Current cancer diagnosis procedure requires expert knowledge and is time-consuming,which raises the need to build an accurate diagnosis support system for lymphoma identification and *** studies have shown promising results using machine Learning and,recently,Deep Learning to detect malignancy in cancer ***,the diversity and complexity of the morphological structure of lymphoma make it a challenging classification *** literature,many attempts were made to classify up to four simple types of *** paper presents an approach using a reliable model capable of diagnosing seven different categories of rare and aggressive *** Lymphoma types are Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma,Nodular Lymphoma Predominant,Burkitt Lymphoma,Follicular Lymphoma,mantle Lymphoma,Large B-Cell Lymphoma,and T-Cell *** proposed approach uses Residual Neural Networks,ResNet50,with a Transfer Learning for lymphoma’s detection and *** model used results are validated according to the performance evaluation metrics:Accuracy,precision,recall,F-score,and kappa score for the seven *** algorithms are tested,and the results are validated on 323 images of 224×224 pixels *** results are promising and show that our used model can classify and predict the correct lymphoma subtype with an accuracy of 91.6%.

AIm:To evaluate the impact of mass vaccination against the hepatitis B virus (HBV) in Egypt,and to search for vaccinee asymptomatic breakthrough HBV infection and its ***:Seven hundred serum samples from vaccinated children and adults (aged 2-47 years) were used for quantitative and qualitative detection of HBsAb by *** hundred and sixty serum samples representing undetectable or low or high HBsAb were screened for markers of active HBV infection (HBsAg,HBcAb (IgG) and HBeAb by ELISA,plus HBsAg by AxSYm) and HBV-DNA genotyping by nested multiplex PCR and by DNA ***:It was found that 65% of children aged 2-4 years,and 20.5% aged 4-13 years,as well as 45% adults were good responders to HBV vaccination mounting protective level *** responders were 28%,59.5% and 34%,and non-responders were 7%,20% and 21% respectively,in the three studied *** of asymptomatic HBV infections were HBsAg detected by ELISA in 2.5% vs 11.39% by *** markers were HBcAb (IgG) in 1.38%,HBeAb in 0.83%,and HBV-DNA in 7.8%.All had HBV genotype E ***:It is concluded that HBV vaccine is efficient in controlling HBV infection among children and *** vaccine breakthrough infection was by HBV genotype E.A booster dose of vaccine is recommended,probably four years after initial vaccination.

Inorporation of etoposide(ETP)into nanoemulsion(NE)containing polyunsaturated faty adids(PUFAS)may potentially augment its antiproliferation efet on the cancer cll The current study aimed to examine the in vitro antitumor activity of a novel formulation(ETP-BC/EP-NE)produced by combining the anticancer drug(ETP)with NE(BCEP-NE)consisting of the blasck currant seed and organic ewening primrose *** produced formulas were physically charaterized using 2etasizer *** ceytotoxkc efect was testfied at concentrations ranges from 0.0001 to 5μm using *** and ant-invasion efects were evaluated using the assays of mitochondrtal membrane potental,annexin V-FITC double *** fragmentation,and collagen-based cell *** to the zetasizer charaterization,the nano-suspensions of ETP-BC/EP-NE have z-average diameters of 87.63土3.30 nm with an average surface zeta potential of-0.605土0.003 mV.A reduction of 50%in the growth of SK-OV-3 cells was found at a distinetly lower concentration of ETP-BCEP-NE(IlCso=0.04土0.2μm)than that of ETP(ICsu=4.75土0.1μm).Resuts indicated that FTP-BCIEP-NE had a greater apoptotic ffect than FTP on SK-OV-3 cllsl which was attibuted to the larger amount of late apoptotic cells(41.9土1.05%)higher loss of mitochondrial membrane potential,and more intensive fragmented DNA The ETP-BC/EP-NE treatment suppressed the cllular invasion by 55%,whereas EIP impeded the ellular invasion by only 3%,Formulting ETP with PUFAs in NE had ameliorated the efcacy of ETP.

