高牌号无取向硅钢全尺寸夹杂物表征

采用大样电解、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)检测分析3.0%Si−0.85%Al−0.27%Mn高牌号无取向硅钢铸坯和成品板中全尺寸夹杂物的形貌、数量,并基于夹杂物种类分析主要夹杂物的来源。结果表明:铸坯中大型夹杂物的含量为2.18 mg/10 kg,引起无取向硅钢成品板表面线状缺陷的大型夹杂物来源于保护渣、顶渣及耐材的复合夹杂物;成品板中尺寸为0.50~5.00μm的显微夹杂物主要为Al_(2)O_(3),mCaO•nAl_(2)O_(3),mAl_(2)O_(3)•nSiO_(2),mMgO•nAl_(2)O_(3),AlN和硫化物等夹杂物,形貌分布多样化;0.10~1.00μm微细夹杂物的平均尺寸为0.30μm,分布密度为4.95×10^(4)个/mm^(2),尺寸主要分布在0.10~0.30μm范围;小于500 nm的析出相主要为球形或近球形的MnS和Cu_(2)S、矩形的AlN和TiN及部分形貌较为复杂的细小氧化物,尺寸主要分布在50~200 nm范围;50~100 nm析出相的分布密度为5.23×10^(5)个/mm^(2)。钢液温降和二次氧化过程生成的细小氧化物、后序热处理中析出的Cu_(2)S和均热过程未析出的AlN,TiN,MnS均以微细夹杂物析出,钉扎晶界,严重影响晶粒的生长,恶化无取向硅钢磁性能。

We construct the soliton solution and smooth positon solution of the second-type derivative nonlinear Schr¨odinger(DNLSII) equation. Additionally, we present a detailed discussion about the decomposition of the positon solution, and display its approximate orbits and variable "phase shift". The second and third order breather-positon solutions are also constructed.

With the aging of the population intensified,neurodegenerative diseases have become a major problem that plagues modern people. In the organism,the pathological process common to these diseases is the damage and death of neurons in the central nervous system. Therefore,neurons the protection is the key issuesof neurological disease prevention and treatment. Polysaccharide is one of the important active substances in life activities,and has many biological activities. Polysaccharides are one of the most important active substances in life activities. They have many biological activities,such as energy storage,structural support,defense and antigen characterization. In addition,it is characterized by small toxicity,high safety and versatility. Polysaccharides also have other biological activities,such as anti-tumor,hypoglycemic,immune regulation,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,neuroprotection and so on. As the active polysaccharide safe,non-toxic,in medicine,agriculture,food and other industries have a broad development and application value and prospects,having become a hot topic in many disciplines at home and abroad. More and more research evidence shows that polysaccharides in the neuroprotective aspects of the study more and more comprehensive and *** this paper,we reviewed the role of polysaccharides in neuroprotective mechanisms,including antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,promoting proliferation of neural cells,promoting neuronal differentiation,and inhibiting apoptosis of neurons.

This paper investigated radiative heat transfer and thermal characteristics of Fe-based oxides coated SiC and Alumina reticulated porous ceramic structures as integrated solar thermochemical ***-flux solar radiation absorption and axial temperature distribution in the ceramic foams reactor were analyzed by adopting surface-to-surface radiation model coupled to the P1approximation for radiation heat *** radiative heat transfer and thermal characteristics of different foam-type RPC structures,including SiC,CeO_2,FeAl_2O_4,NiFeAlO_4,Fe_3O_4/SiC,and NiFe_2O_4/SiC were *** mass flow rate and foam structural parameters,including the permeability,pore mean cell size,and extinction coefficients have significantly affected the axial temperature distribution,pressure drop,heat transfer,and fluid *** porous structure to the solar receiver could maximize the incorporation of redox powder in the reacting medium,lower the pressure drop,and enhance the thermal performance of the thermochemical reacting *** structure was the candidate materials in the case where more heat flux and high axial temperature distribution is ***,Fe-based oxide coated Al_2O_3structure could be considered regarding the heat transfer enhancement along with the catalyst activity of oxygen carriers for solar thermochemical reacting system performance.

