Objective:Conservative approaches in muscle-invasive bladder cancer(MIBC)have been evolved to avoid aggressive surgery,but are limited to elderly,frail,and patients medically unfit for *** study aimed to assess the response rate of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NACT)before radiotherapy(RT)in MIBC ***:Forty patients with urothelial carcinoma of stage T2-T4a,N0,M0 were enrolled between November 2013 and November 2015,and treated with three cycles of NACT with ***-NACT response was assessed using Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(RECIST)*** who achieved complete response(CR)and partial response(PR)>50%were treated with radical RT,and those who had PR50%or CR,and were treated with ***(12.5%)patients who had PR<50%,SD,or PD underwent *** patients who received radiation showed CR after 6 *** follow-up was 43 months(range:10-66 months)and median overall survival(OS)was not ***-year OS,local control,and disease-free survival were 70.1%,60.9%,50.6%,respectively,and 50%of patients preserved their functioning ***-year OS rate was 88.9%in patients who achieved CR to NACT,73.1%in patients with PR≥50%and 40%in patients with PR<50%.Conclusion:NACT followed by RT provides a high probability of local response with bladder preservation in CR *** use of this treatment regimen in carefully selected patients may omit the need for morbid surgery.

This paper deals with an in-depth analysis on the role of the microstructure phase of titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))precursor in sodium bismuth titanate(Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3),hereafter represented as NBT)ceramics prepared through the hydrothermal *** comparison of the grain size,microstructure,crystal structure,and electrical properties of the NBT ceramics is carried out using anatase and rutile TiO_(2).NBT ceramics with anatase TiO_(2)(denoted by NBT_(A))displayed superior dielectric and ferro/piezoelectric properties along with the additional functionality in terms of *** studies of functional properties such as piezoelectric,ferroelectric,and dielectric stressed the far-reaching influence of effects on grain *** mechanisms and functional properties of grain quantitative effects are also *** boundaries volume fraction increment has decreased the dielectric peak but increased the diffusiveness in the case of the NBT with rutile TiO_(2) precursor(denoted as NBT_(R)).Similarly,elastic stiffness increment restricts the movement of the domain wall and led to a decrement in remnant polarization along with an increase in the values of the corresponding piezoelectric coefficient in finegrain NBT_(R) samples.

Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access(NOMA)is an ideal choice for 5G waveforms due to their characteristics such as high data rate,massive device connectivity,high spectral access,and effective frequency selective ***,it permits gigantic *** spectrum overlaps with NOMA,which consents several operators to segment the spectrum at the same *** features make NOMA more suitable for use beyond *** to Average Power(PAPR)is a major problem in Multi-Carrier Techniques(MCT)like NOMA and it also degrades the performance of the *** Partial Transmission Sequence(PTS)is a superior algorithm for moderating the ***,it also increases the complexity of the *** PAPR is reduced in NOMA by multiplying the NOMA signal with optimised phase vectors(P).The phase vectors are generated by using the Vandermonde Matrix(VM).In this work,we proposed a VM-PTS algorithm for the NOMA system,and the number of computations to search the optimal phase vectors for NOMA high PAPR signal is less as compared with existing *** outcomes demonstrate that the performance of the recommended PTS in terms of PAPR,Bit Error Rate(BER),and complexity is better than the conventional PTS(C-PTS).

Text Summarization models facilitate biomedical clinicians and researchers in acquiring informative data from enormous domain-specific literature within less time and *** and selecting the most informative sentences from biomedical articles is always *** study aims to develop a dual-mode biomedical text summarization model to achieve enhanced coverage and *** research also includes checking the fitment of appropriate graph ranking techniques for improved performance of the summarization *** input biomedical text is mapped as a graph where meaningful sentences are evaluated as the central node and the critical associations between *** proposed framework utilizes the top k similarity technique in a combination of UMLS and a sampled probability-based clustering method which aids in unearthing relevant meanings of the biomedical domain-specific word vectors and finding the best possible associations between crucial *** quality of the framework is assessed via different parameters like information retention,coverage,readability,cohesion,and ROUGE scores in clustering and non-clustering *** significant benefits of the suggested technique are capturing crucial biomedical information with increased coverage and reasonable memory *** configurable settings of combined parameters reduce execution time,enhance memory utilization,and extract relevant information outperforming other biomedical baseline *** improvement of 17%is achieved when the proposed model is checked against similar biomedical text summarizers.

The Food and Agriculture Organization (State of food and agriculture. Moving forward on food loss and waste reduction, 2019) stated that approximately 1.3 billion tons of food wasted every year caused the emission of around 4.4 gigatons of greenhouse gas. World Health Organization highlights that iron deficiency affects billions of people worldwide and remains the leading cause of anemia. With the growth of healthy and sustainable diets and consumers’ better understanding of the relationship between diet, health, and the environment, there is an opportunity to develop novel healthy extruded snacks. The present study was carried out using response surface methodology to investigate the effects of varying proportions of jackfruit seed flour, mung bean flour, and ferrous ammonium phosphate on physical and functional properties of extruded snacks. Experiments were carried out using a central composite rotatable design with three independent parameters such as jackfruit seed flour(%), mung bean flour(%), and ferrous ammonium phosphate (%), and five responses such as bulk density (BD), expansion ratio (ER), hardness, color difference (ΔE), and iron content. It was found that ferrous ammonium phosphate significantly increased the iron content. Bulk density, expansion ratio, and hardness were significantly affected by jackfruit seed flour and mung bean flour. All independent variables significantly influenced colour value. The optimized iron-enrich extruded snacks were obtained at 24.87% jackfruit seed flour, 20.95% mung bean flour, and 0.021% ferrous ammonium phosphate. The optimized extruded snack contained 15.32 g/100 g protein and 22.03 mg/100 g iron content. Results of the study indicate that the optimized extruded snack could be used as a protein and iron source to mitigate malnutrition and anemia.

In the next generation of computing environment e-health care services depend on cloud *** Cloud computing environment provides a real-time computing environment for e-health care *** these services generate a huge number of computational tasks,real-time computing and comes with a deadline,so conventional cloud optimizationmodels cannot fulfil the task in the least time and within the *** overcome this issue many resource optimization meta-heuristic models are been proposed but these models cannot find a global best solution to complete the task in the least time and manage utilization with the least simulation *** order to overcome existing issues,an artificial neural-inspired whale optimization is proposed to provide a reliable solution for healthcare *** this work,two models are proposed one for reliability estimation and the other is based on whale optimization technique and neural network-based binary *** predictive model enhances the quality of service using performance metrics,makespan,least average task completion time,resource usages cost and utilization of the *** as compared to existing algorithms the proposedANN-WHOalgorithms prove to improve the average start time by 29.3%,average finish time by 29.5%and utilization by 11%.
