Neutralizing antibodies have been proven to be highly effective in treating mild and moderate COVID-19 patients,but continuous emergence of SARS-CoV-2 variants poses significant *** cocktail treatments reduce the risk of escape mutants and *** this study,a new cocktail composed of two highly potent neutralizing antibodies(HB27 and H89Y)was developed,whose binding epitope is different from those cocktails that received emergency use *** cocktail showed more potent and balanced neutralizing activities(IC_(50)0.9–11.3 ng mL^(-1))against a broad spectrum of SARS-CoV-2 variants over individual HB27 or H89Y ***,the cocktail conferred more effective protection against the SARS-CoV-2 Beta variant in an aged murine model than *** was shown to prevent SARS-CoV-2 mutational escape in vitro and effectively neutralize 61 types of pseudoviruses harbouring single amino acid mutation originated from variants and escape strains of Bamlanivimab,Casirivimab and Imdevimab with IC_(50)of 0.6–65 ng mL^(-1).Despite its breadth of variant neutralization,the HB27+H89Y combo and EUA cocktails lost their potencies against Omicron *** results provide important insights that new antibody cocktails covering different epitopes are valuable tools to counter virus mutation and escape,highlighting the need to search for more conserved epitopes to combat Omicron.

In the prediction of active vibration isolation performance, control force requirements were ignored in previous work. This may limit the realization of theoretically predicted isolation performance if control force of large magnitude cannot be supplied by *** behavior of a feed-forward active isolation system subjected to actuator output constraints is investigated. Distributed parameter models are developed to analyze the system response, and to produce a transfer matrix for the design of an integrated passive-active isolation system. Cost functions comprising a combination of the vibration transmission energy and the sum of the squared control forces are proposed. The example system considered is a rigid body connected to a simply supported plate via two passive-active isolation mounts. Vertical and transverse forces as well as a rotational moment are applied at the rigid body, and resonances excited in elastic mounts and the supporting plate are analyzed. The overall isolation performance is evaluated by numerical simulation. The simulation results are then compared with those obtained using unconstrained control strategies. In addition, the effects of waves in elastic mounts are analyzed. It is shown that the control strategies which rely on tmconstrained actuator outputs may give substantial power transmission reductions over a wide frequency range, but also require large control force amplitudes to control excited vibration modes of the system. Expected power transmission reductions for modified control strategies that incorporate constrained actuator outputs are considerably less than typical reductions with unconstrained actuator outputs. In the frequency range in which rigid body modes are present, the control strategies can only achieve 5-10 dB power transmission reduction, when control forces are constrained to be the same order of the magnitude as the primary vertical force. Sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) have great potential to be the next major energy storage devices due to their obvious advantages and developing advanced electrodes and electrolytes is urgently necessary to promote its future ***,hard carbon as a state-of-the-art anode of SIBs still suffers from the low initial Coulomb efficiency and unsatisfactory rate capability,which could be improved by forming desirable solid electrolyte interphases (SEI) to some ***,the chemistry and morphology of these interfacial layers are fundamental parameters affecting the overall battery operation,and optimizing the electrolyte to dictate the quality of SEI on hard carbon is a key ***,this review summarizes the recent research on SEI design by electrolyte manipulation from solvents,salts,and *** also presents some potential mechanisms of SEI formation in various electrolyte ***,the current advanced characterization techniques for electrolyte and SEI structure analyses have been comprehensively ***,current challenges and future perspectives of SEI formation on hard carbon anode for SIBs are provided from the viewpoints of its compositions,evolution processes,structures,and characterization techniques,which will promote SEI efficient manipulation and improve the performance of hard carbon,and further contribute to the development of SIBs.

Accurate on-wafer large signal characterization of RF transistor is crucial for the optimum design of wireless communication circuits. We report a novel and systematic measurement method for the accurate acquisition of input and output power of on-wafer transistors up to 40 GHz. This method employs external couplers to extract the travelling waves, combined with a novel large signal calibration algorithm to calculate the power at on-wafer probe tip. The accuracy of this method was bench marked versus conventional approaches in a real measurement bench, and further been verified by characterizing the large signal response of a 0.25μm GaN HEMT device. It is concluded that the measurement uncertainty has been greatly decreased with this new method, especially at mm-wave frequencies.

