目的了解苏州市学龄前儿童超重与肥胖的流行现况,分析儿童肥胖的影响因素。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,于2021年12月-2022年6月抽取苏州市各区域共24452名3~6岁儿童进行体格测量,分析超重与肥胖检出率。采用病例对照研究问卷调查3786例(肥胖组与对照组各1893例)儿童的基本信息、饮食、运动、睡眠等情况,分析学龄前儿童肥胖的影响因素。结果1)苏州市学龄前儿童超重总检出率为14.8%(男14.6%、女15.0%);肥胖总检出率为7.9%(男8.7%、女7.1%),男女肥胖检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.828,P4000g、剖宫产、父母超重/肥胖、儿童食欲旺盛、吃饭速度快(1周/次)、看电视就餐、喜好静坐(>2h/d)、运动耐力不足、屏幕暴露时间长(>1h/d)、睡觉时间晚(21∶30后)是学龄前儿童肥胖的危险因素(P2h/d)(OR=1.51,95%CI:1.24~1.85)、运动耐力不足(OR=1.56,95%CI:1.12~2.19)、屏幕暴露时间长(>1h/d)(OR=1.42,95%CI:1.16~1.75)。结论苏州市学龄前儿童超重与肥胖检出率较高,肥胖检出率与严重程度均随着儿童年龄增长而增加。除了遗传因素外,学龄前儿童肥胖还与孕产史及出生后不良的生活方式相关。

Manipulating the oxidation state of Cu catalysts can significantly affect the selectivity and activity of electrocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction(CO_(2)RR).However,the thermodynamically favorable cathodic reduction to metallic states typically leads to catalytic deactivation.Herein,a defect construction strategy is employed to prepare crystalline/amorphous Cu_(2+1)O/CuO_(x)heterostructures(c/a-CuO_(x))with abundant Cu0 and Cuδ+(0<δ<1)sites for CO_(2)RR.The C^(2+)Faradaic efficiency of the heterostructured Cu catalyst is up to 81.3%,with partial current densities of 406.7 mA·cm−2.Significantly,real-time monitoring of the Cu oxidation state evolution by in-situ Raman spectroscopy confirms the stability of Cuδ+species under long-term high current density operation.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations further reveal that the adjacent Cu0 and Cuδ+sites in heterostructured c/a-CuO_(x)can efficiently reduce the energy barrier of CO coupling for C^(2+)products.

The milk fat globule membrane(MFGM)is a complex structure with numerous functions,and its composition is affected by many factors.There have been few systematic investigations on goat MFGM proteome profiling during lactation.Individual milk samples from 15 healthy dairy goats were obtained at six lactation time points for investigation of the MFGM proteome using both data-independent acquisition(DIA)and data-dependent acquisition(DDA)proteomics techniques combined with multivariate statistical analysis.Using the DIA method,890 variably abundant MFGM proteins were discovered throughout the lactation cycle.From 1 to 240 d,butyrophilin subfamily 1 member A1,lipoprotein lipase,perilipin-2,and adipose triglyceride lipase were upregulated,while APOE,complement C3,clusterin,and IgG were downregulated.Furthermore,from 1 to 90 d,annexin A1,annexin A2,and antithrombin-ll were downregulated,then upregulated by d 240.Albumin had a high degree of connectedness,indicating that it was a key protein,according to protein-protein interaction research.Overall,our findings gave new insights into the biological features of MFGM protein in goat milk throughout lactation,which may aid in the creation of specialized MFGM products and infant formula.

Achieving spatiotemporal control of light at high speeds presents immense possibilities for various applications in communication,computation,metrology,and sensing.The integration of subwavelength metasurfaces and optical waveguides offers a promising approach to manipulate light across multiple degrees of freedom at high speed in compact photonic integrated circuit(PIC)devices.Here,we demonstrate a gigahertz-rate-switchable wavefront shaping by integrating metasurface,lithium niobate on insulator photonic waveguides,and electrodes within a PIC device.As proofs of concept,we showcase the generation of a focus beam with reconfigurable arbitrary polarizations,switchable focusing with lateral focal positions and focal length,orbital angular momentum light beams as well as Bessel beams.Our measurements indicate modulation speeds of up to the gigahertz rate.This integrated platform offers a versatile and efficient means of controlling the light field at high speed within a compact system,paving the way for potential applications in optical communication,computation,sensing,and imaging.

