Introduction:We sought to investigate whether the development of sub-pulmonic systolic anterior motion(sam)may be inherent to the anatomy of the the mitral valve(MV)or affected by external factors,such as a dilated right ventricle or chest abnormalities in d-looped transposition of the great arteries post atrial switch operation(d-TGA/AtS).Methods:Analysis was performed of clinical and cardiac imaging studies acquired on 19 adult patients with d-TGA/AtS(age 42±6 years old,56%male)between 2015–*** data included mitral apparatus anatomy,and CT/MRI data included biventricular dimensions,function,and Haller index(HI)for pectus ***:Patients with leaflet sam(n=6)compared to patients without sam(n=13)had higher MV protrusion height(2.3±0.5 vs.1.5±0.4 cm,p≤0.01)and longer anterior MV leaflet length(3.1±0.4 cm vs.2.6±0.3 cm p≤0.05),when compared to those ***/MRI showed higher sub-pulmonic left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the sam group(71%±8%vs.54%±7%,respectively).RV size and function,significant chest deformity(HI>3.5),presence of a ventricular lead pacemaker,and septal thickness did not play a role in development of ***:An elongated mitral apparatus is associated with the development of sam,and the development of left ventricular outflow tract obstruction(LVOTO),in d-TGA/*** hyperkinesia is associated with *** RV dimensions,septal thickness,and degree of chest deformity did not differ significantly between subjects with sam and those without.

Duetting,or the stereotypical,repeated and often coordinated vocalizations between 2 individuals arose independently multiple times in the Order *** primate species,there exists substantial variation in terms of timing,degree of overlap,and sex-specificity of duet *** is increasing evidence that primates can modify the timing of their duet contributions relative to their partner,and this vocal flexibility may have been an important precursor to the evolution of human ***,we present the results of a fine-scale analysis of Gursky’s spectral tarsier Tarsius spectrumgurskyae duet phrases recorded in North Sulawesi,***,we aimed to investigate individual-level variation in the female and male contributions to the duet,quantify individual-and pair-level differences in duet timing,and measure temporal precision of duetting individuals relative to their *** were able to classify female duet phrases to the correct individual with an 80%accuracy using support vector machines,whereas our classification accuracy for males was lower at 64%.Females were more variable than males in terms of timing between *** tarsier phrases exhibited some degree of overlap between callers,and tarsiers exhibited high temporal precision in their note output relative to their *** provide evidence that duetting tarsier individuals can modify their note output relative to their duetting partner,and these results support the idea that flexibility in vocal exchanges—a precursor to human language—evolved early in the primate lineage and long before the emergence of modern humans.

背景：因为假体的股骨柄比股骨有更强的刚度，所以在全髋关节置换患者中更容易产生应力遮挡导致骨溶解。这种关注促进了与正常股骨有相近结构刚度的复合股骨柄植入物的发展。这种假体柄由钴铬合金为轴心，外面包裹聚芳醚酮聚合物和钛网，有利于骨向内生长。此项研究的目的是确定使用这种假体柄的中期临床、放射学和组织学结果。方法：28例患者（男19例，女9例），平均年龄51.3岁。使用Epoch柄进行初次全髋关节置换手术，平均随访时间6．2年。术前、术后、术后每2年一次分别用Harris髋关节评分以及放射影像学进行研究。此外，术后2年用双能X线吸收测定法扫描评估骨再吸收。尸检获得2块股骨，分别于术后13个月和48个月分析其骨内长入和骨表面长入情况。结果：术前平均Harris髋关节评分为56分，末次随访时提高到97分。双能X线吸收测定法扫描证实2年后平均骨密度在Gruen7区减少最多者为27．5％。放射学证实无假体移位，只有1髋有骨溶解。所有假体柄均有稳定的骨组织固定。组织学评估，术后13个月和48个月尸体股骨标本表明沿整个假体柄平均骨向内长入（标准差）分别为49．63％±13．04％，73．57％±8.48％；平均骨表面长入分别为54．18％±7．68％，80．92％±6．06％。结论：使用Epoch髋关节假体柄后中期随访显示了其良好的临床功能、骨融合的放射学证据、骨向内长入和表面长入的组织学发现。尽管植入物的近期和中期效果良好，但还是有必要通过长期随访评估植入物的远期功能。可信水平：治疗性研究，Ⅳ级。详细的可信水平分级参见作者须知。

