In the era of advanced machine learning techniques,the development of accurate predictive models for complex medical conditions,such as thyroid cancer,has shown remarkable *** predictivemodels for thyroid cancer enhance early detection,improve resource allocation,and reduce ***,the widespread adoption of these models in clinical practice demands predictive performance along with interpretability and *** paper proposes a novel association-rule based feature-integratedmachine learning model which shows better classification and prediction accuracy than present *** study also focuses on the application of SHapley Additive exPlanations(SHAP)values as a powerful tool for explaining thyroid cancer prediction *** the proposed method,the association-rule based feature integration framework identifies frequently occurring attribute combinations in the *** original dataset is used in trainingmachine learning models,and further used in generating SHAP values *** the next phase,the dataset is integrated with the dominant feature sets identified through association-rule based *** new integrated dataset is used in re-training the machine learning *** new SHAP values generated from these models help in validating the contributions of feature sets in predicting *** conventional machine learning models lack interpretability,which can hinder their integration into clinical decision-making *** this study,the SHAP values are introduced along with association-rule based feature integration as a comprehensive framework for understanding the contributions of feature sets inmodelling the *** study discusses the importance of reliable predictive models for early diagnosis of thyroid cancer,and a validation framework of *** proposed model shows an accuracy of 93.48%.Performance metrics such as precision,recall,F1-score,and the area un

Reservoir heterogeneities play a crucial role in governing reservoir performance and ***,detailed and inter-well heterogeneity analyses are commonly performed by mapping seismic facies change in the seismic data,which is a time-intensive *** researchers have utilized a robust Grey-level co-occurrence matrix(GLCM)-based texture attributes to map reservoir ***,these attributes take seismic data as input and might not be sensitive to lateral lithology *** incorporate the lithology information,we have developed an innovative impedance-based texture approach using GLCM workflow by integrating 3D acoustic impedance volume(a rock propertybased attribute)obtained from a deep convolution network-based impedance *** proposed workflow is anticipated to be more sensitive toward mapping lateral changes than the conventional amplitude-based texture approach,wherein seismic data is used as *** evaluate the improvement,we applied the proposed workflow to the full-stack 3D seismic data from the Poseidon field,NW-shelf,*** study demonstrates that a better demarcation of reservoir gas sands with improved lateral continuity is achievable with the presented approach compared to the conventional *** addition,we assess the implication of multi-stage faulting on facies distribution for effective reservoir *** study also suggests a well-bounded potential reservoir facies distribution along the parallel fault ***,the proposed approach provides an efficient strategy by integrating the impedance information with texture attributes to improve the inference on reservoir heterogeneity,which can serve as a promising tool for identifying potential reservoir zones for both production benefits and fluid storage.

The envisioned exponential growth in the utilization of single-atom catalysts(SACs)has recently emerged as a frontier in the spectrum of material *** is attributed to the distinctive properties of SACs,which encompass 100%atomic efficiency,superior selective performance,tunable coordination environment,and unique electronic structures(Wu et al.,2022b;Loy et al.,2023;Wang et al.,2023).The concept of single-atom isolation was initially introduced by Qiao et al.(2011),with the objective to explore the superior catalytic activity of Pt single-atom compared to Pt nanoparticles/nanoclusters in CO ***,Zhou et al.(2019)in-novatively developed the biomass-derived CO-based SACs and introduced for the oxidative esterification of *** there are many good pieces of news on the SACs,the large-scale fabrication of SACs remains a formidable challenge,impeding their potential to drive scalable production of drop-in *** primary challenge lies in the cost-intensive process of reducing the size of embedded metal particles to sub-angstrom dimensions,a necessary step for creating well-dispersed atomic active ***,this complexity arises from the inherent behavior of individual atoms that are inclined to migrate and cluster into nanoparticles due to their high surface free energy(Chen et al.,2021).

Rapid urbanization creates complexity,results in dynamic changes in land and environment,and influences the land surface temperature(LST)in fast-developing *** this study,we examined the impact of land use/land cover(LULC)changes on LST and determined the intensity of urban heat island(UHI)in New Town kolkata(a smart city),eastern India,from 1991 to 2021 at 10-a intervals using various series of Landsat multi-spectral and thermal *** study used the maximum likelihood algorithm for image classification and other methods like the correlation analysis and hotspot analysis(Getis–Ord Gi^(*) method)to examine the impact of LULC changes on urban thermal *** study noticed that the area percentage of built-up land increased rapidly from 21.91%to 45.63%during 1991–2021,with a maximum positive change in built-up land and a maximum negative change in sparse *** mean temperature significantly increased during the study period(1991–2021),from 16.31℃to 22.48℃in winter,29.18℃to 34.61℃in summer,and 19.18℃to 27.11℃in *** result showed that impervious surfaces contribute to higher LST,whereas vegetation helps decrease *** ecological status has been found in built-up land,and excellent ecological status has been found in vegetation and water *** hot spot and cold spot areas shifted their locations every decade due to random LULC *** after New Town kolkata became a smart city,high LST has been ***,this study indicated that urbanization and changes in LULC patterns can influence the urban thermal environment,and appropriate planning is needed to reduce *** study can help policy-makers create sustainable smart cities.
