In the treatment of central nervous system disease,the blood-brain barrier(BBB)is a major obstruction to drug delivery that must be *** this study,we propose a brain-targeted delivery strat-egy based on selective opening of the *** strategy allows some simple bare nanoparticles to enter the brain when mixed with special opening material;however,the BBB still maintains the ability to completely block molecules from passing *** on the screening of BBB opening and matrix delivery mate-rials,we determined that phospholipase A2-catalyzed 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoserine li-posomes can efficiently carry drugs into the brain *** an effective dose,this delivery system is safe,especially with its effect on the BBB being *** mix&act delivery system has a simple structure and rapid preparation,making it a strong potential candidate for drug delivery across the BBB.

Thermal characteristics are numerically investigated for the hybrid AlGaInAs/InP on silicon microring lasers with different ring radii and widths. Low threshold current and low active region temperature rise are expected for a microring laser with a narrow ring width. Based on the thermal analysis and the 3D simulation for mode characteristics, a hybrid AlGaInAs/InP on silicon microring lasers with an inner n-electrode laterally confined by the p-electrode metallic layer is fabricated using an adhesive bonding technique. A threshold current of 4 mA is achieved for a hybrid microring laser with a radius of 20 μm and a ring width of 3.5 μm at 12°C, and the corresponding threshold current density is as low as 1 kA∕cm^2. The influence of the location of silicon waveguide on output performance is studied experimentally for improving the output coupling efficiency. Furthermore,continuous-wave electrically injected lasing up to 55°C is realized for a hybrid microring laser with a radiusof 30 μm and a ring width of 3 μm.

为解决电力系统的运行方式或拓扑结构变化后暂稳评估模型的适应性问题,常规的特征迁移学习方法主要侧重于拉近源域与目标域数据集间的条件分布或边缘分布的距离,却不能定量的评价这两种分布对于不同域之间的贡献,导致模型迁移性能不理想。针对该问题,引入SENet注意力机制和动态分布自适应算法,构建了基于SEDDAN迁移的深度自适应网络暂稳评估模型更新框架,从特征提取和不同域间分布权重的动态调整两个层面进行改进,进一步提升了评估模型的迁移性能和自适应性。在IEEE 39和IEEE 140节点系统上进行测试,仿真结果表明所提模型在更新后的评估准确性、适应性和迁移性能方面有一定的优势。

Due to the increase in open pit mining,pit lakes have become common surface water features,posing a potential risk to subsurface *** this study,a pit lake–groundwater interaction model is built based on the general program MODFLOW with the LAK3 *** the first time,the effects of lake-slope collapse and aquifer heterogeneity on pit lake–groundwater interactions are analyzed by dividing the lake into six water exchange zones based on the aquifer lithology and groundwater *** investigation and simulations reveal a total water exchange from groundwater to the lake of 349000 m3/a without collapse of the pit lake slope,while the total net water exchange under slope collapse conditions is 248000 m3/a(i.e.,a reduction of 1.40-fold).The monthly net water exchange per unit width from groundwater to the lake reaches the largest in April,shifting to negative values in zone IV from June to August and in zone V in June and ***,the monthly net water exchange per unit width decreases from north to south,and the direction and magnitude of water exchange are found to depend on the hydraulic gradients between the lake and groundwater and the hydraulic conductivity of the slope collapse.

Interaction between the HIV-1 Vif protein and the cellular host APOBEC3G protein is a promising target for inhibition of HIV-1 replication. Considering that human cells are a very complicated environment for the study of protein interactions, the goal of this study was to check whether fission yeast could be used as a model cell for studying the Vif-APOBEC3G interaction. Vif and APOBEC3G were expressed in fusion with GFP protein in the S. pombe SP223 strain. Subcellular localizations of Vif and APOBEC3G were observed with fluorescent microscopy. Codon optimization was used to over express the Vif protein in S. pombe cells. The degradation of APOBEC3G mediated by Vif was tested through expressing Vif and GFP-APOBEC3G proteins in the same cell. Western Blot analysis was used to measure the corresponding protein levels under different experimental conditions. The results showed that the Vif protein was predominantly localized in the nucleus of S. pombe cells, APOBEC3G was localized in the cytoplasm and concentrated at punctate bodies that were often in close proximity to the nucleus but were not necessarily restricted from other regions in the cytoplasm. Vif protein expression levels were increased significantly by using codon optimization and APOBEC3G was degraded when Vif was over-expressed in the same S. pombe cells. These results indicate that fission yeast is a good model for studying the interaction between the Vif and APOBEC3G proteins.

