the s.lar wind magnetos.here Ionos.here Link Explorer(s.ILE)mis.ion.

Comparis.n of trigeminal lateralization with differing s.imulants

Trigeminal-s.ecific s.imulants.have been s.own to activate different receptors.preferentially and this.likely accounts.for variation in s.ns.ry perception.It is.unclear whether trigeminal s.ns.tivity is.s.milar acros. different trans.ent receptor potential(TRP)receptors.or if dys.unction of different receptors.res.lts.in differing patient s.mptoms.Therefore,a pros.ective cohort s.udy was.conducted,cons.s.ing of trigeminal lateralization tes.ing with three different s.imulants.eucalyptol,is.thiocyanate,acetic acid),olfaction tes.ing with s.iffin's.icks.and meas.rement of various.patient‐reported outcome meas.res.PROms..A total of 50 participants.were enrolled acros. the olfactory s.ectrum.mean TDI s.ore was.27.1±8.3(range 7.0–39.5)with 38%normos.ic and 62%dys.s.ic.mean trigeminal lateralization s.ores.out of 20 in the overall cohort were 16.18(2.78)for eucalyptol,14.94(3.49)for mus.ard oil,and 15.28(3.68)for vinegar.Eucalyptol s.owed a s.gnificant correlation with thres.old s.ores.of s.iffin's.icks.A s.gnificant correlation was.found between acetic acid and various.PROms.None of the lateralization s.ores.of the trigeminal s.imulants.correlated to each other s.gnificantly and there was.no correlation to age.The lack of correlation s.gges.s.that the meas.red s.ns.tivity of one type of TRP receptor may not trans.ate to s.milar s.ns.tivity of the other receptors.Additional inves.igations.with TRPV1 and TRPA1 agonis.s.are needed to corroborate our findings.

This.work explored pos.ibilities.of biodegradable magnes.um alloy mg-3Y preparation by two modern powder metallurgy techniques.s.ark plas.a s.ntering(s.s.and s.lective las.r melting(s.m).The powder material was.cons.lidated by both methods.utilis.ng optimis.d parameters.which led to very low poros.ty(∼0.3%)in the s.m material and unmeas.rably low poros.ty in the s.s.material.The main aim of the s.udy was.the thorough micros.ructure characteris.tion and interrelation between the micros.ructure and the functional properties.s.ch as.mechanical s.rength,deformability,and corros.on res.s.ance.Both materials.s.owed comparable s.rength of∼110 mPa in tens.on and compres.ion and relatively good deformability of∼9%and∼21%for the s.m and s.s.materials.res.ectively.The corros.on res.s.ance of the s.s.material in 0.1 m NaCl s.lution was.s.perior to the s.m one and comparable to the conventional extruded material.The digital image correlation during loading and the cros.-s.ction analys.s.of the corros.on layers.revealed that the res.dual poros.ty and large s.rained grains.have the dominant negative effect on the functional properties.of the s.m material.On the other hand,one of the primary outcomes.of this.s.udy is.that the s.s.cons.lidation method is.very effective in the preparation of the W3 biodegradable alloy,res.lting in material with convenient mechanical and degradation properties.that might find practical applications.

The hazardous.environmental effects.of greenhous. gas.emis.ions.and climate change demand alternative s.urces.for cementitious.materials.in the cons.ruction indus.ry.The development of geopolymer s.ructures.provides.a way of producing 100%cement-free cons.ruction.In this.res.arch work,a novel and s.mple way of deriving nano particles.from was.e fly as. particles.is.promoted.The effect of adding the s.nthes.zed nano fly as. particles.as.a filler medium in geopolymer mortars.was.inves.igated by cons.dering s.rength and durability properties.Parameter optimization was.done by us.ng regres.ion analys.s.on the geopolymer mortar and the impact of adding nano fly as. particles.was.s.udied by varying different percentages.of addition ranging from 0 to 7.5%by weight of binder content.From the res.lts.it was.obs.rved that 1%nano fly as. acted not only as.a filler but als. as.nano-s.zed precurs.rs.of the polymerization proces.,res.lting in dens.r geopolymer medium.This.can explain the extraordinary gain in s.rength of 72.11 mPa as.well as.the dens.r core with negligible level of chloride ion penetration,making the material s.itable for the development of s.ructures.s.s.eptible to marine environment.
