Structural characterization and anti-inflammatory activities of novel polysaccharides obtained from Pleurotus eryngii

Natural polysaccharides named PEP-0.1-1,PEP-0-1 and PEP-0-2 from edible mushroom species Pleurotus eryngii were obtained in the present *** showed that molecular weights of these polysaccharides were 3235,2041 and 23933 Da,***,structural characterization revealed that PEP-0.1-1 had a→4-α-D-Glcp-1→backbone and contained→4)-α-D-Glcp and→4)-β-D-Glcp reducing end ***-0-1 backbone contained→4-α-D-Glcp-1→and→6-α-3-O-Me-D-Galp-1→,and the side chains containedα-D-Glcp,β-D-manp-1→andα-D-Glcp-3→.However,PEP-0-2 backbone consisted of→4-α-DGlcp-1→and→6-α-3-O-Me-D-Galp-(1→6)-α-D-Galp-1→while the side chains containedα-D-Glcp andβ-D-manp-1→.Biological activity analysis was then carried out and found that all these polysaccharides could significantly suppress the relative mRNA expression of toll-like receptor 4,nitric oxide(NO),tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin(IL)-1βand IL-6 in lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced inflammation of RAW264.7 cells,as well as the over secretion of the above cell ***,Western blotting analysis revealed that all these purified fractions displayed significant inhibition effects on the expression of c-Jun N-terminal kinases protein induced by LPS in mitogen activated protein kinase pathway,along with the relieving on the inhibition effect of LPS on IκB-αprotein *** summary,the information generated by the present study could provide a theoretical basis for the exploration of novel healthy food materials from edible mushroom with antiinflammation activities.

目的探究神经肌肉电刺激联合阶梯康复训练在股骨转子间骨折术后患者中的应用效果。方法将郑州市第三人民医院2021年5月至2024年1月收治的股骨转子间骨折手术患者106例作为研究对象。根据不同康复干预方式分为观察组51例(接受神经肌肉电刺激联合阶梯康复训练干预)，对照组55例(接受阶梯康复训练干预)，均干预3个月。比较两组患者恢复情况及干预前后的髋关节功能、生活质量。结果对照组患者离床时间、部分负重时间、完全负重时间以及骨折愈合时间分别为(3.49±0.92)d、(15.08±4.90)d、(51.28±15.33)d、(12.87±3.11)周，观察组患者离床时间、部分负重时间、完全负重时间以及骨折愈合时间分别为(2.85±0.76)d、(13.14±3.44)d、(44.19±10.26)d、(11.03±2.65)周，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)，干预后，观察组HHS量表评分以及EQ-5D量表各维度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经肌肉电刺激联合阶梯康复训练能够促进股骨转子间骨折手术患者术后恢复，有利于改善患者髋关节功能，提高患者生活质量。

Comprehensive Utilization of Paigeite Ore Using Iron Nugget making Process

The feasibility of paigeite ore treatment with iron nugget making process is proved. The isothermal reduc- tion experiments at laboratory scale were carried out, using carbon bearing pellets which were made of boron contai- ning iron concentrate and pulverized coal mainly, from 1 623 to 1 723 K with different heating time. The results indi- cated that iron nugget making process depends mainly on heating time and temperature. And the iron nugget and slag can separate in a clean manner at 1 673 K for 15 min. For the iron nugget, the C content is 3.57% （mass percent） and B is 0. 065~ （mass percent）. The B203 content of slag is 20.01~/00, and the boron was concentrated into one phase which is identified as suanite （Mg2BaOs） during the solidification. With an extraction ratio of 80~ under the atmospheric conditions, the activity of boron in slag is good. The boron-rich slag can be used to extract boric or boric acid and alleviate the shortage of boron resource. Through series of calculation and analysis related, it can be conclu- ded that the recovery ratio of Fe and boron are about 98% and 97% respectively. The results show that this method is feasible and effective on the utilization of paigeite ore.

