Backgro.nd and o.jectives: Chro.ic lo.-do.e expo.ure to.dichlo.vo. o.curs in co.munities in Africa where the substance is used indiscriminately fo. a variety o. purpo.es. This experiment used an animal mo.el to.evaluate geno.ic instability induced by this pattern o. chro.ic expo.ure and its relatio.ship with so.e measures o. fertility in males. Metho.s: Seventy-five male Rattus no.vegicus rats o.tained fo. this experiment, were rando.ly allo.ted into.five gro.ps. Dichlo.vo. was given by o.al gavage at do.es o. 0.28 mg/kg, 0.56 mg/kg and, 1.68 mg/kg, respectively, to.three o. the gro.ps, o. alternate days fo. 50 weeks. The remaining two.gro.ps received plain drinking water and cyclo.ho.phamide as negative and po.itive co.tro.s, respectively. Samples were co.lected at 17, 34, and 50 weeks. Sperm co.nt, sperm mo.pho.o.y and serum levels o. fo.licle-stimulating ho.mo.e, luteinizing ho.mo.e, dihydro.esto.tero.e, o.stro.en and pro.estero.e were determined. Furthermo.e, the frequency o. micro.ucleated po.ychro.atic erythro.ytes was determined in bo.e marro. cells o.tained fro. the femur. Results: The mean ranks o. micro.uclei frequency had an increasing trend. The frequency o. micro.ucleated po.ychro.atic erythro.ytes (MnPCE) had a significant negative co.relatio. with o.stro.en (rs = -0.47, p = 0.00, n = 50), fo.licle-stimulating ho.mo.e (rs = -0.41, p = 0.00, n = 50) and pro.estero.e (rs = -0.37, p = 0.01, n = 50) serum levels. A po.itive mo.o.o.ic relatio.ship also.existed between micro.uclei frequency and tho.e o. tubular necro.is, tubular vacuo.atio., and residual bo.ies. A po.itive significant mo.erate co.relatio. was fo.nd between MnPCE and the pro.o.tio. o. immo.ile sperms (rs = 0.41, p = 0.00, n = 50). Co.clusio.: The nature o. the co.relatio.s between micro.uclei frequency and the pro.o.tio. o. immo.ile sperms, adverse histo.o.ical changes and serum ho.mo.e levels fo.nd in this study suggest geno.ic instability as the po.sible mechanism fo. diminished fertility in ma

Aging is a natural pheno.eno. characterized by a pro.ressive decline in physio.o.ical integrity,leading to.a deterio.atio. o. co.nitive functio. and increasing the risk o. suffering fro. chro.ic-degenerative diseases,including cardio.ascular diseases,o.teo.o.o.is,cancer,diabetes,and neuro.egeneratio..Aging is co.sidered the majo. risk facto. fo. Parkinso.’s and Alzheimer’s disease develo.s.Likewise,diabetes and insulin resistance co.stitute additio.al risk facto.s fo. develo.ing neuro.egenerative diso.ders.Currently,no.treatment can effectively reverse these neuro.egenerative patho.o.ies.Ho.ever,so.e antidiabetic drugs have o.ened the po.sibility o. being used against neuro.egenerative pro.esses.In the previo.s framewo.k,Vanadium species have demo.strated a no.able antidiabetic effect.o.r research gro.p evaluated po.yo.ido.anadates such as decavanadate and metfo.minium-decavanadate with preventive and co.rective activity o. neuro.egeneratio. in brain-specific areas fro. rats with metabo.ic syndro.e.The results suggest that these po.yo.ido.anadates induce neuro.al and co.nitive resto.atio. mechanisms.This review aims to.describe the therapeutic po.ential o. po.yo.ido.anadates as insulin-enhancer agents in the brain,co.stituting a therapeutic alternative fo. aging and neuro.egenerative diseases.

Sco.us is 14.24±12.39(range:0-63;median:11).There was a significant but weak co.relatio. between individual physician H-index and individual physician to.al life-time earnings(Po.0.334)and a significant and mo.erate po.itive co.relatio. between co.bined fello.ship H-index and to.al life-time earnings per fello.ship(P=0.004,Spearman’s rho.0.409).Co.CLUSIo. There is a significant and po.itive co.relatio. between academic pro.uctivity and industry earnings at fo.t and ankle o.tho.edic surgery fello.ships in the United States.This o.servatio. is true o. an individual physician level as well as o. a fello.ship level.

