Alkali-activated materials/geopolymer(AAMs),due to their low carb.n emission content,have b.en the focus of recent studies on ecological *** terms of performance,fly ash and slag are preferredmaterials for precursors for developing a one-part ***,determining the optimum content of the input parameters to ob.ain adequate performance is quite challenging and scarcely ***,in this study,machine learning methods such as artificial neural networks(ANN)and gene expression programming(GEP)models were developed usingMATLAb.and GeneXprotools,respectively,for the prediction of compressive strength under variab.e input materials and content for fly ash and slag-b.sed one-part *** datab.se for this study contains 171 points extracted from literature with input parameters:fly ash concentration,slag content,calcium hydroxide content,sodium oxide dose,water b.nder ratio,and curing *** performance of the two models was evaluated under various statistical indices,namely correlation coefficient(R),mean ab.olute error(MAE),and rootmean square error(RMSE).In terms of the strength prediction efficacy of a one-part geopolymer,ANN outperformed *** and parametric analysis were also performed to identify the significant contrib.tor to *** to a sensitivity analysis,the activator and slag contents had the most effects on the compressive strength at 28 *** water b.nder ratio was shown to b. directly connected to activator percentage,slag percentage,and calcium hydroxide percentage and inversely related to compressive strength at 28 days and curing temperature.

Ob.ective:To determine the genetic diversity,natural selection and mutations in Plasmodium(P.)knowlesi drug resistant molecular markers Kelch 13 and dhps gene in clinical samples of ***:*** full-length gene sequences Kelch 13 gene(PkK13)from 40 samples and dhps gene from 30 samples originating from Malaysian b.rneo were retrieved from pub.ic *** diversity,natural selection,and phylogenetic analysis of gene sequences were analysed using DNAsp v5.10 and MEGA ***:Seventy-two single nucleotide polymorphic sites(SNPs)across the full-length PkK13 gene(63 synonymous sub.titutions and 9 non-synonymous sub.titutions)with nucleotide diversity ofπ~0.005 was *** of the full-length Pkdhps gene revealed 73 SNPs andπ~0.006(44 synonymous sub.titutions and 29 non-synonymous sub.titutions).A high numb.r of haplotypes(PkK13;H=37 and Pkdhps;H=29)with haplotype diversity of Hd~0.99 were found in b.th genes,indicating population *** mutant alleles were identified in PkK13 amino acid alignment of which,7(Asp3Glu,Lys50Gln,Lys53Glu,Ser123Thr,Ser127Pro,Ser149Thr and Ala169Thr)were within the Plasmodium specific domain,2(Val372Ile and Lys424Asn)were in the b.b.POZ domain and no mutation was ob.erved within the kelch propeller *** 29 non-synonymous mutations in the Pkdhps gene were novel and only presented in exon 1 and ***:Monitoring the mutations from clinical samples collected from all states of Malaysia along with clinical efficacy studies will b. necessary to determine the drug resistance in ***.

b.ometric recognition refers to the identification of individuals through their unique b.havioral features(e.g.,fingerprint,face,and iris).We need distinguishing characteristics to identify people,such as fingerprints,which are world-renowned as the most reliab.emethod to identify *** recognition of fingerprints has b.come a standard procedure in forensics,and different techniques are availab.e for this *** current techniques lack interest in image enhancement and rely on high-dimensional features to generate classification ***,we proposed an effective fingerprint classification method for classifying the fingerprint image as authentic or altered since criminals and hackers routinely change their fingerprints to generate fake *** order to improve fingerprint classification accuracy,our proposed method used the most effective texture features and *** Analysis(DCA)and Gaussian Discriminant Analysis(GDA)are employed as classifiers,along with Histogram of Oriented Gradient(HOG)and Segmentation-b.sed Feature Texture Analysis(SFTA)feature vectors as *** performance of the classifiers is determined b. assessing a range of feature sets,and the most accurate results are *** proposed method is tested using a Sokoto Coventry Fingerprint Dataset(SOCOFing).The SOCOFing project includes 6,000 fingerprint images collected from 600 African people whose fingerprints were taken ten *** distinct degrees of ob.iteration,central rotation,and z-cut have b.en performed to ob.ain synthetically altered replicas of the genuine *** proposal achieved massive success with a classification accuracy reaching 99%.The experimental results indicate that the proposed method for fingerprint classification is feasib.e and *** experiments also showed that the proposed SFTA-b.sed GDA method outperformed state-of-art approaches in feature dimension and classification accuracy.

