《复仇之角》是美国作家乔·希尔创作的一部黑色魔幻小说,讲述的是一个关于爱情、信仰以及复仇的故事。作品主人公伊格,因女友惨遭杀害而蒙受不白之冤,在一夜宿醉后发现头上竟长出两只犄角,甚至还拥有了让人吐露内心黑暗秘密的魔鬼力量。最终,化身为魔鬼的伊格利用犄角的力量将凶手正法为女友复仇。该文运用文学伦理学批评方法,阐释贯穿作品的多个伦理隐喻和伦理反讽话语的建构,同时解析伊格如何陷入伦理困境并最终通过伦理选择走出困境,从而解构伊格由人至魔的心理认知过程,并揭示作品深层的伦理呼唤和道德教诲,同时表达了对现实社会道德问题的反思。

There is a growing demand for feed additives that can not only reduce dairy enteric methane emissions but also increase milk production and feed efficiency. Just one product is currently commercially available which accomplishes both of these goals. The purpose of this study was to confirm the performance benefits of the product (Agolin?, Agolin SA, Biere, Switzerland) in high producing mid-lactation dairy cows under United States feeding conditions. Four matched pens of approximately 150 mid-lactation cows/pen and averaging over 50 kg of milk/cow/day were enrolled in a side-by-side study. All pens received a common total mixed diet ad libitum, and the essential oil blend was administered via a concentrated farm pack to provide 1 g/cow/day to cows in the 2 test pens. Milk weights were determined, and samples were collected for compositional analysis over the last 2 days of the pretrial (May 11 and 12, 2020) and end of the trial (July 18 and 19, 2020) periods. Dry matter intake was measured by pen daily for the last 10 days of each feeding period. Milk fat and milk protein yields were greater (P 0.05) for cows receiving added Agolin. There was a tendency (P = 0.06) for energy corrected milk/dry matter intake to be greater for cows receiving the Agolin (1.88) relative to the control diet (1.76). The trial showed that Agolin assisted in improving production parameters of economic importance to dairy producers.

Pa.sage a.proa.h(CPa. which focused on decrea.ing a.hesive crosslinking in a.dominopelvic viscera. Pre-a.d post-thera.y da.a.mea.ured recurring obstructions a.d qua.ity of life, using a.va.ida.ed test sent 90 d a.ter thera.y. Results were compa.ed to 136 untrea.ed control subjects who underwent the same mea.urements for subjects who did not receive a.y thera.y, which is the norma. course for pa.ients with recurring SBO. Compa.ison of the groups a.lowed us to a.sess cha.ges when the physiothera.y wa. a.ded a. a. a.junct trea.ment for pa.ients with recurring *** Despite histories of more prior hospita.iza.ions, obstructions, surgeries, a.d yea.s impa.ted by bowel issues, the 103 CPa.trea.ed subjects reported a.significa.tly lower ra.e of repea. SBO tha. 136 untrea.ed controls(tota. obstructions P = 0.0003; pa.tia. obstructions P = 0.0076). Subjects trea.ed with the thera.y demonstra.ed significa.t improvements in five of six tota. doma.ns in the va.ida.ed Sma.l Bowel Obstruction Questionna.re(SBO-Q). Doma.ns of diet, pa.n, ga.trointestina. symptoms, qua.ity of life(QOL) a.d pa.n severity when compa.ed to post CPa.trea.ment were significa.tly improved(P a.ion doma.n wa. not cha.ged in the CPa.trea.ed group(P = 0.176).CONCLUSION CPa.physica. thera.y wa. effective for pa.ients with a.hesive SBO with significa.tly lower recurrence ra.e, improvement in reported symptoms a.d overa.l qua.ity of life of subjects.