The space target imaging is important in the development of space *** to the availability of trajectory information of the space targets and the arising of rapid parallel processing hardware,the back projection (BP) method has been applied to synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imaging and shows a number of advantages as compared with conventional Fourier-domain imaging ***,the practical processing shows that the insufficient accuracy of the trajectory information results in the degrading of the imaging *** the other hand,the autofocusing algorithms for BP imaging are not well developed,which is a bottleneck for the application of BP ***,an analysis of the effect of trajectory errors on the space target imaging using microlocal technology is *** analysis provides an explicit quantitative relationship between the trajectory errors of the space target and the positioning errors in the reconstructed *** explicit form of the position errors for some typical trajectory errors is also *** simulations demonstrate our theoretical *** measured position errors obtained from the reconstructed images are consistent with the analytic errors calculated by using the derived *** results will be used in the development of effective autofocusing methods for BP imaging.

针对传统纱布在老年压疮护理中,存在抗菌性能和促疮口愈合效果差的问题,提出一种新型载纳米氧化锌抗菌海绵敷料的制备,并对其性能及其在老年压疮护理中的效果进行研究。结果表明,载纳米氧化锌抗菌海绵敷料抗拉强度为2.28 MPa,杨氏模量为2.77 MPa,断裂伸长率为38.2%,在前4 h快速释放药物,在释放时间为4~24 h时,药物释放速度有所下降,但一直保持着稳定的释放速率,释放时间超过24 h后,药物释放趋于稳定。对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径均超过20 mm,与细胞共同培养48 h后,细胞存活率超过85%,凝血指数约为51.8%,表现出良好的综合应用性能。

目前中国水污染日益严重,水质不断下降。尤其是跨界水污染问题更是复杂,一直无法有效解决。在全国施行河长制的背景下,基于跨界河流水污染成因分析,讨论了河长制在跨界河流治理中的优势,同时针对河长制在实施和区域性江河湖泊管理保护方面存在的不足,提出了包括完善流域协调和跨区域合作的联动机制、明确河长制考核问责制度、完善河湖生态环境监测评价体系、建立统一河长制信息管理平台以及出台了流域生态补偿专项规定等具体建议。通过这些措施,可以更有效地解决跨界水污染问题,推进生态文明建设。

Structural effects of sulfonamides on the proliferation dynamics of sulfonamide resistance genes in the sequencing batch reactors and the mechanism

Antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)can be easily promoted by antibiotics,however,the structural effects of antibiotics on the proliferation of ARGs dynamic and the associated mechanisms remain obscure in,especially,activated sludge sequencing batch *** the present study,the effects of 9 sulfonamides(SAs)with different structures on the proliferation dynamic of sulfonamide resistance genes(Suls)in the activated sludge sequencing batch reactors and the corresponding mechanisms were determined(30 days),and the results showed that the largest proliferation value(ΔA^(R))of Suls dynamic for SAs(sulfachloropyridazine)was approximately 2.9 times than that of the smallest one(sulfadiazine).The proliferation of Suls was significantly related to the structural features(minHBint6,SssNH,SHBd and SpMax2_Bhm)that represent the biological activity of *** interpret the phenomenon,a mechanistic model was developed and the results indicated that the biodegradation of SAs(T_(1/2))rather than conjugative transfer frequency or mutation frequency tends to be the key process for affecting Suls proliferation.T_(1/2)was proved to be dependent on the interactions between SAs and receptors(E_(binding)),the cleavage mode(bond dissociation energy),and the site of nucleophilic ***,the metagenomic analysis showed that SAs posed significant effect on antibiotic resistome and Tnp31 played a vital role in the proliferation of ***,our findings provide important insight into a theoretical basis for understanding the structural effects of SAs on the proliferation of ARGs in SBR systems.