利用溶胶-凝胶法成功制备了Mg掺杂Pb0.4Sr0.6MgxTi1-xO3-x薄膜,利用x射线衍射仪对薄膜的物相和结构进行了分析,用扫描电子显微镜对薄膜的形貌和断面等进行了观察.研究结果表明,薄膜以立方钙钛矿为晶相,薄膜中晶相以团聚状颗粒存在,晶相含量受热处理条件和Mg的掺杂量所控制.Mg掺杂对Pb0.4Sr0.6MgxTi1-xO3-x薄膜晶相含量的影响与钙钛矿中的氧空位缺陷相关.在一定的掺杂范围内,由掺杂引起晶相的晶格畸变较小时,体系掺Mg平衡了晶体内本征氧空位引入的电荷不平衡,使晶相更为稳定,析晶能力提高,晶体形成量随掺杂浓度的提高而提高.当掺杂浓度达到一定量时,随着Mg掺杂浓度增加,一方面使形成晶体时杂质浓度增加造成参与形成晶相的组成含量下降,另一方面使进入钙钛矿结构的Mg增加,氧空位大量增加使畸变程度提高,形成的晶相不稳定,析晶能力下降,晶体含量随掺杂Mg浓度的增加而不增反降.在相同条件下制备的Pb0.4Sr0.6MgxTi1-xO3-x薄膜中Mg掺量约为x=0.01时,得到的钙钛矿相含量最高,本征氧缺陷所带入的正电荷和Mg引入时带入的负电荷间达到平衡.此外,Mg的掺入还影响到析晶与热处理过程之间的关系.在高Mg掺量范围,Mg含量越高,形成的晶相越不稳定,热处理时间越长,使热处理过程中分解的晶相量越多,随Mg掺量越高和热处理时间越长,薄膜中晶相含量越低.

滨海地下水库是重要的地下水源地,建立科学的地下水库运行效果评价体系对于地下水资源的开发利用与保护具有重要的科学意义和应用价值。本文考虑了地下水库的水资源、水环境属性和经济社会效益,选取水量、水质、脆弱性、经济社会效益为评价指标,建立了一套新的地下水库运行效果评价指标体系。基于改进的模糊综合法,构建了适于地下水库运行效果评价的模型,且以大沽河地下水库为例综合评价了该地下水库的运行效果。结果表明,大沽河地下水库运行效果评价结果为Ⅲ类,整体运行效果临界安全。但是地下水库的脆弱性综合指数较高,抗污染能力较差,地下水容易被污染。

目的了解威海市人群土源性线虫感染现状,为针对性制定防控策略提供依据。方法按照《全国土源性线虫病监测方案》要求,于2016、2018、2020和2022年分别对威海市4个县(市、区,以下简称县)开展监测。各县按地理方位划分为东、西、南、北、中等5个片区,每个片区抽取1个乡镇(或街道)的1个行政村(或社区)为调查点,每个调查点整群抽取3周岁以上常住居民200人,每县监测不少于1000人。收集调查对象粪样,以改良加藤厚涂片法(一粪两检)检测土源性线虫虫卵;3~9岁儿童采用透明胶纸肛拭法检测蛲虫虫卵。结果2016-2022年,威海市共监测4062人,土源性线虫感染率为4.19%。感染虫种为蛔虫、鞭虫2种,虫种感染率分别为0.12%和4.11%。地区分布:荣成感染率最高,为8.76%,不同地区感染率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=70.41,P0.05);40~49岁年龄组人群感染率最高,为6.46%,各年龄组感染率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.427,P>0.05);民工土源性线虫感染率最高,为13.33%,不同职业人群间感染率的差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=23.674,P0.05)。3~9岁儿童蛲虫检测184人,阳性2人,蛲虫感染率为1.09%,其中荣成市4.08%,其他3县均为0。结论威海市人群土源性线虫感染整体处于较高水平,感染虫种以鞭虫为主,仍需加大防控力度,重点关注中老年和儿童。

A bio-inspired spider-like structure isolator for low-frequency vibration

This paper proposes a quasi-zero stiffness(QZS)isolator composed of a curved beam(as spider foot)and a linear spring(as spider muscle)inspired by the precise capturing ability of spiders in vibrating *** curved beam is simplified as an inclined horizontal spring,and a static analysis is carried out to explore the effects of different structural parameters on the stiffness performance of the QZS *** finite element simulation analysis verifies that the QZS isolator can significantly reduce the first-order natural frequency under the load in the QZS *** harmonic balance method(HBM)is used to explore the effects of the excitation amplitude,damping ratio,and stiffness coefficient on the system’s amplitude-frequency response and transmissibility performance,and the accuracy of the analytical results is verified by the fourth-order Runge-Kutta integral method(RK-4).The experimental data of the QZS isolator prototype are fitted to a ninth-degree polynomial,and the RK-4 can theoretically predict the experimental *** experimental results show that the QZS isolator has a lower initial isolation frequency and a wider isolation frequency bandwidth than the equivalent linear *** frequency sweep test of prototypes with different harmonic excitation amplitudes shows that the initial isolation frequency of the QZS isolator is 3 Hz,and it can isolate 90%of the excitation signal at 7 *** proposed biomimetic spider-like QZS isolator has high application prospects and can provide a reference for optimizing low-frequency or ultra-low-frequency isolators.