The two-dimensional(2D)Janus monolayers are promising in spintronic device application due to their enhanced magnetic couplings and Curie *** der Waals CrCl_(3) monolayer has been experimentally proved to have an in-plane magnetic easy axis and a low Curie temperature of 17 K,which will limit its application in spintronic *** this work,we propose a new Janus monolayer Cr_(2)Cl_(3)S_(3) based on the first principles *** phonon dispersion and elastic constants confirm that Janus monolayer Cr_(2)Cl_(3)S_(3) is dynamically and mechanically *** Monte Carlo simulation results based on magnetic exchange constants reveal that Janus monolayer Cr_(2)Cl_(3)S_(3) is an intrinsic ferromagnetic semiconductor with TC of 180 K,which is much higher than that of CrCl_(3) due to the enhanced ferromagnetic coupling caused by S ***,the magnetic easy axis of Janus Cr_(2)Cl_(3)S_(3) can be tuned to the perpendicular direction with a large magnetic anisotropy energy(maE)of 142eV/***,the effect of biaxial strain on the magnetic property of Janus monolayer Cr_(2)Cl_(3)S_(3) is *** is found that the Curie temperature is more robust under tensile *** work indicates that the Janus monolayer Cr_(2)Cl_(3)S_(3) presents increased Curie temperature and out-of-plane magnetic easy axis,suggesting greater application potential in 2D spintronic devices.

辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology,ART)妊娠结局受多种因素影响,而传统基于临床经验的评估方式存在主观性和不准确性,临床预测模型(clinical prediction model,CPM)通过综合分析多模态变量因子可提高评估的准确性和治疗安全性,有助于实现精准医疗。目前,基于多样化算法构建了多种预测妊娠结局的CPM,不仅包括传统的逻辑回归算法,还扩展到新型的非线性机器学习算法,如随机森林、神经网络和深度学习算法。最新临床研究进展表明,基于多样化算法构建的CPM在ART领域预测妊娠结局方面展现出较高的准确性和实际应用潜力。进一步研究可以通过收集更多样化和具有代表性的临床数据、优化模型算法、开展多中心合作、提升CPM的泛化能力,构建更准确可靠的CPM。

Improved interfacial adhesion for stable flexible inverted perovskite solar cells

Flexible perovskite solar cells have attracted widespread attention due to their unique advantages in lightweight,high flexibility,and easy deformation,which are suitable for portable ***,the inverted(p-i-n)structured devices suffer from poor stability largely due to the low adhesion at the brittle interface(the hole transport layer/perovskite).Herein,zeolitic imidazolate framework-67(ZIF-67)is applied to inverted structured cells to optimize the interface and prolong the device *** a result,the flexible devices based on ZIF-67 obtain the champion power conversion efficiency of 20.16%.Over 1000 h under continuous light irradiation,the device retains 96%and 80%of its original efficiency without and with bias,***,devices show mechanical endurance with over 78%efficiency retention after 10,000 cycles of consecutive bending cycles(R=6 mm).The introduction of ZIF-67 suppresses the cracking in device bending,which results in improved environmental stability and bending durability.

在风力发电场的合理选址以及风力发电机组的结构设计阶段,能量谱与功率谱模型对于风力发电机组的系统方案有着直接的影响,特别是在具体结构设计阶段选取恰当的功率谱模型是至关重要的,但目前对具体模型的选择依据尚不明确。针对能量谱与功率谱两种重要的风速数据分析模型,以国内五处地区代表性风场的全年风速测试数据为基础,进行了能量谱与功率谱的分析,从分析结果中得出了如下两个结论:①我国东南沿海地区风场的风力资源最为丰富,其有效风能密度区(200~400 W/m^2)持续时间最长;北部地区风场的风力资源也较为丰富,且在高风能密度区(>500 W/m^2)具有一定优势;对于主要风力资源集中在低风能密度区(mann功率谱模型表现出与各风场实测数据良好的一致性,应该在进行结构设计时作为主要备选。
