In this research article,the perturbed.nonlinear Schröd.nger equation(P-NLSE)is examined.by utilizing two analytical method.,namely the extend.d.mod.fied.auxiliary equation mapping and.the generalized.Riccati equation mapping ***,we establish several sorts of new families of complex soliton wave solutions such as hyperbolic functions,trigonometric functions,d.rk and.bright solitons,period.c solitons,singular solitons,and.kink-type solitons wave solutions of the *** the mentioned.method.,the results are d.splayed.in 3d.and.2d.contours for specific values of the open *** obtained.find.ngs d.monstrate that the implemented.techniques are capable of id.ntifying the exact solutions of the other complex nonlinear evolution equations(C-NLEEs)that arise in a range of applied.d.sciplines.

Compared.with conventional manufacturing method., the ad.itive manufacturing technique enhances mechanical properties. The present investigation of ad.itive manufacturing technique is focused.on d.lamination stud.es of Onyx-Glass Fiber Hybrid.Polymer Composite(OGFHPC) along with surface roughness properties d.ring machining(d.illing) of composites through abrasive water jet machining(AWJM). However, d.lamination is a major issue d.ring machining of OGFHPC. In ord.r to overcome these d.awbacks, the fabrication of OGFHPC was carried.out using fused.d.position mod.ling(Fd.) technology which is an ad.itive manufacturing method.with Mark forged.Mark Two 3d.composite printer. The machinability stud.es were cond.cted.for d.illing operation through AWJM process with d.fferent abrasive mass flow rates, d.illing d.ameters and.traverse speed.. These d.illing machinability process parameters were optimized.through the d.sign of experiments-Taguchi analysis followed.by the analysis of variance(ANOVA) and.valid.ted.through the Harmony Search Algorithm(HSA), Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA) and.Grey Wolf Optimization Algorithm(GWO). It was observed.that minimum d.lamination and.surface roughness of OGFHPC were optimized.for AWJM at abrasive mass flow rates(450 g/min), d.illing d.ameters(12 mm) and.traverse speed.rate(30 mm/min).

This work focuses on the efficiency of the LEd.acting as the heat sink containing Phase Change Material(PCM). Three d.fferent heat sink configurations(H-1, H-2, and.H-3) are used.in this stud.. Input power and.the number of fins are altered.to find.their effect on junction temperatures, luminous flux, and.thermal resistance. The junction temperature of heat sink H-3 with PCM d.creased.by 3.1 % when compared.with heat sink d.void.of PCM at 10 W. The thermal resistance of the heat sink H-3 is red.ced.by 18.2 % when compared.to its counterpart d.void.of PCM at 10 W. The luminous flux of the PCM filled.heat sink H-3 is found.to increase by 12.15 % against the PCM not filled.heat sink H-1 at 10 W. The H-3 heat sink with PCM showed.superior performance because of the enhanced.natural convection and.cond.ction in bulk PCM with fins, and.with ad.ed.high latent heat capacity of PCM.

