Recombinant interleukin-33(IL-33)inhibits tumor growth,but the detailed immunological mechanism is still ***-33-mediated tumor suppression did not occur in Batf3^(−/−)mice,indicating that conventional type 1 dendritic cells(cDC1s)play a key role in IL-33-mediated antitumor immunity.A population of CD103^(+)cDC1s,which were barely detectable in the spleens of normal mice,increased significantly in the spleens of IL-33-treated *** newly emerged splenic CD103^(+)cDC1s were distinct from conventional splenic cDC1s based on their spleen residency,robust effector T-cell priming ability,and surface expression of *** and DC precursors did not express Suppressor of Tumorigenicity 2(ST2).However,recombinant IL-33 induced spleen-resident FCGR3^(+)CD103^(+)cDC1s,which were found to be differentiated from DC precursors by bystander ST2+immune *** immune cell fractionation and depletion assays,we found that IL-33-primed ST2^(+)basophils play a crucial role in the development of FCGR3^(+)CD103^(+)cDC1s by secreting IL-33-driven extrinsic *** GM-CSF also induced the population of CD103^(+)cDC1s,but the population neither expressed FCGR3 nor induced any discernable antitumor *** population of FCGR3^(+)CD103^(+)cDC1s was also generated in vitro culture of Flt3L-mediated bone marrow-derived DCs(FL-BMDCs)when IL-33 was added in a pre-DC stage of ***-BMDCs generated in the presence of IL-33(FL-33-DCs)offered more potent tumor immunotherapy than control Flt3L-BMDCs(FL-DCs).Human monocyte-derived DCs were also more immunogenic when exposed to IL-33-induced *** findings suggest that recombinant IL-33 or an IL-33-mediated DC vaccine could be an attractive protocol for better tumor immunotherapy.

In this paper,we present a single-input,single-output（SISO） and multiple-input multiple-output（MIMO） orthogonal frequency division multiplexing（OFDM）（SISO/MIMO-OFDM） based power line communication（PLC） scheme using maximum ratio combining（MRC）,which is applicable to various future high-speed data services via power line like Smart *** employ the Zimmerman frequency model as multipath power line fading channel and the Middleton’s Class A model as impulse noise *** order to improve the 3-phase（MIMO） or single-phase（SISO） PLC performance,we introduce a new MRC effectively summing up both multiple antenna diversity gain and multipath fading diversity *** computer simulation,we proved the performance advantage of the proposed SISO/MIMO over the existing SISO/MIMO.

腰椎间盘突出症的经皮内窥镜激光椎间盘切除术

目的报告经皮内窥镜激光椎间盘切除手术（percutaneous endoscopic laser—assisted discectomy，PELD）治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果和并发症。方法患者包括腰椎间盘原发性突出、再突出、椎管内突出和椎管外突出者。回顾性研究PELD后至少1年的6522例患者，手术效果按照Oswestry功能障碍指数（Oswestry disability index，ODI）、疼痛视觉类比评分（Visual Analogue scale，VAS）和改良的Macnab标准评定。按Yeung等标准：中央型1329例（20．4％），旁正中型4186例（64．2％），椎间孔型433例（6．6％），椎间孔外侧型574例（8．8％）。结果患者平均年龄40．9岁，平均随访时间283个月，平均手术时间55min，平均出血量12ml。按照Macnab标准评定，优2805例（43．0％），良2902例（44．5％），可371例（5．7％），差444例（6．8％），其中成功率（优良率）为87．5％。患者问卷满意率为89．1％。术后并发症发生率4．6％，翻修率为6．8％。术后ODI、VAS与术前比较明显改善（P〈0．05）。结论 PELD治疗腰椎间盘突出症的手术效果与传统开放经椎管显微椎间盘切除术一致，椎管内和椎管外椎间盘突出及伴发侧隐窝狭窄的患者均可获得有效治疗。

Practice of Essential Care for Newborns in the Referral Health Center of Commune 5 of Bamako District

Introduction: Delay in recognizing newborn health problems and delay in accessing quality care contribute to a high number of newborn deaths. The objective of this work was to study the practice of essential newborn care. Patients and method: This was a descriptive study on critical care newborns at the referral health Center of the Commune 5 (CSRéf C5) Bamako from 1st April to 31 May 2018. The acquisition, processing and data analysis were done on SPSS software. Results: The average age of the patients was 24.8 years. They were out of school and knew about the importance of prenatal consultations (83.3%). The majority of health workers were Nurses and Obstetricians (59.3%). The effective care (100%) given to the newborns was anthropometric measurements of the newborn and identification of the newborn. Treatments such as stimulated drying, skin-to-skin contact, warming, and administration of vitamin K1 were each administered at over 90%. The fight against heat loss by the head (14.1%) and early latching (41.5%) were insufficiently administered. Cord care was not provided at the Hospital prior to discharge for contextual reasons. The administration of ocular antiseptics was not administered in the hospital. Conclusion: The administration of essential newborn care at the referral health Center of the Commune 5 in Bamako has shortcomings.