In the present work, we propose to numerically study a combined turbulent wall and offset jet flow(this combination will be denoted WOJ). Several turbulence models were tested in this study: the standard k-w, SST k-w, standard k-ε, RNG, and realizable k-ε model. A parametric study was performed to determine the effect of offset ratio H and the velocity ratio r on the longitudinal and transverse positions of the merge point(mP), the combined point(CP), the upper vortex center(UVC) and the lower vortex center(LVC). Correlations that predict the position of these characteristic points of the WOJ flow as a function of H and r have been provided. Results show that any increase in the velocity ratio causes a displacement of the mP, CP, UVC and LVC further upstream along the longitudinal direction. Concerning the transverse positions, the increase of velocity ratio results in a deviation of the merge point(mP) and the lower vortex center(LVC) toward the strong jet(LWJ) whereas the transverse position of combined point(CP) and the upper vortex center(UVC) is almost independent of the velocity ratio.

This paper presents a smart checkout system designed to mitigate the issues of noise and errors present in the existing barcode and RFID-based systems used at retail stores’checkout *** is achieved by integrating a novel AI algorithm,called Improved Laser Simulator Logic(ILSL)into the RFID *** enhanced RFID system was able to improve the accuracy of item identification,reduce noise interference,and streamline the overall checkout *** potential of the systemfor noise detection and elimination was initially investigated through a simulation study usingmATLAB and ILSL ***,it was deployed in a small-scale environment to validate its real-world *** show that RFID with the proposed new algorithm ILSL and AI basket is capable of accurately detecting the related itemswhile eliminating noise originating fromunrelated objects,achieving an accuracy rate of 88%.

In this paper,a proposed cancellable biometric scheme is based on multiple biometric image identifiers,Arnold’s cat map and double random phase encoding(DRPE)to obtain cancellable biometric *** proposed segmentation scheme that is used to select the region of interest for generating cancelable templates is based on chaos entropy low correlation statistical *** objective of segmentation is to reduce the computational cost and reliability of template *** left and right biometric(iris,fingerprint,palm print and face)are divided into non-overlapping blocks of the same *** define the region of interest(ROI),we select the block with the highest *** shorten the registration process time and achieve a high level of security,we select 25%of the image volume of the biometric *** addition,the low-cost security requirement lies in the use of selective encryption(SE)*** step of selecting the maximum entropy is executed on all biometric *** maximum right and left multi-biometric blocks are arranged in descending order from the entropy perspective and select 50%of each biometric couple and store the single *** obtained matrix is scrambled with a certain number of iterations using Arnold’s Cat map(ACm).The obtained scrambled matrix is encrypted with the DRPE to generate the cancellable biometric templates,which are further *** simulation results display better performance of the suggested cancellable biometric system in noise scenarios using the area under the receiver operating characteristic(AROC).The strength of the suggested technique is examined with correlation,irregular deviation,maximum difference and maximum *** recommended proposed approach shows that the ability to distinguish the authentic and imposter biometrics of user seven in different levels of the noise environment.

The cancellable biometric transformations are designed to be computationally difficult to obtain the original biometric *** paper presents a cancellable multi-biometric identification scheme that includes four stages:biometric data collection and processing,Arnold’s Cat map encryption,decimation process to reduce the size,and finalmerging of the four biometrics in a single generated ***,a 2D matrix of size 128×128 is created based on Arnold’s Cat map(ACm).The purpose of this rearrangement is to break the correlation between pixels to hide the biometric patterns and merge these patterns together for more *** decimation is performed to keep the dimensions of the overall cancellable template similar to those of a single template to avoid data ***,some sort of aliasing occurs due to decimation,contributing to the intended distortion of biometric *** hybrid structure that comprises encryption,decimation,andmerging generates encrypted and distorted cancellable *** simulation results obtained for performance evaluation show that the system is safe,reliable,and feasible as it achieves high security in the presence of noise.
