In an experiment performed on the Shenguang-III prototype laser facility, collective Thomson scattering (TS) is used to study the spatialgrowth of stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) in a gas-filled hohlraum by detecting the SBS-driven ion acoustic wave. High-quality timeresolved SBS and TS spectra are obtained simultaneously in the experiment, and these are analyzed by a steady-state code based on theray-tracing model. The analysis indicates that ion–ion collisions may play an important role in suppressing SBS growth in the Au plasma;as aresult, the SBS excited in the filled gas region is dominant. In the early phase of the laser pulse, SBS originates primarily from the high-densityplasma at the edges of the interaction beam channel, which is piled up by the heating of the interaction beam. Throughout the duration of thelaser pulse, the presence of the TS probe beam might mitigate SBS by perturbing the density distribution around the region overlapping withthe interaction beam.

通过建立公交运行效率评价模型,确定轨道交通沿线待优化线路,为两网融合奠定理论基础。首先通过定性定量法筛选出与轨道交通关联度大且有研究意义公交线路,其次以公交线网自身合理性、两网之间协同关系等数据构建评价体系,最后采用帕累托最优交叉效率模型,求解沿线公交线路运行效率。以南昌市1号线为例,筛选出沿线25条公交线路并进行实证分析。结果表明:帕累托最优交叉效率模型的评分更容易被所有的决策单元(decision-making units,DUMs)接受;数据分析得出南昌公交线网自身合理性较好,但在两网协同关系方面,可优化线路走向、调整线路重复系数等加强其协同性。最后基于两者的帕累托交叉效率均值,将25条公交线路划分为4种案例,为公共交通系统的管理者和决策者提供了更实用和有价值的观点。

为准确掌握土质滑坡的稳定性情况,文中以其勘查成果为基础,通过传递系数法和圆弧滑动法开展滑坡稳定性现状的综合评价,利用变形预测分析滑坡稳定性的发展趋势。结果表明,经传递系数法和圆弧滑动法联合分析得出,在暴雨工况条件下,滑坡具欠稳定状态,失稳风险较大,现状条件下,滑坡存在失稳可能;同时,经滑坡变形预测,S1—S3在后期的增加速率均值依次为1.07、1.51、1.17 mm/期,表现出较大的增加趋势,说明滑坡稳定性后续趋于不利。

为确保基坑竖井的施工安全，文中结合竖井勘察成果，在开展其支护设计的基础上，进一步结合现场变形监测成果，通过变形预测评价其支护效果。结果表明，基坑竖井的变形控制要求较高，将其支护方案设计为“钢格栅+钢筋网片+喷射混凝土+阻水注浆”;同时，经变形预测，得到基坑竖井后期变形增加速率较小，变形趋于稳定，且预测值均小于变形控制值，说明基坑竖井的支护设计合理有效，为类似工程积累了经验。

黄连汤出自张仲景的《伤寒论》,由黄连、炙甘草、干姜、桂枝、人参、半夏、大枣组成。在中医临床中广泛用于胸中有热,胃中有寒引起的胸中烦热,欲呕吐,腹中疼痛。综述了黄连汤组成中药的化学成分,并采用硅胶、聚酰胺柱层析及重结晶方法对黄连汤的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据分析鉴定得到9个化合物,分别是:槲皮素(quercetin,1)、芦丁(rutin,2)、胡萝卜甙(daucosterol,3)、齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,4)、甘草次酸(glycyrrhetinic acid,5)、小檗碱(berberine,6)、大黄酚(chrysophanol,7)、氧化小檗碱(oxyberberine,8)、5-羟甲基糠醛(5-hydroxymethylfurfural,9)。以上化合物均为首次从该复方中分离得到。

As blockchain technology is widely employed in all walks of life, the architecture of blockchain systems becomes increasingly more complex, which raises the number of security issues. At present, traditional vulnerability detection methods such as fuzz testing and symbol execution are adopted in blockchain systems, but these techniques cannot detect unknown vulnerabilities effectively. To improve the security of blockchain systems, this study proposes a vulnerability detection model for blockchain systems (VDMBS) based on the formal method. This model integrates multiple security factors including system migration state, security property and trust relationship among nodes, and provides a vulnerability model building method based on business process execution language (BPEL). Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed vulnerability detection model is verified on a blockchain-based e-voting election system by NuSMV, and the experimental results show that compared with five existing formal testing tools, the proposed VDMBS model can detect more blockchain system logic vulnerabilities and smart contract vulnerabilities. © 2024 Chinese Academy of Sciences. A new drug delivery system was developed using the interaction of nutrient broth treated multi-walled carbon nanotubes(NBT-MWCNTs) and cefotaxime sodium(CTX) as a *** factors of the drug delivery system include dispersion effect,biocompatibility of NBT-MWCNTs,pharmacodynamic effect and delivery efficiency in *** was found that MWCNTs can be well dispersed in the nutrient broth and stable at least for one week at 4 °*** formed NBT-MWCNTs suspension scarcely exhibits toxicity to *** at concentrations lower than 10.24 μg/mL,but displays enhanced pharmacodynamic effect of CTX via its bridge effect and targeted *** with general acid treated MWCNTs(AT-MWCNTs),our present NBT-MWCNTs show good biocompatibility,enhanced pharmacodynamic effect,and high delivery efficiency.

Surrounding rocks of underground engineering are subjected to long-term seepage pressure,which can deteriorate the mechanical properties and cause serious *** order to understand the impact of seepage pressure on the mechanical property of sandstone,uniaxial compression tests,P-wave velocity measurements,and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)tests were conducted on saturated sandstone samples with varied seepage pressures(i.e.0 MPa,3 MPa,4 MPa,5 MPa,6 MPa,7 MPa).The results demonstrate that the mechanical parameters(uniaxial compressive strength,peak strain,elastic modulus,and brittleness index),total energy,elastic strain energy,as well as elastic strain energy ratio,decrease with increasing seepage pressure,while the dissipation energy and dissipation energy ratio ***,as seepage pressure increases,the micro-pores gradually transform into meso-pores and *** increases the cumulative porosity of sandstone and decreases P-wave *** numerical results indicate that as seepage pressure rises,the number of tensile cracks increases progressively,the angle range of microcracks is basically from 50-120to 80-100,and as a result,the failure mode transforms to the tensile-shear mixed failure ***,the effects of seepage pressure on mechanical properties were *** results show that decrease in the effective stress and cohesion under the action of seepage pressure could lead to deterioration of strength behaviors of sandstone.

Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)is a malignant epithelial tumor,characterized by squamous cell differentiation,it is the sixth leading cause of cancer-related deaths *** increased mortality rate of ESCC patients is predominantly due to the advanced stage of the disease when discovered,coupled with higher risk of metastasis,which is an exceedingly malignant charac-teristic of cancer,frequently leading to a high mortality ***,there is currently no specific and effective marker to predict and treat metastasis in ***(miRNAs)are a class of small non-coding RNA molecules,approximately 22 nucleotides in *** are vital in modulating gene expression and serve pivotal regulatory roles in the occurrence,progression,and prognosis of ***,we have examined the literature to highlight the intimate correlations between miRNAs and ESCC metastasis,and show that ESCC metastasis is predominantly regulated or regulated by genetic and epigenetic *** review proposes a potential role for miRNAs as diagnostic and therapeutic biomarkers for metastasis in ESCC metastasis,with the ultimate aim of reducing the mortality rate among patients with ESCC.