To expand the single-dose duration over which noninvasive clinical and preclinical cancer imaging can be conducted with high sensitivity,and well-defined spatial and temporal resolutions,a facile strategy to prepare ultrasmall nanoparticulate X-ray contrast media(nano-XRCM)as dual-modality imaging agents for positron emission tomography(PET)and computed tomography(CT)has been *** from controlled copolymerization of triiodobenzoyl ethyl acrylate and oligo(ethylene oxide)acrylate monomers,the amphiphilic statistical iodocopolymers(ICPs)could directly dissolve in water to afford thermodynamically stable solutions with high aqueous iodine concentrations(>140 mg iodine/mL water)and comparable viscosities to conventional small molecule *** formation of ultrasmall iodinated nanoparticles with hydrodynamic diameters of ca.10 nm in water was confirmed by dynamic and static light scattering *** a breast cancer mouse model,in vivo biodistribution studies revealed that the64Cu-chelator-functionalized iodinated nano-XRCM exhibited extended blood residency and higher tumor accumulation compared to typical small molecule imaging ***/CT imaging of tumor over 3 days showed good correlation between PET and CT signals,while CT imaging allowed continuous observation of tumor retention even after 10 days post-injection,enabling longitudinal monitoring of tumor retention for imaging or potentially therapeutic effect after a single administration of nano-XRCM.

目的探讨经皮椎板间隙入路内窥镜激光辅助椎间盘切除术治疗L5S1椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法回顾性研究2002年5月至2003年12月收治的L5S1椎间盘突出症病例168例,全部采用局麻下经皮椎板间隙入路内窥镜激光辅助椎间盘切除术,男92例,女76例;年龄18～73岁,平均42.8岁。依据Yeung分型,中央型22例、旁正中型120例、椎间孔型23例、椎间孔外侧型3例。其中钙化突出椎间盘8例,游离椎间盘19例。骶髂间距平均38.6mm。结果随访5～19个月,平均8.3个月。手术时间30￣90min,平均45min;平均住院时间1.3d。临床结果以MacNab标准评定,优73例(43.5%),良79例(47.0%),可8例(4.8%),差8例(4.8%);优良率90.5%。1例发生术中显微髓核钳断裂,8例术后MRI显示病变椎间盘减压不彻底、症状体征未改善,1例发生椎间盘炎,26例出现术后一过性感觉麻木。无一例发生死亡、硬脊膜破裂及脑脊液漏、血管损伤。结论L5S1的椎间盘突出可以采用经皮椎板间隙入椎管途径的内窥镜激光辅助椎间盘切除术,特别适用于髂嵴较高的患者。

＜正＞Existing manufacturing system has consumed too much energy, space and resource in micro parts manufacturing. To improve this, micro factory system is suggested. But it is difficult to get the high reliability in the assembly, production and inspection of the minute parts because the construction of the micro factory has been started just before. In this study, we will build the digital manufacturing simulation on the micro factory’s process and verify the production and assembly process using this simulation.

In a thin client computing architecture, application processing is delegated to a remote server rather than running the application locally. User input is forwarded to the server, and the rendered images are relayed through a dedicated remote display protocol to the user’s device. Thin-client computing offers the promise of easier-to-maintain computational services with reduced total cost of ownership. With the increasingly development of cloud technology, the server side of thin client architecture is able to be deployed in cloud, thus makes the full use of the features of the Cloud, for example, virtualization, flexibility, security, and dynamic management. Meanwhile the client side can also use the mobile thin device. The traditional thin client architecture, which is platform-dependant, however, limits the most benefit of the software providers and end-users. So we propose multi-platform thin client architecture, which use VNC（Virtual Network Computing） protocol and run in the cloud environment. In this architecture, both side of the service will benefit a lot. In the one hand, the end-user can use cheap, light mobile terminal which enjoy all kind of software service of different platform. In the other hand, the software provider or developer can get more benefit with more download mass and wider circulated.

近年来原发性肝细胞癌(Hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)发病率持续上升,但其病因和确切的分子机制仍不清楚。尽管全身治疗取得了巨大进展,例如分子靶向药物,但由于耐药性、频繁复发和转移等原因,HCC仍是预后最差的癌症之一。HCC是一种广泛存在的癌症,其进展受免疫系统调控,仅半数的HCC患者能够接受系统全身治疗,现在临床上索拉非尼或仑伐替尼被用作一线治疗方式。中医药也已逐渐理论化和系统化,在预防和治疗肝癌方面具有整体调节作用,被广泛用于治疗HCC,同样的免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)如PD-L1也出现在大众视野,不断改变了肿瘤的治疗策略。由于化疗时单一用药使人体对特定药物产生耐药性的概率较大,疗效不理想,因此联合用药是一种新的治疗选择,在肿瘤治疗中日渐突出显著优势。本文就联合治疗在HCC肿瘤免疫微环境方面的研究进展进行综述,充分发挥出联合用药协同抗肿瘤的独特优势,以期为肿瘤的临床治疗提供新方案。