简介:本研究旨在通过将腭皱区域配准、叠加和评估获得的上颌磨牙远中移动实际临床结果与Clincheck程序中预期的磨牙远移情况进行比较来评估Invisalign矫治效率。了解Invisalign的矫治能力与效率,可有助于临床医生预估变化并采取有针对性的措施,从而减少矫治过程中重启或矫治后再治疗的几率。方法:研究样本包括38名需要上颌磨牙远中移动的成年患者,平均年龄为25.4岁,均满足Invisalign的治疗条件。在治疗前和上颌第一、第二磨牙远移后,分别均使用i Tero口内扫描仪采集数字模型。之后使用腭皱区域将两个数字模型叠加以进行配准。将Clincheck中预测的牙齿移动情况与配准测量后获得的临床真实值进行对比。本实验中共测量了142颗上颌磨牙(71颗第一磨牙和71颗第二磨牙)的远中移动情况,并评估了228颗上前牙的支抗丢失情况。结果:Invisalign矫治中的上磨牙远中移动的总体效率为73.8%,当平均远中移动距离为2.6mm时,上颌第一磨牙的远中移动效率(75.5%)略高于上颌第二磨牙(72.2%)。上颌第一磨牙(P<0.0001)和上颌第二磨牙(P<0.0001)的预期远中移动量与实际值有显著差异。上颌第一磨牙(P=0.552)和上颌第二磨牙(P=0.941)是否使用附件不影响上颌磨牙远中移动效率。此外,磨牙远中移动量分别与中切牙支抗丢失量(r=0.3900,P<0.008)和侧切牙支抗丢失量(r=0.3595,P<0.013)之间存在统计学显著相关性。结论:Invisalign矫治器在上颌磨牙需远中移动的成年病例中具有良好的治疗效果。治疗过程中设计上颌磨牙远中移动,并且患者同时表现较大的覆盖时,正畸医生应该注意到前牙支抗丢失的情况,从而更早地进行过矫正设计或辅助工具提高矫治效率。

气田管道在所有生产阶段的气运输中发挥着关键作用。管道的完整性对于确保安全运行、避免环境污染以及适合主要生产资产的用途非常重要。气田管道的完整性受到内外腐蚀的严重威胁。本项目研究的目的是根据所有气田10条干线、90条支线、1条1A-2A联络线以及26座保护站的现场普查基础,进行全面、科学的分析,对现有集输管线的阴极保护效果进行评价,计算出各个阴极保护站的保护范围,在总结经验基础上,找出局部可能存在问题的管线以及保护不足的管线,并提出科学合理的解决方案,为气田阴极保护系统现状的认识、优化调整、保护水平的进一步提高提供可靠的理论依据。通过对影响管道阴极保护效果因素的分析,输管线的实际情况,如下现状可知(1)三种管道外涂层都具有优良的物理、化学性能以及优良的机械和耐腐蚀性能,且外涂层的缺陷程度较低。(2)气田集输管线周围土壤的电阻率都较大,因此土壤对管线本身的腐蚀较弱。(3)对P部分管线杂散电流的测试可知,集输管线周围确实存在杂散电流的影响通过对气田在役26座阴极保护站的现状分析可知:(1)目前在役的阴极保护站布局是合理的,除过缺少数据的管线,91.5%的支线都得到了良好的保护,干线的保护率达到了100%。(2)在管道支线中,末点电位低于850m V,从运行情况和长远发展的角度考虑,应对这些管道采取保护措施。(3)通过气田10干线的末点电位检测结果表明,其数据均大于850mv,表明管道均得到了良好保护。但在有一些管道保护长度上却存在实际长度超过了理论有效保护长度。本研究选择了COMSOL Multiphysics 5.6软件,基于有限元法的思想,并采用COMSOL软件平台,对长输管线的阴极保护进行有限元分析。根据所有支线的管径等特点,对其中8类管线进行有限元模拟,并计算得到相应测试桩的电位值,与实际的测量值进行比较,测量值和计算值的相对误差都小于10%,说明此模型是可靠的。据根模拟结果可知,此模型结果符合采集输管线的电位分布现状。根据气田所有干线的管径等特点,对所有干线进行有限元模拟,并计算得到相应测试桩的电位值,与实际的测量值进行比较,干线的测量值和计算值的相对误差基本都小于10%,说明此模型是可靠的。

Multi-pattern matching with wildcards is a prob.em of finding the occurrence of all patterns in a pattern set {p^1,… ,p^k} in a given text t. If the percentage of wildcards in pattern set is not high, this prob.em can b. solved using finite automata. We introduce a multi-pattern matching algorithm with a fixed numb.r of wildcards to overcome the high percentage of the occurrence of wildcards in patterns. In our proposed method, patterns are matched as b.t patterns using a sliding window approach. The window is a b.t window that slides along the given text, matching against stored b.t patterns. Matching process is executed using b.t wise operations. The experimental results demonstrate that the percentage of wildcard occurrence does not affect the proposed algorithm＇s performance and the proposed algorithm is more efficient than the algorithms b.sed on the fast Fourier transform. The proposed algorithm is simple to implement and runs efficiently in O（n ＋ d（n/σ ）（m/w）） time, where n is text length, d is symb.l distrib.tion over k patterns, m is pattern length, and σ is alphab.t size.