Therapeutic targeting of metastatic breast cancer still remains a challenge as the tumor cells are highly heterogenous and exploit multiple pathways for their growth and metastatic spread that cannot always be targeted by a single-agent monotherapy ***,a rational approach through simultaneous targeting of several pathways may provide a better anti-cancer therapeutic effect We tested this hypothesis using a combination of two nutraceutical agents S-adenosylmethionine(sam)and Vitamin D(Vit.D)prohormone[25-hydroxyvitamin D;/25(OH)D,]that are individually known to exert distinct changes in the expression of genes involved in tumor growth and *** results show that both sam and 25(OH)D monotherapy significantly reduced proliferation and clonogenic survival of a panel of breast cancer cell lines in vitro and inhibited tumor growth,lung metastasis,and breast tumor cell colonization to the skeleton in ***,these effects were significantly more pronounced in the combination ***-Sequencing revealed that the transcriptomic footprint on key cancer-related signaling pathways is broader in the combination setting than any of the ***,comparison of the differentially expressed genes from our transcriptome analyses with publicly available cancer-related dataset demonstrated that the combination treatment upregulates genes from immune-related pathways that are otherwise downregulated in bone metastasis in *** sam and Vit.D are both approved nutraceuticals with known safety profiles,this combination treatment may serve as a novel strategy to reduce breast cancer-associated morbidity and mortality。

目的评估使用精确的前瞻性靶向CO2激励和血氧水平依赖MR成像对临床人群脑血管反应性(CVR)绘图的安全性、耐受性、技术可行性。材料与方法机构伦理委员会批准了三级医院在2006年1月1日—2010年12月1日对所有CVR的研究进行病历审查,均获得病人的知情同意。检索不利事件的发生和失败的检查。2名观察者采用双盲法对CVR图的诊断质量进行评估,分为好、可诊断但质量差、无法诊断。结果作为原始数据并进行描述性统计(均值±标准差)。使用同类相关系数来测定观察者内部的变异度。结果对294例病人(女性占51.8%)的432次连贯的CVR检查进行研究。病人年龄范围9～88岁[平均(45.9±20.6)岁]。有48次检查(11.1%)在高碳酸血症阶段出现气促、头痛、头晕等短暂症状,均未出现神经病学中的脑缺血事件、心肌梗死和其他主要并发症。CVR影像生成的成功率为83.9%(364/434次)。另外70次检查失败(16.1%),其中有25次感到不适(35.7%),8次(11.4%)出现头部移动,2次(2.9%)为不能合作,10次(10.0%)为设备出现技术性障碍,28次为情况不明或未说明状态。在364次成功的检查中,质量好的CVR图为340次(93.4%),可诊断但质量差的有12次(3.3%),无法诊断的有12次(3.3%)。结论在临床病人的研究中,使用精确的前瞻性靶向CO2激励和血氧水平依赖MR成像所产生的CVR图是安全的、可耐受的,并且技术上也是可行的。

为了研究猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒（porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,PRRSV）复制与细胞调控酶ATP5j的关系,本研究首先对猪源ATP5j基因进行了抗原表位分析,选取并合成了3段抗原小肽,制备ATP5j的多克隆的抗体。用制备的多抗检测了ATP5j质粒在293T细胞中过表达的情况。然后,用PRRSV感染猪肺泡巨噬细胞（PAMs）,利用qPCR和Western blot检测PRRSV感染对PAM细胞中ATP5j表达的影响。最后,我们通过小RNA干扰以及过表达ATP5j,使用qPCR和Western blot技术,在PAM和Marc-145细胞上检测ATP5j变化对PRRSV复制增殖的影响。结果显示：PRRSV感染能够导致宿主细胞ATP5j蛋白表达下调;ATP5j下调时,PRRSV复制减弱;ATP5j过表达时,PRRSV复制增强,说明ATP5j能够促进PRRSV复制增殖。进一步分析证明：ATP5j促进PRRSV复制功能没有剂量依赖性。综上,PRRSV感染能够导致宿主细胞ATP5j蛋白表达下调,而ATP5j具有促进PRRSV复制的作用。该研究为阐明PRRSV与宿主相互作用提供了新思路,为解析PRRSV免疫抑制和免疫逃逸机制奠定了基础。