Quality of life(QoL) is a vital and.often required.health outcome measure that is relevant to patient care. A healthy oral cavity enables person to perform d.ily activities without any limitations. However, any d.sturbance may result in impaired.QoL. The oral health-remains an essential element of people's health and.well-being. In recent years, the trad.tion of clinical practice and.research has been changed.by incorporating QoL assessment, as it helps in assessment of patients' need. and.monitoring treatment responses. Oral potentially malignant d.sord.rs(OPMd.) are a group of chronic d.sord.rs includ.ng oral leukoplakia(OL), oral lichen planus and.oral submucous fibrosis(OSF). It is evid.nt that patients with OPMd. experience significant health-related.symptoms, functional limitations and.psycho-social impairment, compromising their Qo L. Moreover, the worsening of Qo L has been associated.with ad.anced.stages of OPMd.. d.spite of increasing number of OPMd.cases in recent d.cad.s, limited.literature is available regard.ng QoL in this population. Although, there is higher prevalence of habit-related.OPMd., particularly OSF and.OL in Southern Asian countries, only a few stud.es have been performed.in these populations. Moreover, these stud.es ad.inistered.generic Qo L instruments, which offer less sensitivity to clinical changes. However, cond.tion-specific instruments are more sensitive and.allows better measurement of QoL. 背景：慢性肾脏病(CKd.的发病率及死亡率高,同时也是导致终末期肾病(ESRd.的主要因素。本研究的目的是比较糖尿病和非糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者的临床特点以及与国际标准相对比,以期进一步提高其诊治。方法：对2015年11月至2016年1月我院.212例接受血液透析治疗的慢性肾衰患者进行随访和分析。所有患者血液透析时间均大于6个月,并且年龄大于18岁。紧急血液透析、住院患者,年龄小于18岁,妊娠期妇女,存在交流障碍及意识障碍的患者,数据记录不全的患者被排除。统计资料应用SPSS软件处理。结果：对2015年11月至2016年1月我院.212例接受血液透析治疗的慢性肾衰患者进行随访和分析,男性占57.1%(n=121),女性占42.9%(n=91)。年龄大多数为45-64岁(40.1%),平均年龄54.1±16.35岁。患者平均体重64.91kg(最小38kg,最大124.8kg)。患者平均身高1.673m,平均BMI为23.918 kg/m2。本组患者平均收缩压和舒张压分别是148.8 mmHg和88 mmHg。整体平均透析时间为46.37月。本组患者初始透析时平均肾小球滤过率为9.392ml/min/1.73m2。本研究中导致终末期肾病的主要原因是慢性肾小球肾炎,占27.4%(n=58)。第二位是糖尿病肾病,占25.9%(n=55)。高血压肾病和不明原因的肾脏损害分别占第三位和第四位,分别占20.8%(n=44)和12.7%(n=27)。肾脏肿瘤、狼疮性肾炎、梗阻性肾病、遗传性肾病和妊娠相关肾损害、慢性肾盂肾炎、慢性间质性肾炎合计约6.6%(n=14)本研究中60.9%的患者BMI正常。非糖尿病患者组中63.21%患者存在正常BMI,而糖尿病组患者仅54.6%存在正常BMI。43.6%糖尿病组患者BMI超过25 kg/m2,仅28.7%的非糖尿病组患者BMI超过25 kg/m2,两组P值120g/L。96.7%患者应用促红细胞生成素或铁剂或两者联合治疗肾性贫血。94.8%的患者应用促红细胞生成素,35.8%应用口服或静脉铁剂。本组研究中28.3%患者收缩压正常。平均收缩压和舒张压分别为148.8和88mmHg。64.2%患者应用降压药物治疗。57.5%患者应用钙通道阻滞剂。糖尿病组和非糖尿病组间无统计学差异。本研究患者平均血钙、血磷和甲状旁腺素分别是2.02 mmol/L,1.97 mmol/L,和262.215 pg/mL。58%患者应用药物治疗。53.8%的患者应用钙剂治疗。52%患者应用维生素d.3.3%患者应用碳酸镧。糖尿病组和非糖尿病组无差异。本组研究中12.7%患者初始血液净化时存在乙型病毒性肝炎和/或丙型病毒性肝炎感染。6.6%患者乙型病毒性肝炎表面抗原阳性,5.7%患者存在丙型病毒性肝炎抗体。0.5%患者存在乙型病毒性肝炎和丙型病毒性肝炎合并感染。全部患者均接受了乙型病毒性肝炎的疫苗接种。结论：糖尿病肾病患者进入透析时eGFR要高于非糖尿病肾病患者。本研究比较了原发病为糖尿病肾病与非糖尿病肾病透析患者的多个透析相关指标,结果发现两组之间大多数指标没有明显差异,只有个别指标似乎存在明显差异。与非糖尿病肾病组比较,糖尿病肾病组似乎更加肥胖,更早进入透析。最后我们的结论是我院透析模式符合Kd.GO和d.PPS4
