Designing economical oxygen evolution reaction(OER) electrocatalysts with high activity and long-term stability is essential to promote the scale-up applications of proton exchange membrane water electrolyzer(PEMWE) for hydrogen production. Ruthenium(Ru)-based materials with high intrinsic activity are hailed as the most promising catalysts, but still infeasible for practical application considering their long unresolved poor stability(only dozens of lifespan). Thus, tremendous efforts have been devoted to uncovering the degradation mechanisms and developing stabilization strategies for the Ru-based catalysts. In this review, starting from summarizing the fundamental understanding of deactivation mechanisms, a picture of the stability issue of Ru-based catalysts is proposed, which is followed by a detailed discussion on the recently developed strategies and progress made on enhancing durability. Finally, insights on the prospects for the future development of stable and practical Rubased OER catalysts are provided.

The microstructure, phase composition and cold shut defect of thick titanium alloy electron beam welded joint were studied. The results showed that the microstructure of weld zone was composed of α′ phase; the heat affected zone was divided into fine-grained zone and coarse-grained zone, the microstructure of fine-grained zone was primary α phase ＋ β phase ＋ equiaxed α phase, and the microstructure of coarse-grained zone was primary α phase ＋ acicular α′ phase; the microstructure of base metal zone basically consisted of primary α phase, and a small amount of residual β phase sprinkled. The forming. reason of cold shut was analyzed, and the precaution of cold shut was proposed.

Lung cancer is a malady of the lungs that gravely jeopardizes human ***,early detection and treatment are paramount for the preservation of human *** computed tomography(CT)image sequences can explicitly delineate the pathological condition of the *** meet the imperative for accurate diagnosis by physicians,expeditious segmentation of the region harboring lung cancer is of utmost *** utilize computer-aided methods to emulate the diagnostic process in which physicians concentrate on lung cancer in a sequential manner,erect an interpretable model,and attain segmentation of lung *** specific advancements can be encapsulated as follows:1)Concentration on the lung parenchyma region:Based on 16-bit CT image capturing and the luminance characteristics of lung cancer,we proffer an intercept histogram algorithm.2)Focus on the specific locus of lung malignancy:Utilizing the spatial interrelation of lung cancer,we propose a memory-based Unet architecture and incorporate skip connections.3)Data Imbalance:In accordance with the prevalent situation of an overabundance of negative samples and a paucity of positive samples,we scrutinize the existing loss function and suggest a mixed loss *** results with pre-existing publicly available datasets and assembled datasets demonstrate that the segmentation efficacy,measured as Area Overlap Measure(AOM)is superior to 0.81,which markedly ameliorates in comparison with conventional algorithms,thereby facilitating physicians in diagnosis.

Double-bonded spray membrane waterproofing materials have excellent waterproofing performance and can improve the load-bearing capacity of tunnel linings, leading to an increasing global application. However, due to the double-bonded capability of spray membrane materials, traditional interlayer drainage methods cannot be applied. This limitation makes it difficult to use them in drainage-type tunnels, significantly restricting their range of applications. In this regard, a novel tunnel waterproof-drainage system based on double-bonded spray membrane materials was proposed in this paper. The proposed drainage system primarily comprises upper drainage sheets and bottom drainage blind pipes, both located in the tunnel circumferential direction, as well as longitudinal drainage pipes within the tunnel. Subsequently, numerical calculation methods are employed to analyze the seepage characteristics of this system, revealing the water pressure distribution around the tunnel. The results indicate that in the novel waterproof-drainage system, the water pressure in the secondary lining exhibits a "mushroom-shaped" distribution in the circumferential direction, while the water pressure in the longitudinal direction exhibits a "wave-like" distribution. Furthermore, comparative results with other waterproof-drainage systems indicate that under typical working conditions with a water head of 160 m and a rock permeability coefficient of 10-6 m/s, the maximum water pressure in the secondary lining of the novel waterproof-drainage system is 0.6 MPa. This represents a significant reduction compared to fully encapsulated waterproofing and traditional drainage systems, which respectively reduce the water pressure by 65% and 30%. The applicability analysis of the double-bonded waterproofing and drainage system reveals that it can reduce at least 40% of the static water pressure in any groundwater environments. The novel drainage system provides a valuable reference for the application

Anther dehiscence is a crucial event in plant reproduction,tightly regulated and dependent on the lignification of the anther *** this study,we investigated the rapid lignification process that ensures timely anther dehiscence in *** findings reveal that endothecium lignification can be divided into two distinct *** Phase Ⅰ,lignin precursors are synthesized without polymerization,while Phase Ⅱ involves simultaneous synthesis of lignin precursors and *** transcription factors MYB26,NST1/2,and ARF17 specifically regulate the pathway responsible for the synthesis and polymerization of lignin monomers in Phase Ⅱ.MYB26-NST1/2 is the key regulatory pathway responsible for endothecium lignification,while ARF17 facilitates this process by interacting with ***,our results demonstrate that the lignification of the endothecium,which occurs within approximately 26 h,is much faster than that of the vascular *** findings provide valuable insights into the regulation mechanism of rapid lignification in the endothecium,which enables timely anther dehiscence and successful pollen release during plant reproduction.