The early determination of disease-related biomarkers can significantly improve the survival rate of patients.Thus,a series of explorations for new diagnosis technologies,such as optical and electrochemical methods,have been devoted to life and health monitoring.Organic thin-film transistor(OTFT),as a state-of-the-art nano-sensing technology,has attracted significant attention from construction to application owing to the merits of being label-free,low-cost,facial,and rapid detection with multi-parameter responses.Nevertheless,interference from non-specific adsorption is inevitable in complex biological samples such as body liquid and exhaled gas,so the reliability and accuracy of the biosensor need to be further improved while ensuring sensitivity,selectivity,and stability.Herein,we overviewed the composition,mechanism,and construction strategies of OTFTs for the practical determination of disease-related biomarkers in both body fluids and exhaled gas.The results show that the realization of bio-inspired applications will come true with the rapid development of high-effective OTFTs and related devices.

Metabolomics as a research field and a set of techniques is to study the entire small molecules in biological samples.Metabolomics is emerging as a powerful tool generally for pre-cision medicine.Particularly,integration of microbiome and metabolome has revealed the mechanism and functionality of microbiome in human health and disease.However,metabo-lomics data are very complicated.Preprocessing/pretreating and normalizing procedures on metabolomics data are usually required before statistical analysis.In this review article,we comprehensively review various methods that are used to preprocess and pretreat metabolo-mics data,including MS-based data and NMR-based data preprocessing,dealing with zero and/or missing values and detecting outliers,data normalization,data centering and scaling,data transformation.We discuss the advantages and limitations of each method.The choice for a suitable preprocessing method is determined by the biological hypothesis,the characteristics of the data set,and the selected statistical data analysis method.We then provide the perspective of their applications in the microbiome and metabolome research.

The Linxia Basin is characterized by an abundance of Cenozoic sediments,that contain exceptionally rich fossil resources.Equids are abundant in the Linxia Basin,the fossil record of equids in this region including 16 species that represent 10 genera.In comparison to other classic late Cenozoic areas in China,the Linxia Basin stands out,because the fauna and chronological data accompanying Linxia equids render them remarkably useful for biostratigraphy.The anchitheriines in the region,such as Anchitherium and Sinohippus,represent early equids that appeared in the late stages of the middle and late Miocene,respectively.Among the equines,most species of Chinese hipparions have been identified in the Linxia Basin and some species of the genera Hipparion and Hippotherium have FAD records for China.Furthermore,Equus eisenmannae is one of the earliest known species of Equus in the Old World and is well-represented at the Longdan locality.Some species with precise geohistorical distributions can serve as standards for high-resolution chronological units within this framework.Located at the eastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau and subject to considerable uplift,the Linxia Basin has served as a biogeographic transition area for equids throughout the late Cenozoic.

This paper deals with numerical methods for solving one-dimensional(1D)and twodimensional(2D)initial-boundary value problems(IBVPs)of space-fractional sine-Gordon equations(SGEs)with distributed delay.For 1D problems,we construct a kind of oneparameter finite difference(OPFD)method.It is shown that,under a suitable condition,the proposed method is convergent with second order accuracy both in time and space.In implementation,the preconditioned conjugate gradient(PCG)method with the Strang circulant preconditioner is carried out to improve the computational efficiency of the OPFD method.For 2D problems,we develop another kind of OPFD method.For such a method,two classes of accelerated schemes are suggested,one is alternative direction implicit(ADI)scheme and the other is ADI-PCG scheme.In particular,we prove that ADI scheme can arrive at second-order accuracy in time and space.With some numerical experiments,the computational effectiveness and accuracy of the methods are further verified.Moreover,for the suggested methods,a numerical comparison in computational efficiency is presented.
