Distribution control and formation mechanism of gas inclusions formed in directionally solidified Al2O3-Er3Al5O12-ZrO2 eutectic ceramic rods are explored during laser floating zone melting. In atmospheric environment, highly-dense bubble-free eutectic rods are well fabricated at low solidification rate(<25μm/s). Gas inclusions form intermittently when the solidification rate is in the range of 25-50 μm/s,but produce continuously at higher solidification rates(100-200 μm/s). The gas inclusions exhibit an elongated finger-like pattern along the growth direction, which of the maximum value of diameter first increases and then decreases with increasing the solidification rate. Meanwhile, the volume fraction of gas inclusions increased gradually with the solidification rate. Based on the effect of surface tension gradient, heterogeneous nucleation of gas bubbles is evaluated to be the primary formation mechanism of gas inclusions.

探究不同生育期玉米光温利用、物质生产和产量形成对密度的响应,以期为陕北灌区春玉米密植高产高效栽培提供理论依据。试验于2019—2020年以东单60(中晚熟)和大丰30(中早熟)为试验材料,设置45,000(D1)、60,000(D2)、75,000(D3)和90,000(D4)株hm^(-2)4个种植密度,测定了叶面积指数、冠层光分布、物质生产与转运、光温利用和产量及其构成等指标。结果表明,大丰30和东单60分别在90,000株hm^(-2)和75,000株hm^(-2)密度下达到最高产量18,787.5kghm^(-2)和16,953.0kghm^(-2),较低密度分别提高了37.7%和41.4%,且高产下大丰30籽粒含水率较东单60低11.5%。随着种植密度的增加,群体叶面积指数明显提高,上部冠层光能截获率显著增大,而中部冠层光能截获率显著下降且东单60降低幅度高于大丰30,下部冠层光能截获率无显著差异。对于光能辐射利用而言,大丰30花前截获的光合有效辐射和光能利用率较东单60分别高7.9%、高1.7%;大丰30花后截获的光合有效辐射和光能利用率较东单60分别低9.5%、高14.9%,根据光能利用效率和种植密度的相关关系表明增密对提高大丰30的光能辐射利用率更显著。在D4密度下,中早熟品种大丰30较晚熟品种东单60生育期平均缩短了4.3 d,大丰30的平均有效积温较东单60少25.3℃,而积温利用率提高了25.3%,达到最大干物质积累速率所需积温较东单60少;东单60和大丰30的花前干物质累积量及花后转运率较D1分别提高了26.7%、34.6%和43.7%、55.8%,且大丰30的花后干物质累积量和花后干物质转运率较东单60分别高14.5%和12.3%。可见,中早熟品种大丰30密植下重塑群体结构,改善中部冠层光能截获,增加干物质增长速率和提前干物质达到最大增大速率时期,促进干物质的累积与转运,提高了光温资源利用效率,实现该区春玉米高产高效;同时收获时籽粒较低的含水率,适宜籽粒机收。

目的通过对四川省新型冠状病毒感染集中隔离医学观察场所风险评价体系构建,了解集中隔离医学观察场所风险评价指标体系以及各项指标的权重,为集中隔离医学观察场所风险管理找准切入点。方法2022年3月20日至2022年6月15日通过德尔菲专家法确定新型冠状病毒感染集中隔离医学观察场所风险评价指标体系,利用层次分析法(Analytic Hierar Process,AHP),通过专家群决策方法计算各指标的权重。采用SPSS 22.0统计软件进行专家调查的协调系数计算,并评价问卷的有效性,检验水准α=0.05。结果参与专家共有50人,两轮专家调查的协调系数分别为0.38和0.43,新型冠状病毒感染隔离医学观察场所风险评价矩阵一致性为0.0756。一级指标有6个,一级指标权重大小依次为日常监管(0.4205)、场所硬件建设(0.1955)、核酸检测(0.1327)、制度与流程(0.1001)、人员管理(0.0949)、场所环境消毒(0.0564)。二级级指标有34个,二级级指标权重排在前6位依次为一脱间(0.1560)、隔离人员下车登记点(0.0937)、余氯监测(0.0649)、选址情况(0.0533)、视频监控(0.0456)、隔离人员核酸(0.0445)。结论四川省新型冠状病毒感染集中隔离医学观察场所风险评价指标体系全面。AHP在指标体系评价中应用比较合理,新发传染病防控管理利用AHP进行专家群决策可以提高效率。

Cesarean delivery on maternal request and childhood intelligence： a cohort study

Background Cesarean section births have been steadily increasing over the past decade and have become an epidemic in China. Cesarean delivery on maternal request is a major contributor to this upward trend, and there has been of much concern about its impact on maternal and child health. Most of mothers believe that cesarean delivery on maternal request can improve the child＇s intelligence, but direct evidence is sparse. In this cohort study, we aimed to directly assess the impact of cesarean delivery on maternal request on childhood intelligence. Methods Intelligence quotient （IQ） of 4144 preschool children from 21 cities/counties of Zhejiang and jiangsu province whose mothers were registered in a population-based perinatal surveillance program during 1993-1996 was assessed with Chinese Wechsler Young Children Scale of Intelligence （C-WYCSI） in 2000. The outcomes were full-scale IQ, verbal IQ, and performance IQ of C-WYCSI. Mode of delivery and covariates were obtained from the surveillance program. We estimated unadjusted and adjusted effects of cesarean delivery on maternal request and assisted vaginal delivery on IQ scores compared with spontaneous vaginal delivery using regression analysis. Results The mean full-scale, verbal, and performance IQ for all children was 99.3_＋16.1,93.6_＋17.7, and 105.3_＋14.3. In crude analysis, cesarean delivery on maternal request versus spontaneous vaginal delivery was associated with an increase of 3.9 （95% confidence interval, 0.6 to 7.2） points in full-scale IQ, 4.8 （1.2 to 8.4） points in verbal IQ, and 2.4 （-0.6 to 5.3） points in performance IQ. After adjusting for maternal education, occupation, and IQ, the advantage was reduced to 1.6 （-1.3 to 4.5）, 2.3 （-0.8 to 5.5）, and 0.6 （-2.0 to 3.3） points for full-scale, verbal, and performance IQ, respectively. Polylactide(PLA),methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer(MBS),and poly(propylene carbonate)polyurethane(PPCU)were blended and subjected to blown film *** rheological,mechanical,morphological,thermal,and crystalline properties of the PLA/MBS/PPCU ternary blends and the mechanical properties of the resulting films were *** of mechanical test showed that PPCU and MBS could synergistically toughen *** impact strength of 50/10/40 PLA/MBS/PPCU blend(74.7 k J/m^2)was about 7.5 times higher than that of the neat PLA(10.8 k J/m^2),and the elongation at break of 50/10/40 PLA/MBS/PPCU blend(276.5%)was higher by about 45 times that of PLA(6.2%).The tear strength of PLA/MBS/PPCU films was 20 k N/m higher than that of PLA,and the elongation at break(MD/TD)of 50/10/40 PLA/MBS/PPCU films was 271.1%/222.3%,whereas that of PLA was only 2.7%/3.0%.POM observations displayed that the density of spherulite nucleation increased and the size of crystalline particles decreased with the addition of *** increasing PPCU content from 5%to 20%,the density of spherulite nucleation increased and the size of crystalline particles decreased continuously,but the nucleation density of spherulites was slightly lowered with increasing PPCU content from 30%to 40%.The PLA/MBS/PPCU films exhibited excellent mechanical properties,which expanded the application range of these biodegradable films.
