silicon nanoporous pillar array (si-NPA) has been prepared by a hydrothermal etching technique. Using si-NPA as substrate, a Cu/si-NPA nanocomposite thin film has been obtained with immersion plating method. Morpho- logical and structural analysis indicates that si-NPA is a typical structural composite system characterized by a triple hierarchical structure, i. e. the array of micron-sized silicon pillars, the nanopores densely distributed on the surface of the pillars, and the silicon nanocrystallites that constitute the pore walls. Cu/si-NPA inherits the morphological character- istics of si-NPA. The compactability of the deposited copper nanoparticles varies alternatively with the local geometrical features of si-NPA and forms a quasi-periodical pattern. Such an experimental phenomenon is attributed to the veloc- ity dependence of the copper deposition upon the local geo- metrical features of si-NPA. These results indicate that si-NPA might be used as an ideal template for preparing specially patterned, structured or functionalized metal/ sili- con nanocomposite systems.

We briefly review the hadronization pictures adopted in the LUND String Fragmentation Model (LSFM),Webber Cluster Fragmentation Model (WCFM) and Quark Combination Model (QCM),*** of hadron multiplicity,baryon to meson ratios and baryon-antibaryon flavor correlations,especially those related to heavy hadrons at a Z 0 factory obtained by LSFM and QCM,are reported.

TiO-2.thin films have bee deposited on p-si(111) substrates by pulsed-laser ablation of metallic Ti target in the O-3 ambient. The current-voltage and capacitance-voltage of the Al/TiO-2.si capacitors are measured. The results show that the dielectric constant of thin film after being annealed at 700℃ is found to be 46, and the border trap density and the interface state density at the TiO-2.p-si interface are 1.8×10 12.cm -2.and 2.10 12.eV -1·cm -2. respectively. The conduction mechanisms of as-deposited films are also discussed.

Compared with traditional piezoelectric ultrasonic devices,optoacoustic devices have unique advantages such as a simple preparation process,anti-electromagnetic interference,and wireless long-distance power ***,current optoacoustic devices remain limited due to a low damage threshold and energy conversion efficiency,which seriously hinder their widespread *** this study,using a self-healing polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS,Fe-Hpdca-PDMS)and carbon nanotube composite,a flexible optoacoustic patch is developed,which possesses the self-healing capability at room temperature,and can even recover from damage induced by cutting or laser ***,this patch can generate high-intensity ultrasound(>2. MPa)without the focusing *** laser damage threshold is greater than 183.44 mJ cm^(-2.,and the optoacoustic energy conversion efficiency reaches a major achievement at 10.66×10^(-3),compared with other carbon-based nanomaterials and PDMS *** patch is also been successfully examined in the application of acoustic flow,thrombolysis,and wireless energy *** findings in this study provides new insight into designing and fabricating of novel ultrasound devices for biomedical applications.

Based on the long wave limit method,the general form of the second-order and third-order rogue wave solutions to the focusing nonlinear Schr?dinger equation are given by introducing some arbitrary *** interaction solutions between the first-order rogue wave and one-breather wave are constructed by taking a long wave limit on the two-breather *** applying the same method to the three-breather solutions,two types of interaction solutions are obtained,namely the first-order rogue wave and two breather waves,the second-order rogue wave and one-breather wave,*** influence of the parameters related to the phase on the interaction phenomena is graphically *** occur among the rogue waves and breather *** the collisions,the shape of them remains *** abundant interaction phenomena in this paper will contribute to a better understanding of the propagation and control of nonlinear waves.

The newly developed full-potential linearized augmented plane wave (LAPW) and local orbitals (lo) based on standard APW methods are briefly introduced, and the structure and magnetic properties of R(Fe, si)12.compounds (R = Y, Nd) are calculated using the method. The distribution of si at different sites is analyzed based on total energy of one crystal unit with structure having been optimized. The characters of magnetic mo-ments, total density of states (TDOS) and partial density of states (PDOS) for different crystal sites si occupies are obtained and analyzed. The results show that the total mag-netic moments of RFe10si2.(R = Y, Nd) are larger than those of RFe10M2.(M = Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Mo and W) and the hybridization mechanism is seen as follows. si(8j) reduce the mag-netic moments of Fe at three sites, however, si(8f) mainly reduce the magnetic moments of Fe(8i) and Fe(8j) atoms. The Curie temperature is markedly enhanced by the introduc-tion of si atoms according to spin fluctuation of DOS at Fermi level.

The superheavy nucleus 2.0Hs is expected to be a “double-magic” deformed nucleus. We have calculated its cross sections of evaporation residue for the reactions 2.8Cm(2.Mg,4n)2.0Hs, 2.4Pu(30si,4n)2.0Hs, 2.8U(36S,4n)2.0Hs and 2.6Ra(48Ca,4n)2.0Hs using a two-parameter Smoluchowski equation. It is found from our results that 2.6Ra(48Ca,4n)2.0Hs and 2.8U(36S,4n)2.0Hs are two optimal reactions for the synthesis of the superheavy nucleus 2.0Hs due to their large negative Q-values.
