In this paper, we propose an improved walk search strategy to solve the constrained shortest path problem. The proposed search strategy is a local search algorithm which explores a network by walker navigating through the network. In order to analyze and evaluate the proposed search strategy, we present the results of three computational studies in which the proposed search algorithm is tested. Moreover, we compare the proposed algorithm with the ant colony algorithm and k shortest paths algorithm. The analysis and comparison results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is an effective tool for solving the constrained shortest path problem. It can not only be used to solve the optimization problem on a larger network, but also is superior to the ant colony algorithm in terms of the solution time and optimal paths.

Low-cost sensors are widely used to collect high-spatial-resolution particulate matter data that traditional reference monitoring devices *** addition to the mass concentration,the number concentration and size distribution are also fundamental in determining the origin and hazard level of particulate ***,low-cost optical sensors have been improved to establish optical particle sizers(OPSs).In this study,a low-cost OPS,the Nova SDS029,is introduced,and it is evaluated in comparison to two reference instruments—the GRIMM 11-D and the Tsi *** first tested the sizing accuracy using polystyrene latex ***,we assessed the mass and number size distribution accuracy in three application scenarios:indoor smoking,ambient air quality,and mobile *** evaluations suggest that the low-cost SDS029 rivals research-grade optical sizers in many *** example,(1)the particle diameters obtained with the SDS029 are close to the reference instruments(usuallysible particle size distribution can be obtained in an easy and cost-efficient *** believe that low-cost OPSs will increasingly be used to map the sources and risk levels of particles at the city scale.

In artificial intelligence(AI)based-complex power system management and control technology,one of the urgent tasks is to evaluate AI intelligence and invent a way of autonomous intelligence ***,there is,currently,nearly no standard technical framework for objective and quantitative intelligence *** this article,based on a parallel system framework,a method is established to objectively and quantitatively assess the intelligence level of an AI agent for active power corrective control of modern power systems,by resorting to human intelligence evaluation *** this basis,this article puts forward an AI self-evolution method based on intelligence assessment through embedding a quantitative intelligence assessment method into automated reinforcement learning(AutoRL)systems.A parallel system based quantitative assessment and self-evolution(PLASE)system for power grid corrective control AI is thereby constructed,taking Bayesian Optimization as the measure of AI evolution to fulfill autonomous evolution of AI under guidance of their intelligence assessment *** results exemplified in the power grid corrective control AI agent show the PLASE system can reliably and quantitatively assess the intelligence level of the power grid corrective control agent,and it could promote evolution of the power grid corrective control agent under guidance of intelligence assessment results,effectively,as well as intuitively improving its intelligence level through selfevolution.

In this paper,we introduce one full-duplex(FD) relaying transmission scheme for high speed railway and compare its ergodic capacity and outage performance with half-duplex(HD) relaying scheme. Both decode-and-forward(DF) amplify-and-forward(AF) relay modes are considered. Moreover,the carriage penetration loss(CPL) and the self-interference(si) cancellation ratio are investigated. We derive the closed-form expressions for the outage probability and ergodic capacity of both HD and FD relay transmission schemes. It is shown that when CPL is larger than a certain level,the FD relay can achieve better performance in terms of capacity and keep the outage probability in a low level. It is also found that three factors: AF or DF modes,CPL and si cancellation ratio,can have impact on capacity performance,and that CPL is one decisive factor. Our results can provide theoretical supports for development and deployment of future wireless communication systems on high speed railways.

This paper presents an augmented network model to represent urban transit *** such network model,the urban transit assignment problem can be easily modeled like a generalized traffic ***,the feasible route in such augmented transit network is then defined in accordance with the passengers＇ *** passengers＇ travel costs including walking time,waiting time,in-vehicle time and transfer time are formulated while the congestions at stations and the congestions in transit vehicles are all taken into *** the base of these,an equilibrium model for urban transit assignment problem is presented and an improved shortest path method based algorithm is also proposed to solve ***,a numerical example is provided to illustrate our approach.

＜正＞Accurate velocity and position tracking are the main tasks of automatic train operation（ATO） systems,accompanied by other concerned issues,such as the comfort of passenger,energy saving,etc..A novel train dynamic model is established, which can mirror the dynamic characteristic better than that of single-mass model,and less computational amount than that of multi-mass model *** a fuzzy-logic controller incorporating self-regulating algorithm is designed and *** effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is proved by numerical simulations.

The pressure data of the train air braking system is of great significance to accurately evaluate its operation state. In order to overcome the influence of sensor fault on the pressure data of train air braking system, it is necessary to design a set of sensor fault-tolerant voting mechanism to ensure that in the case of a pressure sensor fault, the system can accurately identify and locate the position of the faulty sensor, and estimate the fault data according to other normal data. A fault-tolerant mechanism based on multi-classification support vector machine(SVM) and adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system(ANFIS) is introduced. Multi-classification SVM is used to identify and locate the system fault state, and ANFIS is used to estimate the real data of the fault sensor. After estimation, the system will compare the real data of the fault sensor with the ANFIS estimated data. If it is similar,the system will recognize that there is a false alarm and record it. Then the paper tests the whole mechanism based on the real data. The test shows that the system can identify the fault samples and reduce the occurrence of false alarms.

One of the physiological functions of cellular prion protein(PrP C )is believed to work as a cellular resistance to oxidative stress,in which the octarepeats region within PrP plays an important ***,the detailed mechanism is less *** this study,the expressing plasmids of wild-type PrP (PrP-PG5)and various PrP mutants containing 0(PrP-PG0),9(PrP-PG9)and 12(PrP-PG12)octarepeats were generated and PrP proteins were expressed both in *** and in mammalian *** aggregation and formation of carbonyl groups were clearly seen in the recombinant PrPs expressed from *** after treatment of *** and trypan blue staining assays revealed that the cells expressing the mutated PrPs within octarepeats are less viable than the cells expressing wild-type *** significant high levels of intracellular free radicals and low levels of glutathione peroxidase were observed in the cells transfected with plasmids containing deleted or inserted *** more productions of carbonyl groups were detected in the cells expressing PrPs with deleted and inserted octarepeats after exposing to ***,cells expressing wild-type PrP showed stronger resistant activity to the challenge of H2O2 at certain extent than the mutated PrPs and mock. These data provided the evidences that the octarepeats number within PrP is critical for maintaining its activity of *** of its protective function against oxidative stress may be one of the possible pathways for the mutated PrPs to involve in the pathogenesis of familial Creutzfeldt-Jacob diseases.

Bottlenecks in urban traffic network are sticking points in restricting network collectivity traffic efficiency. To identify network bottlenecks effectively is a foundational work for improving network traffic condition and preventing traffic congestion. In this paper, a congestion propagation model of urban network traffic is proposed based on the cell transmission model （CTM）. The proposed model includes a link model, which describes flow propagation on links, and a node model, which represents link-to-link flow propagation. A new method of estimating average journey velocity （AJV） of both link and network is developed to identify network congestion bottlenecks. A numerical example is studied in sioux Falls urban traffic network. The proposed model is employed in simulating network traffic propagation and congestion bottleneck identification under different traffic demands. The simulation results show that continual increase of traffic demand is an immediate factor in network congestion bottleneck emergence and increase as well as reducing network collectivity capability. Whether a particular link will become a bottleneck is mainly determined by its position in network, its traffic flow （attributed to different OD pairs） component, and network traffic demand.
