为筛选蓝莓(Vaccinium spp.)氮高效品种及探究不同蓝莓品种幼苗的适宜施氮水平,本研究以长江流域4个蓝莓主栽品种‘莱格西’(‘Legacy’)、‘绿宝石’(‘Emerald’)、‘优瑞卡’(‘Eureka’)和‘蓝美1号’(‘Lanmei 1’)为实验材料,通过盆栽实验,设置不施氮(0.000 g·kg^(-1))、低氮(0.214 g·kg^(-1))、中氮(0.429 g·kg^(-1))和高氮(0.857 g·kg^(-1))4个处理,分析不同施氮水平下不同蓝莓品种幼苗农艺性状及氮素利用效率的差异。结果显示:‘莱格西’和‘绿宝石’属于低氮高效型,‘优瑞卡’属于中氮高效型,‘蓝美1号’属于氮高效型。随着施氮水平的提高,4个蓝莓品种幼苗的单株干质量增加量,株高,冠幅,基径,叶片叶绿素相对含量,根、茎、叶和单株氮素增加量,以及单株磷素增加量总体呈上升趋势;单株分枝数和单株钾素增加量呈先上升后趋于稳定的变化趋势;氮素效率、氮素吸收效率和氮素生理利用效率总体呈先上升后下降的变化趋势;根冠比则总体呈下降趋势。相关性分析结果显示:在不施氮和3个施氮水平下,蓝莓幼苗的氮素效率与单株干质量增加量、茎氮素增加量、单株氮素增加量、单株磷素增加量、单株钾素增加量、氮素吸收效率均呈显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)正相关。综合分析结果表明:‘蓝美1号’为氮高效品种,可作为氮高效遗传改良种质资源;单株干质量增加量可作为蓝莓氮素利用效率评价的重要指标;氮高效品种‘蓝美1号’和中氮高效品种‘优瑞卡’幼苗的推荐施氮水平为0.429 g·kg^(-1),低氮高效品种‘莱格西’和‘绿宝石’幼苗的推荐施氮水平为0.214 g·kg^(-1)。

To acquire candidate non-Saccharomyces strains for preparation of high-quality Vidal icewine,11 representative indigenous non-Saccharomyces strains were selected for analyzing their production of organic acids,phenolic compounds,aroma-active compounds and evaluating their sensory profile in Vidal *** results showed that the contents of organic acids in the wines were controlled and balanced well by the non-Saccharomyces strains as well as polyphenol concentrations were well improved during the *** strains differed from each other in their ability to produce aroma compounds,causing diversity and complexity of aroma characteristics in *** by Saccharomycopsis crataegensis YC30(Sc)and Hanseniaspora uvarum QTX22(Hu)could enhance the sweet and floral notes in Vidal icewine,especially Sc,which has never been reported *** can not only enrich the aroma categories,but also increase the content ofδ-decalactone,γ-decalactone,ethyl isobutyrate,ethyl butyrate,phenethyl acetic acid,*** evaluation and optimization of non-Saccharomyces yeast strains could provide theoretical basis for the improvement of ice wine quality,and supply new ideas and strategies for the brewing of ice wine.

为了保障双燃料船燃料供给系统(Fuel Gas Supply System,FGSS)通风风机安全稳定运行,基于船舶FGSS内通风系统涉及的双璧管风机和燃气准备间风机,对其控制逻辑进行分析,并将控制方式、安全连锁及信号输出输入接口进行标准化配置。结果表明:智能化控制增加了船员操作的便利性,也增加了系统运行的智能化和安全可靠性。研究成果可为FGSS风机控制设计提供一定参考。

退火态超高碳耐磨钢的组织与性能

将含1.6%C(质量分数)的超高碳钢在1150℃奥氏体化后进行两次轧制,开轧温度分别为900和750℃,随后炉冷至室温。使用光学显微镜、原子探针层析技术、磨损试验机和拉伸试验等研究了退火态超高碳钢的组织和性能,并与500 HB级耐磨钢进行对比。结果表明:退火态超高碳钢与500 HB级耐磨钢的耐磨性接近,但前者的硬度较低、断后伸长率较高。退火态超高碳钢组织为铁素体基体和粒状渗碳体,其良好的耐磨性主要源于大量硬质渗碳体颗粒阻碍了磨粒对材料的磨损。

