Web service(WS)presents a good solution to the interoperability of different types of systems that aims to reduce the overhead of high processing in a resource-limited *** the increasing demand for mobile WS(MWS),the WS discovery process has become a significant challenging point in the WS lifecycle that aims to identify the relevant MWSs that best match the service *** discovery process is a resource-consuming task that cannot be performed efficiently in a mobile computing environment due to the limitations of mobile ***,a cloud computing can provide rich computing resources for mobile environments given its unlimited and easily scalable *** paper proposes a semantic WS discovery and invocation framework in mobile environments based on cloud and a relationship-aware matchmaking *** discovery algorithm enriches MWS and user requests semantically with the functional and non-functional properties of Ontology Web Language for Services,such as Quality of Web Service,device context,and user *** WS repository is filtered based on logical reasoning and a parameter-based matching algorithm to minimize the matching space and improve runtime *** cosine similarity between the user request and services repository is then assessed to generate the most relevant *** relationships among concepts in the ontology are considered to improve the recall and precision *** the WS discovery process,users can invoke and test these services in a mobile environment through a dynamic user *** interface of the invocation process is changed according to the WS description *** application prototype is also developed to evaluate the framework based on a Cordova cross-mobile development framework.

Nuclear spins are among the potential candidates prospected for quantum information technology.A recent breakthrough enabled to atomically resolve their interaction with the electron spin,the so-called hyperfine interaction,within individual atoms utilizing scanning tunneling microscopy(STM).Intriguingly,this was only realized for a few species put on a two-layers thick ***,we systematically quantify from first-principles the hyperfine interactions of the whole series of 3d transition adatoms deposited on various thicknesses of MgO,NaF,NaCl,h–BN,and Cu2N *** identify the adatom-substrate complexes with the largest hyperfine interactions and unveil the main trends and *** reveal the core mechanisms at play,such as the interplay of the local bonding geometry and the chemical nature of the thin films,which trigger transitions between high-and low-spin states accompanied with subtle internal rearrangements of the magnetic *** providing a general map of hyperfine interactions,our work has immediate implications in future STM investigations aiming at detecting and realizing quantum concepts hinging on nuclear spins.

There is mounting evidence that targeting mitochondrial dysfunction following neurotrauma could be key in developing effective therapeutic strategies since mitochondria are known to play a major role in cellular bioenergetics, function, and survival following traumatic spinal cord injury （SCI）（Rabchevsky et al., 2011）. Our research group is one of the pioneers in targeting mitochondrial dysfunction to foster functional neuroprotection, having documented that phar- macological maintenance of mitochondrial function acutely results in long-term neuroprotection and improved function- al recover. We have recently reported that treatment with the pleiotropic drug, pioglitazone, maintains acute mitochondrial integrity correlated with chronic tissue sparing and functional recovery after contusion SCI, but that this was not correlated with altered neuroinflammation （Patel et al., 2017）. Wilms tumor (WT) is the most common childhood kidney cancer. Although WT is largely curable, current treatments fail in up to 15 percent of patients. Moreover, survivors suffer from the complications and late effects of the aggressive treatments. Thus, there is a critical need to improve our understanding of tumorigenesis to develop novel therapies to reduce the treatment burden while maintaining excellent survival rates. WT is believed to arise from the immature kidney cells, nephron progenitor cells (NPCs), which have failed to differentiate properly. Previous studies revealed that Wilms cells share a transcriptional and epigenetic landscape with normal renal stem cells.1 Although several studies have shown the positive associations between WT in children and embryonic exposure to adverse environments, the underlying mechanisms remain unknown. Altered epigenetics is central to oncogenesis in many pediatric cancers. The critical contribution of epigenetic dysregulation to pediatric tumors provides a compelling rationale for the therapeutic potential of epigenetic drugs. histone deacetylases (hDACs) and Enhancer of Zeste homolog 2 (EZh2, a histone h3K27 methyltransferase), have been demonstrated to play a critical role in self-renewal and differentiation of mouse NPCs.2,3 In addition, altered expression and mutations of hDACs and EZh2 have been linked to many human cancers, including WT. Thus, they are among the most promising therapeutic targets for cancer treatment. We reasoned that WT would result from the unrestrained proliferation of progenitor cells due to overactive hDAC1/2 (hDAC1 and hDAC2), and EZh2. We tested this hypothesis by analyzing a clinical specimen received from the left kidney tumor of an 11-year-old male patient diagnosed with WT and four other human WT specimens. BACKGROUND Adjuvant radiotherapy is given following surgery in breast cancer patients. hypofractonated radiotherapy can significantly reduce the waiting time for radiotherapy, working load on machines, patient visits to radiotherapy departments and medical costs. Material and Methods 244 patients with high-risk breast cancer (stage IIB, stage III and stage IA with any of the following criteria: lymphovascular invasion, hormonal receptor negative, young age) who underwent Breast conservative surgery (BCS) or Modified radical mastectomy (MRM) were enrolled in this study. All patients received adjuvant radiotherapy with different hypofractionation schedules either 3900 cGY/13 fractions or 4240 cGY/16 fractions or 4005 cGY/15 fractions using linear accelerator with 6 MV photon beam. Lateral/Medial tangential and Ipsilateral supraclavicular fields were employed and the ipsilateral axilla was also irradiated if required to the same dose with posteroanterior field. Patients were followed every 3 mons for the first 2 years and every 6 mons thereafter. Outcomes were analyzed in terms of tumor control and survival. Results 244 patients with high-risk breast cancer requiring postoperative radiotherapy to the intact breast or chest wall were treated. The mean age was 48 years (range 28 - 69 years). The 5-year locoregional free survival of all patients was 93.8% the local relapse reported in 15 patients (6.2%) 7 patients at site of operated scar & 8 patients at the regional lymph nodes. The median follow up period was 75 months ranged from 49 to 102 months. Distant metastasis free survival was 92.2%, the distant metastasis reported in 19 patients which represent (7.8%) of all patients, median survival is 75 months ranged from 49 to 102 months and overall survival was 88.6%. Conclusion It is concluded that hypofractionated radiotherapy is a simple and effective protocol in patients with high-risk breast cancer regarding tumor control and survival.

