Using ground-based telescopes,the multi-color photometric observations of the contact binary EF Boo were obtained in 2020,2023,and *** these with 7-sectors of light curves from TESS data,the variations of the O'Connell effect in continuous time and shapes of light curves over several years were *** sets of typical light curves were analyzed to determine the photometric solutions via the Wilson-Devinney *** the spectroscopic mass ratio of q=0.53,these photometric solutions suggest that EF Boo is a W-type W UMa contact binary with the averaged filling factor of f=22.26%,a small temperature difference,and a cool spot on the primary *** the variations of the O'Connell effect are due to the magnetic activity of this cool spot,the longitudinal location varied from 50.4 to 302.7 over the time interval of 1434 *** on all CCD minimum times from ground-based telescope and TESS data,the O-C curve was also analyzed.A cyclic oscillation（A3=0.00575 days,T3=27.8 yr） superimposed on a secular increase(dP/dt=6.74×10-8day yr-1)was discovered for the first *** successive increase is possibly a result of mass transfer from the less massive star to the more massive *** cyclic oscillations were possibly explained by the light-travel time effect via a third body or the magnetic *** the short cadence observations from TESS,we also calculated the value of the O'Connell effect and O-C value for each cycle and found no correlation between the O'Connell effect and O-C over nearly 30 days across different sectors.

绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)作为高压大功率能量转换系统的核心器件,已广泛应用于新能源发电、高速铁路、航空航天等领域,由于工作环境和运行工况的复杂多变,IGBT模块极易因键合线剥离和焊料层脱落等疲劳老化而失效,造成系统停机,开展IGBT模块健康状态的在线监测是提升功率器件可靠性、实现能量转换系统安全高效运行的重要保障。该文提出一种基于空间多点位温度IGBT器件参数逆推的健康状态在线监测方法,实现IGBT键合线和焊料层热疲劳损伤的在线监测和诊断,避免IGBT模块因热损伤累积超过安全阈值而突发失效,提升能量转换系统的可靠性。首先,考虑焊料层老化对模块内部热流路径的影响而引起基板空间多点位温度分布的改变,建立基于基板多点位温度差异度(T_(P))的焊料层疲劳老化在线监测模型,通过离线加速老化测试方法建立▽T_(P)和芯片至基板热阻抗(Z_(JC))的数据库,在应用中通过▽T_(P)调用(Z_(JC))实现焊料层健康状态的在线诊断;其次,建立IGBT混合老化模式下器件通态功率损耗的计算模型,提出基于通态损耗的集-射通态电压(V_(ce-on))的逆向计算方法,基于更新的Z_(JC)值计算芯片结温(T_(J)),将集电极电流I_(C)和T_(J)输入健康IGBT模块的I_(C)-T_(J)-V_(ce-on)数据库中调用当前结温下的V_(ce-on,data),消除焊料层老化引起的结温上升对V_(ce-on)的影响,基于V_(ce-on)和V_(ce-on,data)的偏差对键合线老化状态做出诊断。仿真和实验结果表明所提方法的有效性,在实验环境下诊断误差约为3%。

随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革深入发展,智能制造装备已成为推动工业高质量发展的重要力量,研究其生产供应关系对于优化新质生产力布局具有重要意义。基于2010—2023年中国智能制造装备产业核心企业—供应商数据,论文采用帕累托分析、k-核分析等方法,从生产供应联系、生产供应网络、生产供应组团三大维度探究中国智能制造装备产业生产供应关系的空间演化特征。结果显示:①企业联系数量和强度递增,700~1800 km是全国尺度上智能制造装备企业生产供应联系的普遍距离。城际生产供应联系格局由双核心放射形、三角形演变为弓箭形,城际生产供应联系的优势流存在相似与差异。企业间强生产供应联系逐渐从市内转向城际,外向性城市的数量快速增长。②10余年间中国智能制造装备产业城际生产供应网络的结构日益紧密和复杂。2015年后基于城际生产供应网络的城市等级体系由“金字塔”迈向扁平化。③中国智能制造装备生产供应组团的数量由21个增至29个。长三角生产供应组团始终保持领先,珠三角、京津冀和山东半岛生产供应组团稳步发展,长江中游和成渝地区生产供应组团地位显著提升。组团内部的节点关联格局可分为单中心、一核多副、两核多副、多中心和低水平均衡5种,10余年间各生产供应组团内的节点关联格局产生时空异质分化。

To study the accumulation characteristics and bioavailability of Cd in the soil-crop system in the migration type geologically high background area，140 groups of crops and soil samples were collected from the Jiulong area on the south bank of Poyang Lake. The results showed that the range of ω （Cd） of root soil was 0.03-0.65 mg·kg-1，with an average of 0.16 mg·kg-1，which exceeded the background value of soil in Jiangxi Province，reflecting the characteristics of high geological background of migration type. The over-standard rate of Cd in root soil was 6.43%，which was slightly polluted. Sesame had the strongest enrichment ability of Cd （404%），followed by that of peanut （146%）. The enrichment ability of rice，Camellia oleifera，and Euryale seed was medium，while that of corn was weak. The root soil ω （active Cd） was 76.8 μg·kg-1，and the bioavailability was 48.9%，among which rice was the highest with 98.6 μg·kg-1 and 59.9%，respectively. Principal component analysis （PCA） showed that root soil Cd was mainly caused by the transport and accumulation of industrial and mineral pollutants in the upstream，reflecting the characteristics of the high geological background of the transport type. Correlation showed that the active and bioavailable Cd of root soil were mainly controlled by genetic sources，indicating that the activity of exogenously imported Cd was higher，and the ecological risk was higher. © 2025 Science Press.