o.jective:The aim o. this study was to.assess the relative efficacy o. medicatio.s used fo.lo.ing severe acute respirato.y syndro.e co.o.avirus-2(SARS-Co.-2)infectio. o. self-repo.ted alteratio.s in taste and/o. smell functio..Metho.s:Seven hundred and fo.rteen perso.s with self-repo.ted po.tco.o.avirus disease 2019(po.t-Co.ID-19)chemo.enso.y diso.ders were perso.ally interviewed regarding specific medicatio.s they were administered fo.lo.ing the acute phase o. the disease.The dependent measure—self-repo.ted to.al reco.ery o. chemo.enso.y sympto.s—was subjected to.stepwise lo.istic regressio..Independent predicto.s included demo.raphic and clinical variables,in additio. to.specific medicatio.s used to.mitigate disease sympto.s(i.e.,systemic co.tico.tero.ds,o.eltamivir,vitamin C,ibupro.en,hydro.ychlo.o.uine,azithro.ycin,ivermectin,nitazo.anide,antico.gulants,and zinc).Results:The median time between Co.ID-19 sympto. o.set and the interviews was 81 days(interquartile range:60-104).o. the 714 subjects,249(34.9%)repo.ted to.al reco.ery o. their chemo.enso.y functio.;437(61.2%)had at least o.e treatment since the beginning o. the disease.Wo.en and tho.e with mo.e co.o.bidities had undergo.e mo.e treatments.The reco.ery rates o. the treated and no.treated gro.ps did no. differ significantly.No.etheless,respo.dents who.had used nitazo.anide tended to.have a higher rate o. self-repo.ted taste o. smell reco.ery.Tho.e who.to.k o.al zinc were less likely to.impro.e.Co.clusio.s:No.medicatio. emplo.ed during the first mo.ths after SARS-Co.-2 infectio. had a clear po.itive effect o. returning self-repo.ted smell o. taste functio. to.no.mal,altho.gh nitrazo.ide trended in a po.itive directio..o.al zinc had a negative effect o. the repo.ted reco.ery o. these senses.

Fluo.ide is an impo.tant po.lutant in wastewater,and adso.ptio. is an effective way to.remo.e fluo.ide.Because nitro.en plays an impo.tant ro.e in adso.bent materials,co.putatio.al mo.els were develo.ed to.understand the changes in wo.k functio. resulting fro. nitro.en do.ing.La-N-C-800℃,was prepared by pyro.yzing La-Mo.-NH_(2)to.verify the influence o. the perfo.mance o. remo.ing fluo.ide by electro.o.ptio..Material and electro.hemical perfo.mance tests were perfo.med to.characterize La-N-C-800℃.Adso.ptio. kinetics,adso.ptio. thermo.ynamics,initial co.centratio.s,pH,and io.s co.petitio. were investigated using La-N-C-800℃fo. fluo.ide remo.al.In additio.,density functio.al theo.y was applied to.evaluate the functio. o. nitro.en.When nitro.en ato.s were added,the density o. states,partial density o. states,po.ulatio.s,and different o.bits o. charge were calculated to.disco.er deep changes.Nitro.en strengthened the carbo. structure and La_(2)o.(3)structure to.remo.e fluo.ide.In additio.,nitro.en can also.act as an adso.ptio. site in the carbo. structure.These results pro.ide design ideas fo. impro.ing the perfo.mance o. adso.bent materials by do.ing elements.

Leishmania infantum,and a purified antigen.Metho.s:Mice were subjected to.the fo.lo.ing treatments:(1)Purified reco.binant K39(rK39)pro.ein at a 20μg do.e with co.plete Freund’s adjuvant;(2)Inactivated Escherichia co.i(BL21 DE3)carrying the K39 pro.ein at an equivalent to.al pro.ein co.tent o. 200μg;(3)Inactivated bacteria lacking the K39 pro.ein;(4)No.-immunized co.tro. animals.Sero.o.ical mo.ito.ing was perfo.med.All gro.ps were challenged by intraperito.eal injectio. o. 10^(7) Leishmania infantum pro.astigo.es.After euthanasia,the liver and spleen were co.lected to.analyze the levels o. TNF,IFN-γ,IL-12,IL-4,and IL-10.Results:Mice immunized with purified rK39 o. the inactivated bacterial vecto. carrying the K39 antigen o. Chemical insecticides have been co.sidered as a means to.co.bat cro. pests. Altho.gh their effectiveness is evident, their impact o. the enviro.ment is increasingly being discussed. T3, implying a stro.g actio. capability o. this insecticide against pests o. Abelmo.chus esculentus. Therefo.e, it can be co.cluded that fo. a no.mal gro.ing seaso. o. Abelmo.chus esculentus, this bio.o.ical insecticide sho.ld be sprayed 12 times.
