目的比较七氟醚中流量、低流量及双频指数监测下低流量循环紧闭麻醉,以探讨七氟醚的应用方法。方法 96例ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ级择期全麻手术病人,随机分为三组,A组:中流量循环紧闭麻醉,氧流量1000 ml/min;B组:低流量循环紧闭麻醉,氧流量500 ml/min;C组:双频指数监测下低流量循环紧闭麻醉,氧流量500ml/min。各组均以七氟醚环路内吸入维持麻醉。A、B两组根据临床麻醉体征和手术刺激情况调节七氟醚浓度,C组根据BIS值调节七氟醚浓度。结果 A组、B组和C组呼气末七氟醚维持浓度分别为(1.4±0.2)MAC、(1.1±0.2)MAC和(0.8±0.2)MAC水平;七氟醚总耗量分别为(13.3±1.6)m1/h、(9.6±1.5)ml/h和(7.5±1.8)ml/h,C组七氟醚总耗量最低(P<0.01);苏醒时间分别为(14.3±3.3)min、(10.5±2.8)min和(7.5±2.6)min;意识恢复时间分别为(24.5±6.1)min、(17.4±5.5)min和(12.7±4.8)min,c组苏醒时间和意识恢复时间最快;恶心呕吐发生率分别为14.5％±2.6％、10.1％±2.3％和7.5％±2.1％,c组恶心呕吐发生率最低。结论双频指数监测下七氟醚低流量循环紧闭麻醉具有节约麻醉药,苏醒时间短和恶心呕吐发生率低的优点,是一种良好的麻醉方法。

Cyclophosphamide is a potent cytotoxic agent used in many clinical settings. The main risks of cyclophosphamide therapy include hematological disorders, infertility, hemorrhagic cystitis and malignancies. Gastrointestinal side effects reported to date are often non-specific and not severe. We present the first case of a fatal small bowel enteritis and pan-colitis which appears to be associated with cyclophosphamide. We aim to raise the readers' awareness of this significant adverse event to facilitate clinical suspicion and early recognition in potential future cases.

An improvement to existed methods of microbial spore inactivation is presented in this paper. A treatment chamber was designed to hold elevated temperatures （above 100℃） and pressure in the range of （3 atm）. The innovative thermal assisted pulsed electric fields （PEF-ATS） processing was applied to inactivate Geobacillus sterothermophilus ATCC 10149 spores suspended in simulated milk ultrafiltrate （SMUF） of 50% （wt/wt） concentration. G. stearothermophilus spores are extremely resistant to high temperature and are also proven to be resistant to PEF processing in the range of 35 kv/cm. However, the combination of PEF and high temperature treatment conducted in this work shows significant inactivation of the G. stearothermophilus spores. A processing temperature/time of 115 ℃/3.7 sec with an electric field intensity of 45 kv/cm showed 4.1 Iogmicrobial reductions, which are significantly less than usually obtained in thermal treatment alone.

This article provides an overview of the laboratory-grown diamonds seen at GIA over the last 15 *** that time,the diamond industry has witnessed an exponential increase in the quantity and quality of laboratory-grown diamonds and,therefore,these products’ability to be commercialized on a large *** presents a brief summary of the HPHT and CVD growth processes and then explores some of the major trends observed since GIA began providing synthetic diamond grading reports in *** trends include the shift towards larger and colorless *** also shows a shift towards CVD diamonds dominating the supply of laboratory-grown diamonds submitted for grading reports and that the majority of these have been subjected to post-growth HPHT *** addition,we briefly discuss some methods and strategies used for identification such as the distinguishing gemological characteristics and some recent approaches in advanced ***,we present an array of laboratory-grown diamonds that are currently unusual,however,these may become more common in the future.

Particular conditions in the current process of industrialization in China and its growth pattern of ＂advantageous combination of factors＂ and ＂low cost competition＂ The initiation and progress of China＇s industrialization process has relied on a number of conditions peculiar to China： its latecomer advantage; a superized population; excess rural population under a seriously distorted economic structure, and the backdrop of the economic system＇s change of direction. All these lead to a uniquely advantageous combination of production factors, that is, as a late-comer already possessing a certain industrial basis and in the middle phase of industrialization, its super-sized population provides it with the potential for the largest market in the world; shifting the rural labor force, which forms a relatively high proportion of the population, to activities other than agriculture provides a low-cost labor force; as well as freeing up demand and increasing supply, reform and openingup have enabled China to introduce advanced international production factors and to make use of its own latecomer advantages. China＇ s competitive capacity nowadays can be largely explained by this combination of factors.

Theoretical Calculation of the Low-Lying Electronic States of the Molecule BaS

Complete Active Space Self Consistent Field (CASSCF) with Multireference Configuration Interaction (MRCI) and Rayleigh-Schrodinger Perturbation Theory (RSPT2-RS2) methods have been used to investigate the potential energy curves for the 12 low-lying singlet and triplet electronic states in the representation 2s+1Λ(+/-) of the molecule BaS with Davidson corrections. The harmonic frequency we, the internuclear distance Re, the electronic energy with respect to the ground state Te, the rotational constants Be and the permanent dipole moment have been calculated for these electronic states. The eigenvalues Ev, the rotational constants Bv, the centrifugal distortion constant Dv and the abscissas of the turning points Rmin and Rmax have been investigated using the canonical functions approach. Nine new electronic states have been investigated here for the first time. The comparison between the values of the present work and those available in the literature for several electronic states shows a good agreement.