Background:Proctocolectomy with ileal pouch–anal anastomosis(IPAA)is the surgical procedure of choice for medically refractory ulcerative colitis and familial adenomatous *** rare,a pouch volvulus can *** aimed to determine the frequency,presentation,and management approach of pouch volvulus in patients with ***:A systematic search of published literature was performed by a medical reference librarian on 10 August 2018 and two independent reviewers identified relevant publications,extracted data,and assessed the methodological quality based on a validated tool.A retrospective review of the Mayo Clinic electronic medical records identified one case of pouch volvulus between January 2008 and August ***:The frequency of pouch volvulus from one large published study reporting long-termoutcomes of IPAA was 0.18%(3/1,700).A total of 22 patients(18 ulcerative colitis)were included(median age 32 years,73%females).Median time to volvulus after IPAA was 36 months while median interval to volvulus diagnosis from symptom onset was 24 *** pain was the most commonly reported symptom(76%).The diagnosis was made primarily by abdominal computed tomography(13/17 patients,76%).Endoscopic treatment was successful in 1 of 11 patients(9%).Surgery was performed in 20 patients and pouch-pexy and pouch excision were the most frequent surgical operations.A redo IPAA was performed in five patients(25%).Conclusion:Pouch volvulus is a rare but serious complication of IPAA and should be suspected even in the absence of obstruction *** treatment often fails and surgery is effective when performed early.

Objective:To investigate the chemical composition of a moderately polar extract(ChC1_3 soluble part of the MeOh-h_2O extract) obtained from the aerial parts(leaves and flowers) of Centaurea diluta ***(Coss.& Dur.) AIM： To analyze the neutralizing activity of antibodies against E1 region of hepatitis C virus （hCV）. Specific polydonal antibody was raised via immunization of New Zealand rabbits with a synthetic peptide that had been derived from the E1 region of hCV and was shown to be highly conserved among hCV published genotypes. METhODS： hyper-immune hCV E1 antibodies were incubated over night at 4 ℃ with serum samples positive for hCV RNA, with viral loads ranging from 615 to 3.2 million IU/mL. Treated sera were incubated with hepG2 cells for 90 min. Blocking of viral binding and entry into cells by anti E1 antibody were tested by means of RTPCR and flow cytometry. RESULTS： Direct immunostaining using FITC conjugated E1 antibody followed by Flow cytometric analysis showed reduced mean fluorescence intensity in samples pre-incubated with E1 antibody compared with untreated samples. Furthermore, 13 out of 18 positive sera （72%） showed complete inhibition of infectivity as detected by RT-PCR. CONCLUSION： In house produced E1 antibody, blocks binding and entry of hCV virion infection to target cells suggesting the involvement of this epitope in virus binding and entry. Isolation of these antibodies that block virus attachment to human cells are useful as therapeutic reagents.
