The diversity of Botryosphaeriaceae species associated with“Botryosphaeria dieback”of grapevine was investigated in 18 vineyards in Sardinia,*** isolates obtained from different woody hosts including holm oak,sweet orange and broom bush in Italy,Algeria and Tunisia were also *** and cultural characteristics as well as ITS and EF1-αsequence data were used to identify the fungal ***-eight botryosphaeriaceous isolates were obtained from 113 symptomatic grapevine samples,from which ten species were *** seriata was the dominant species(25%of isolates),followed by Neofusicoccum parvum(21.7%).Two species,Diplodia olivarum and *** are reported for the first time on *** addition,two new species namely Lasiodiplodia mediterranea *** grapevine,holm oak and sweet orange and Lasiodiplodia exigua *** broom bush are *** artificial inoculation experiments conducted on excised green grapevine shoots and lignified canes as well as holm oak seedlings,*** was shown to be an aggressive pathogen.

The present paper aims at introducing and investigating a new class of generalized double zeta function i.e. modified double zeta function which involves the Riemann, Hurwitz, Hurwitz-Lerch, Barnes double zeta function and Bin-saad generalized double zeta function as particular cases. The results are obtained by suitably applying Riemann-Liouville type and Tremblay fractional integral and differential operators. We derive the expansion formula for the proposed function with some of its properties via fractional operators and discuss the link with known results.

圆盘犁的阻力和能耗需求被认为是与推土机功率正确匹配的重要因素。该研究通过与多元线性回归(mLR)模型的对比,测试了使用自适应神经模糊推理系统(ANFIS)来确定圆盘犁的阻力和能耗需求的可能性及其性能。通过实地试验和各种文献,共获得了133种数据模式。从这133个数据点中,随机选取了121个作为训练集,其余12个用于模型验证。输入变量为犁深度、犁速、土壤质地指数、初始土壤含水率、初始土壤体积密度、圆盘直径、圆盘角度和倾斜角度,输出变量为圆盘犁的阻力。ANFIS使用了四个从属函数:三角形从属函数、通用钟形从属函数、梯形从属函数和高斯曲线从属函数。对ANFIS和mLR建模结果的评估显示,三角形成员函数比其他函数执行效果更好。当将ANFIS模型预测与测量值进行比较时,阻力平均相对误差为-1.97%。ANFIS模型与其他方法进行比较的结果表明,圆盘犁的阻力和能耗需求可以得到令人满意的预估。

many studies have been done and many results have been established for studying cancers in human and the ways of treating it. However, one thing that remains relevant is the study model that is used to diagnose, cure or conclude treatment methods for human cancers. The scientists have tried some ways to link the data and tried to analyze the malicious disease in various animal models in order to solve the problem for humans. Out of all the models, scientists have preferred dogs as the most suitable model and conducted studies on them. Our article will review the reason for preferences given to dog as a study model and what the previous studies have tried to conclude by considering the dreaded disease in dogs. Our article has focused on most of the recent observations and tried to elucidate the reasons/preferences for studying cancer disease in dogs (scientific name;Canis Lupus familiaris). We will also talk about the idea of comparative oncology programs that many centers adapt in order to study the disease called cancer.

Sediment transport by water is undoubtedly one of the disciplines of hydraulic science that remained the most unknown. If Saint-Venant could establish a century ago his famous equations that still prevails in Hydraulic modelling nothing comparable exists regarding solid transport. In Algeria, catchment erosion and siltation rates are high enough to significantly reduce the useful volumes of dams. The water mobilisation potential represented by dams decreases by 40 mm3 yearly which is considerable. The total capacity of the dams managed by the National Agency for Dams and Water Transfers is estimated to be 6.2 Bm3 while the silted volume is estimated at 700 mm3, which is about 12%. Therefore, the survey of this phenomenon is so crucial for assessing its intensity, and later on to define the right actions that are to be implemented in order to minimize the siltation risk, particularly when it comes to the choice of the most appropriate sites for new reservoirs. The development of mathematical models that are capable of simulating the deposition in a reservoir as a function of the hydrologic regime is required as a complementary tool to the overall analysis of the other watershed inputs. Once proven efficient, these models will become useful in the establishment of well adapted catchment management programmes. The development of a numerical model for predicting sediment deposition upstream of a dam requires, first, a critical analysis of the available data and their reliability with respect to the accuracy of the expected results and secondly, the choice of a calculation method suitable for that data, for the dominant processes and for the objectives of the study. This paper discusses the general methodology that was adopted for conceiving such a sediment transport numerical model.