中药龙胆有悠久的药用历史具有清热燥湿、泻肝胆火等功效。古代龙胆的炮制方法有酒炙、蜜炒等,其主要目的在于缓和龙胆的苦寒之性,其中酒炙法沿用历史为悠久。现代龙胆的炮制方法以酒炙法为主,其目的在于缓和龙胆的苦寒之性,同时增加药材中龙胆苦苷等成分的溶出。本文系统归纳了古代典籍和现代各省(自治区、直辖市)《中药饮片炮制规范》中关于龙胆的炮制方法,归纳现有文献中龙胆炮制前后化学成分和药理作用的变化,并以此为依据分析古今龙胆炮制变化的原因,为后续龙胆的炮制方法及龙胆制品开发提供参考。

Physical-mechanical properties of microbially induced calcite precipitation-treated loess and treatment mechanism

Loess disintegration can lead to geotechnical engineering problems,e.g.,slope erosion,wetting-induced landslide,and *** induced calcite precipitation(MICP)technique is a potential loess reinforcing *** study investigated the physical-mechanical properties of MICP-treated loess and then explored the mechanism of loess modification by ***,loess first underwent MICP treatment,i.e.,mixing loess with Sporosarcina pasteurii and cementation solution(CS).Then,the effects of the CS concentration(0.2,0.6,0.8,and 1 M)on the physical and mechanical properties of the MICP-treated loess were ***,the static contact angle test,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and X-ray diffractometry(XRD)were conducted to study the mechanism of MICP treatment on *** showed the following property changes of loess after MICP treatment:the liquid limit decreased by 1.7%,the average particle size increased from 6 to 47μm,the specific gravity decreased from 2.65 to 2.43,the unconfined compressive strength increased from 37 to 71 k Pa,and the disintegration time increased from 10 to 25 ***,the shear strength also increased,and the shear strength parameters(cohesion c and internal friction angle?)varied with the CS *** static contact angle tests indicated that the water absorption ability of loess was reduced after MICP *** and XRD results verified that the CaCO_(3)from MICP was attributed to the above *** above findings explained the mechanism of MICP treatment of loess:the CaCO_(3)coats and cements the particles,and fills the pores of loess,improving the strength and water stability of loess.

ZrO_(2) fiber is a promising high-temperature resistant and heat-insulating fiber ***,the decrease in mechanical properties caused by grain growth at high temperatures seriously affects its *** to achieve the synergy of its temperature resistance and the thermal insulation performance is still the focus of the current *** this work,we started with doping inequivalent elements and studied the phase composition,temperature resistance,and thermal insulation properties of Y_(2)O_(3)-ZrO_(2) ceramic fibers by adjusting the Y/Zr molar *** results showed that Y_(2)O_(3) could enter the crystal lattice of ZrO_(2) and form a solid *** the increase in Y_(2)O_(3) content,the structure of fibers changed from a tetragonal phase to a cubic phase,and the configurational entropy of the system *** larger configuration entropy in the sample could produce a robust steric hindrance effect,inhibiting grain *** heat treatment at 1300℃,the grain size of Y_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)(Y5Z5)fibers was only 61.8%that of Y_(0.1)Zr_(0.9)O_(1.95)(Y1Z9)*** smaller grain size made the Y5Z5 fibers still have excellent flexibility and deformation recovery performance after heat treatment at 1300℃and could still return to the original state after 85%compression or folded in *** addition,due to the larger configurational entropy,the mean free path of phonon scattering was shortened,thereby improving the thermal insulation performance of the *** short,this work achieves the synergistic effect of temperature resistance and thermal insulation properties of zirconia-based fiber materials only through simple inequivalent element doping.

To comprehensively utilize the low-iron high-vanadium-titanium magnetite,a new method of vortex smelting reduction of vanadium-titanium magnetite was proposed,and the enrichment and reconstitution regularity of Ti-bearing phases in the slag was investigated through X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction analysis,and optical *** phase diagram revealed that the preferential crystallization of MgTi_(2)O_(5) can be achieved by adjusting the CaO,MgO,and TiO_(2) contents of *** predominant Ti-bearing phases in the slag obtained from the reduction process are MgxTi_(3_x)O_(5)(0≤x≤1)and CaTiO_(3).FeTiO_(3) is present at carbon-iron ratio(CR)=1.3,while MgTi_(2)O4 and TiC are formed at CR=*** enrichment of TiO_(2) in the slag increases first and then decreases as the CR increases,and at CR=1.1,the enrichment of TiO_(2) in the slag reaches 51.3 wt.%.Additionally,the concentrations of MgxTi_(3_x)O_(5)(0≤x≤1)and CaTiO_(3) in the slag,along with the grain width of MgxTi_(3_x)O_(5)(0≤x≤1),decrease with the increase in CR.
