The Effects of Fetal Movement Counting on Mental Health of Mother in Third Trimester A Randomized Controlled Trial

Anxiety is one of the psychological problems in pregnant women that sometimes takes the form of pathological and affects the mental health of mother. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of fetal movement counting on mental health of mother. In a randomized-controlled trial, 208 nulliparous women were randomly divided into two groups. At 28th weeks, both groups completed the GHQ-28. Then the intervention group started to count fetal movements from 28th to 37th weeks of gestation and the control group received routine prenatal care. Again, both groups completed the questionnaire at 37 weeks＇ gestation and the results were compared. Analysis was performed by SPSS and a P value 〈 0.05 was considered significant. The mean scores of mental health of mothers in 28th and 37th of pregnancy was respectively 23.52 ± 10.23 and 21.09 ± 10.12 in the intervention group and the difference was significant （P = 0.025）. The mean in the control group was 23.69 ± 9.43 and 23.88± 8.60 respectively, and the difference was not significant （P = 0.52）. In comparing the mean scores between the two groups, it was found that the difference was not significant at 28th weeks of gestation （P = 0.37）, but it was significant in 37th week （P = 0.002） and the counting of fetal movements could improve the mental health of mothers compared to control group. The women who had fetal movements counting at weeks 28 to 37 Of gestation reported better mental health than the control group. The mother renorted concerns about decreased fetal movement was similar in the two grouns.

Symptomatic neuromas are an all-too-common complication following limb amputation or extremity trauma,leading to chronic and debilitating pain for *** resection of symptomatic neuromas has proven to be the superior method of intervention,but traditional methods of neuroma resection do not address the underlying pathophysiology leading to the formation of a future symptomatic neuroma and lead to high reoperation *** approaches employ the physiology of peripheral nerve injury to harness the regeneration of nerves to their *** review explores the underlying pathophysiology of neuroma formation and centralization of pain *** compares the traditional surgical approach for symptomatic neuroma resection and describes three novel surgical strategies that harness this pathophysiology of neuroma formation to their *** traditional resection of symptomatic neuromas is currently the standard of care for amputation patients,but new techniques including the regenerative peripheral nerve interface,targeted muscle reinnervation,and intraosseous transposition have shown promise in improving patient pain outcomes for postamputation pain and residual limb *** neuromas are a chronic and debilitating complication following amputation procedures and trauma,and the current standard of care does not address the underlying pathophysiology leading to the formation of the *** techniques are under development that may provide improved patient pain outcomes and a higher level of care for symptomatic neuroma resection.

The soybean root system is *** addition to being composed of various cell types,the soybean root system includes the primary root,the lateral roots,and the nodule,an organ in which mutualistic symbiosis with N-fixing rhizobia occurs.A mature soybean root nodule is characterized by a central infection zone where atmospheric nitrogen is fixed and assimilated by the symbiont,resulting from the close cooperation between the plant cell and the *** date,the transcriptome of individual cells isolated from developing soybean nodules has been established,but the transcriptomic signatures of cells from the mature soybean nodule have not yet been *** single-nucleus RNA-seq and Molecular Cartography technologies,we precisely characterized the transcriptomic signature of soybean root and mature nodule cell types and revealed the co-existence of different sub-populations of ***-infected cells in the mature soybean nodule,including those actively involved in nitrogen fixation and those engaged in *** of the single-cell-resolution nodule transcriptome atlas and the associated gene co-expression network confirmed the role of known nodulation-related genes and identified new genes that control the nodulation *** instance,we functionally characterized the role of GmFWL3,a plasma membrane microdomain-associated protein that controls rhizobial *** study reveals the unique cellular complexity of the mature soybean nodule and helps redefine the concept of cell types when considering the infection zone of the soybean nodule.

Embodiment describes the sense of one’s own body,encompassing dimensions of being,having,and using a *** breast reconstruction,embodiment can be understood as how effectively the reconstructed breast replaces the patient’s missing *** there has been increasing attention in recent decades on understanding and measuring embodiment in the prosthetic limb,there is limited literature applying embodiment to the context of breast *** posit that the literature on prosthetic embodiment can be applied to evolving discussions on breast reconstruction outcomes and patient *** breast reconstruction techniques continue to evolve,such as advances in nerve coaptation and reinnervation of the breasts,the concept of embodiment may help broaden the scope of how patient outcomes can be more holistically *** systematic review examines existing literature on embodiment after breast reconstruction,summarizes embodiment and its subcomponents,and discusses how embodiment can be a helpful framework for the future of breast reconstruction outcome measures.