背景呼吸道合胞病毒(respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)是引起婴幼儿急性下呼吸道感染最常见的病原体。此前估计,2015年全球60月龄以下儿童共发生3 310万次RSV相关急性下呼吸道感染,导致118 200人死亡。此后,几项社区监测研究获得了对RSV相关社区死亡的更精确估计。本文旨在更新2019年全球、地区和国家层面60月龄以下儿童RSV相关急性下呼吸道感染的发病率和死亡率,重点关注总体死亡率和在研RSV免疫制剂针对的更窄的婴儿年龄组。方法检索获得mEDLINE、Embase、Global Health、CINAHL、Web of Science、LILACS、OpenGrey、中国知网、万方和维普数据库2017—2020年发表文献中的新数据,并纳入RSV GEN合作者提供的未发表数据,以扩展全球RSV疾病负担数据集。纳入的研究符合以下条件:报告了社区中或需要住院治疗的60月龄以下儿童RSV原发性急性下呼吸道感染的数据;报告了至少连续12个月的数据,但院内病死率或RSV季节性定义明确的地区除外;报告了RSV相关急性下呼吸道感染的发病率、住院率、院内病死率或急性下呼吸道感染住院的RSV阳性比例。如果病例定义不明或应用不一致、RSV感染未经实验室确认或仅基于血清学检测、报告的急性下呼吸道感染病例少于50例,则排除该研究。本研究应用广义线性混合效应模型(generalized linear mixed-effects model,GLmm)估计了2019年全球和地区(按国家发展状况和世界银行收入分类)RSV相关急性下呼吸道感染的发病率、住院率和院内病死率;通过基于危险因素的模型估计了国家层面RSV相关急性下呼吸道感染的发病率;通过GLmm开发了新模型,纳入最新的RSV社区死亡率数据,用于估计RSV的总体死亡率。本综述已在PROSPERO注册(CRD42021252400)。结果除了先前综述中纳入的317项研究外,还纳入了113项符合条件的新研究以及51项未发表的研究,共计481项研究。据估计,2019年全球60月龄以下儿童中,共发生3 300万(置信区间为2 540万~4 460万)次RSV相关急性下呼吸道感染,导致360万(290万~460万)例住院、26 300(15 100~49 100)例院内死亡以及101 400(84 500~125 200)例可归因于RSV的总死亡数。在0~6个月的婴儿中,共发生660万(460万~970万)次RSV相关急性下呼吸道感染,导致140万(100万~200万)例住院、13 300(6 800~28 100)例院内死亡以及45 700(38 400~55 900)例可归因于RSV的总死亡数。60月龄以下和28 d~6月龄儿童的死亡中分别有2.0%(置信区间为1.6%~2.4%)和3.6%(3.0%~4.4%)归因于RSV。在各年龄组中,95%以上的RSV相关急性下呼吸道感染事件和97%以上的可归因于RSV的死亡事件都发生在中低收入国家。结论 RSV显著增加了全球60月龄以下儿童的发病和死亡负担,尤其是在出生后前6个月和中低收入国家。本研究强调了全球RSV疾病的总体死亡率负担,60月龄以下儿童中,每50例死亡就有1例可归因于RSV;28 d至6个月大的婴儿中,每28例死亡就有1例可归因于RSV。每1例RSV相关急性下呼吸道感染院内死亡,对应社区中约3例可归因于RSV的死亡。对6月龄内婴儿提供保护的RSV被动免疫计划有望对减轻RSV疾病负担,但实施计划时,仍需要更多数据来了解RSV疾病负担高峰可能向大龄转移的影响。
