Biomass has been widely accepted as a ＂zero-emission＂ energy carrier to take place fossil fuels, while its catalytic conversion is still limited by low efficiency of carbon atoms. Biomass conversion via 5- hydroxymethylfurfural （HMF） as a platform chemical is highly attractive because almost all carbon atoms could he retained in the downstream chemicals under mild reaction conditions. Here we summarize recent fundamental researches and industrial progresses on all involved processes including biomass degradation to hexoses, HMF formation, hydrogenation and oxidation of HMF.

The authors are concerned with the sharp interface limit for an incompressible Navier-Stokes and Allen-Cahn coupled system in this *** the thickness of the diffuse interfacial zone,which is parameterized by ε,goes to zero,they prove that a solution of the incompressible Navier-Stokes and Allen-Cahn coupled system converges to a solution of a sharp interface model in the L^(∞)(L^(2))∩L^(2)(H^(1))sense on a uniform time interval independent of the small parameterε.The proof consists of two parts:One is the construction of a suitable approximate solution and another is the estimate of the error functions in Sobolev *** the careful energy estimates,a spectral estimate of the linearized operator for the incompressible Navier-Stokes and Allen-Cahn coupled system around the approximate solution is essentially used to derive the uniform estimates of the error *** convergence of the velocity is well expected due to the fact that the layer of the velocity across the diffuse interfacial zone is relatively weak.

Therapeutic monoclonal antibodies have become one of the central components of the healthcare system and continuous efforts are made to bring innovative antibody therapeutics to patients in *** is equally critical to acquire sufficient knowledge of their molecular structure and biological functions to ensure the efficacy and safety by incorporating new detection approaches since new challenges like individual differences and resistance are *** techniques for determining antibody disposition including plasma drug concentration measurements using LC-MS or ELISA,and tissue distribution using immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence are now complemented with molecular imaging modalities like positron emission tomography and near-infrared fluorescence imaging to obtain more dynamic information,while methods for characterization of antibody’s interaction with the target antigen as well as visualization of its cellular and intercellular behavior are still under *** progress in detecting therapeutic antibodies,in particular,the development of methods suitable for illustrating the molecular dynamics,is described here.

传统基于硬件的水声传感器网络(underwater acoustic sensor networks,UASNs)架构灵活性及可控性较差,难以满足水下多样化监测任务的需求。针对此问题,提出基于边缘计算的水下软件定义监测网络架构,并提出一种多级协同水下监测机制。该架构通过主从控制器将集中式云处理任务部署至边缘端,并对网络进行分级控制。该机制首先通过低轨遥感卫星进行大范围海洋监测,其次进行小范围监测,数据经原位处理及边缘处理后上传至水面进行分析,最后进行水下联合监测。仿真结果表明,所提出的监测架构和监测机制可降低异常数据处理时间成本和网络开销,在不同场景下的端到端延迟、网络能耗和包投递率方面都有良好的表现,提高了监测架构的灵活性。

The title compound [Ag(CH3CONHC(S)NH2)2](NO3) has been prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in mo-noclinic, space group P21/c with Mr = 406.20 (C6H12Ag N5O5S2), a = 12.0680(6), b = 6.8056(5), c = 18.0173(1) ? b = 111.383(4), V = 1377.9(2) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.958 g/cm3 , F(000) = 808, = 1.789 mm-1, R = 0.0361 and wR = 0.1015. Of 4185 reflections ((2)max = 55.00?, 3147 were unique (Rint = 0.0174) and 2820 with I > 2(I) were used to solve the structure. The silver(I) atom adopts V-shape geometry with the AgS bond distance of 2.4271(7) and 2.7229(9) , respectively. Seven atoms of one acetylthiocarbamide ligand are coplanar, while only four atoms of another acetylthio-carbamide ligand are fairly planar. The [Ag(CH3CONHC(S)NH2)2]+ cation and nitrate anion NO3- are connected by hydrogen bonds to form a three dimensional hydrogen bonding network..

Deterministic tree-based algorithms are mostly used to guarantee that all the tags in the reader field are successfully identified, and to achieve the best performance. Through an analysis of the deficiencies of existing tree-based algorithms, a Q-ary search algorithm was proposed. The Q-ary search(QAS) algorithm introduced a bit encoding mechanism of tag ID by which the multibit collision arbitration was implemented. According to the encoding mechanism, the collision cycle was reduced. The theoretical analysis and simulation results showed that the proposed MS algorithm overcame the shortcoming of existing tree-based algorithms and exhibited good performance during identification.

我国建筑物下压煤量巨大,同时煤矸石、粉煤灰等煤基工业固体废弃物排放量日益增加,严重制约地方经济社会发展。以榆林麻黄梁煤矿为试验矿井,针对其特厚煤层、建筑物下压煤、充填成本高等问题,提出了特厚煤层全固废连采连充开采技术。采用四阶段工序并将特厚煤层分为上、下2部分二次回采压覆煤炭,最大程度控制地面沉降。为降低充填原材料成本,采用化学优化剂对镁渣进行源头改性,抑制镁渣冷却粉化,稳定水化活性,协同粉煤灰、脱硫石膏等煤基固废,研发了改性镁−煤渣基胶凝材料。采用改性镁−煤渣基胶凝材料胶结煤矸石、粉煤灰制备了全固废充填材料。针对麻黄梁煤矿四阶段强、弱充填强度要求,设计不同配比的改性镁渣基充填材料试验,优选配比并应用于井下充填。论述了膏体充填系统与充填接顶方法。麻黄梁煤矿全固废胶结充填工艺试验显示,井下28 d龄期充填体钻芯平均单轴抗压强度超设计强度27%,钻芯浸出毒性满足相关国家标准要求,成功回收了建筑物下压覆煤炭资源,社会经济效益显著。麻黄梁煤矿特厚煤层全固废胶结充填开采实践为国内类似矿井提供了有益借鉴,同时为我国大型煤炭基地的“煤−电−化−冶”固废大规模资源化利用提供了新的思路。

为了解决区域综合能源系统(regional integrated energy system,RIES)中由于新能源出力不确定性和多能负荷波动所导致的灵活性不足问题,该文提出了一种考虑多能互补灵活性和用户低碳意愿的鲁棒优化方法。首先,计及新能源出力与负荷的共同影响,通过净负荷波动来刻画RIES电力子系统灵活性需求。为了计及用户低碳意愿对新能源消纳的影响,分别构建用户购买普通和零碳电能的效用函数。考虑多能耦合设备的灵活备用容量,建立包含多能灵活性供需平衡约束的目标为RIES总运行成本最小及用户总效用最大的三层鲁棒优化调度模型。引入设备最优运行区间对模型内时间耦合约束进行解耦,并采用KKT(Karush-Kuhn-Tucker)条件和嵌套列与约束生成(nested column and constraints generation,NC&CG)算法进行求解。算例分析表明,所提模型可提升RIES运行的灵活性,促进新能源消纳,实现了RIES的低碳经济运行。