High-speed VUV spectroscopy for edge impurity line emission measurements in HL-2A tokamak

A 20 cm focal length normal incidence vacuum ultraviolet （VUV_20 cm） monochromator with a fast time response has been developed for measuring edge impurity line emission in the wavelength range of 300-2000 A on an HL-2A tokamak. An aberration corrected concave holographic grating with 1200 grooves/mm is adopted in the monochromator, which provides a wavelength dispersion of 40 A mm-1. The aperture is f/4.5. A channel electron multiplier is used as a detector. The time resolution of the system is 17 μs. Wavelength calibration of the system has been done by using a hollow cathode light source in the laboratory with helium and argon gases. The obtained signals of helium and argon spectra are very strong since the inner surface of the monochromator vacuum chamber is blackened and the stray light level is then significantly reduced. The optical property of the system has been examined by scanning the width of the entrance and exit slits. The system is then installed at the mid-port of the HL-2A tokamak and typical line emissions from the HL-2A plasma are measured. Time behaviors of edge impurity line emissions are observed with the fast time response system in different plasma confinement regimes, especially in the H-mode discharges. The result shows that the VUV_20 cm system works very well to measure the edge impurity line emissions in the edge localized modes phase of H-mode discharges.

Objective: Liver cancer is one of the most common cancers and major cause of cancer deaths in China,which accounts for over 50% of new cases and deaths *** systematic liver cancer statistics including of projection through 2030 could provide valuable information for prevention and control strategies in China,and experience for other ***: The burden of liver cancer in China in 2014 was estimated using 339 cancer registries’ data selected from Chinese National Cancer Center(NCC).Incident cases of 22 cancer registries were applied for temporal trends from 2000 to *** burden of liver cancer through 2030 was projected using age-period-cohort ***: About 364,800 new cases of liver cancer(268,900 males and 95,900 females) occurred in China,and about 318,800 liver cancer deaths(233,500 males and 85,300 females) in *** regions of China had the highest incidence and mortality *** and mortality rates decreased by about 2.3% and 2.6% per year during the period of 2000-2014,respectively,and would decrease by more than 44% between 2014 and 2030 in *** young generation,particularly for those aged under 40 years,showed a faster down ***: Based on the analysis,incidence and mortality rates of liver cancer are expected to decrease through 2030,but the burden of liver cancer is still serious in China,especially in rural and western *** cases of liver cancer in China can be prevented through vaccination and more prevention efforts should be focused on high risk groups.

Background:The use of adjunct rasagiline in levodopa-treated patients with Parkinson’s disease and motor fluctuations is supported by findings from large-scale clinical *** study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of adjunct rasagiline in Chinese patients with Parkinson’s disease,as a product registration ***:This 16-week,randomized,double-blind,parallel-group,multicenter,placebo-controlled study of rasagiline 1 mg/day included levodopa-treated patients with Parkinson’s disease and motor *** primary efficacy endpoint was mean change from baseline in total daily OFF time over 16 *** endpoints were Clinical Global Impressions–Improvement(CGI-I),and change in Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)Activities of daily living(ADL)and Motor *** well-being(EQ-5D),and the frequency of adverse events were also ***:In total,324 levodopa-treated patients were randomized to rasagiline 1 mg/day(n=165)or placebo(n=159).Over 16 weeks,rasagiline statistically significantly reduced the mean[95% confidence interval]total daily OFF time versus placebo(−0.5 h[−0.92,−0.07];p=0.023).There were also statistically significant improvements versus placebo in CGI-I(−0.4 points[−0.61,−0.22];p<0.001),UPDRS-ADL OFF(−1.0 points[−1.75,−0.27];p=0.008),and UPDRS-Motor ON(−1.6 points[−3.05,−0.14];p=0.032)scores,as well as the EQ-5D utility index(p<0.05).Rasagiline was safe and well ***:In levodopa-treated Chinese patients with Parkinson’s disease and motor fluctuations,adjunct rasagiline 1 mg/day statistically significantly reduced OFF time,and improved daily function and overall well-being,versus *** with findings in other countries,adjunct rasagiline was proven efficacious and well tolerated in Chinese patients.
