Here,we characterize the temporal and spatial dynamics of forest community structure and species diversity in a subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest in *** found that community structure in this forest changed over a 15-year ***,renewal and death of common species was large,with the renewal of individuals mainly concentrated within a few populations,especially those of Aidia canthioides and Cryptocarya *** numbers of individual deaths for common species were concentrated in the small and mid-diameter *** spatial distribution of community species diversity fluctuated in each monitoring period,showing a more dispersed diversity after the 15-year study period,and the coefficient of variation on quadrats *** 2010,the death and renewal of the community and the spatial variation of species diversity were different compared to other survey *** weather may have affected species regeneration and community stability in our subtropical monsoon evergreen broad-leaved *** findings suggest that strengthening the monitoring and management of the forest community will help better understand the long-and short-term causes of dynamic fluctuations of community structure and species diversity,and reveal the factors that drive changes in community structure.

The accelerated method in solving optimization problems has always been an absorbing *** on the fixedtime(FxT)stability of nonlinear dynamical systems,we provide a unified approach for designing FxT gradient flows(FxTGFs).First,a general class of nonlinear functions in designing FxTGFs is provided.A unified method for designing first-order FxTGFs is shown under Polyak-Łjasiewicz inequality assumption,a weaker condition than strong *** there exist both bounded and vanishing disturbances in the gradient flow,a specific class of nonsmooth robust FxTGFs with disturbance rejection is *** the strict convexity assumption,Newton-based FxTGFs is given and further extended to solve time-varying ***,the proposed FxTGFs are further used for solving equation-constrained ***,an FxT proximal gradient flow with a wide range of parameters is provided for solving nonsmooth composite *** show the effectiveness of various FxTGFs,the static regret analyses for several typical FxTGFs are also provided in ***,the proposed FxTGFs are applied to solve two network problems,i.e.,the network consensus problem and solving a system linear equations,respectively,from the perspective of ***,by choosing component-wisely sign-preserving functions,these problems can be solved in a distributed way,which extends the existing *** accelerated convergence and robustness of the proposed FxTGFs are validated in several numerical examples stemming from practical applications.

Introduction There is currently no standard treatment for relapsed and arsenic trioxide(ATO)-resistant acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL).Here,we report a case series of realgar-indigo naturalis formula(RIF)for the successful treatment of patients with relapsed and ATO-resistant *** presentation Two patients in the first relapse and one in the second relapse failed to achieve hematologic complete remission(HCR)when reinduced by ATO;the other five patients progressed to relapse during ATO-based regimens for post-remission *** eight patients received RIF in three doses per day totaling 130 mg/kg(≤30 pills)as induction therapy and achieved HCR at a median time of 46.5 *** received 5 years of post-remission therapy,which consisted of combined chemotherapy followed by *** this period,the patients did not experience renal dysfunction or QT interval *** the last follow-up,three patients survived without relapse,two patients survived with a second or third relapse and third or fourth remission,and the other three patients relapsed for a third or fourth time and *** 5-year overall survival and event-free survival rates were 75.0%(95%confidence interval[CI]:31.5–93.1)and 37.5%(95%CI:5.6–71.7),*** RIF for induction therapy and RIF combined with chemotherapy for post-remission therapy may represent an effective and safe protocol for the treatment of patients with relapsed and ATO-resistant APL.

Objective： To observe the intervention effect of Shugan Jianpi Formula （疏肝健脾方,SGJPF） on a breast cancer mouse model with depression and investigate the underlying mechanism of SGJPF in preventing the development of breast cancer. Metkods： The breast cancer model was induced by inoculation of breast cancer cells, the depression model was induced by chronic stress stimuli, and the depression cancer model was established by combining the two factors. The mice were divided into 7 groups： normal control, depression model, tumor model, depression tumor model, SGJPF, chemotherapy, and SGJPF＋chemotherapy groups. The last 3 groups were depression breast cancer mice and treated respectively with SGJPF, chemotherapy drug gemcitabine （GEM）, and SGJPF alongside GEM. The condition of the mice was evaluated by the expression of 5-hydroxytryptamine in hippocampus after the sucrose water test and open field test, weight change, and survival time. Tumor growth was monitored with in vivo imaging. Flow cytometry was used to analyze the level of myeloid-derived suppression cell （MDSC） in the mouse spleen, T cell subsets, and the early apoptosis of CD8~ T cells, Results： The SGJPF＋GEM group had the highest inhibition rate and the longest survival time （P〈0.01）. The MDSC level and the apoptosis rate of CD8＊ T cells was the highest in the SGJPF＋GEM group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Depressive disorders and tumor growth could suppress the immune function of mice to different degrees, and the microenvironment in late 4T1 inflammatory breast cancer may play an important role in the pathological process. SGJYF could regulate the immune microenvironment by reducing CD8＊ T lymphocyte apoptosis and tumor cell activity, increasing immune surveillance capability, and inhibiting MDSC proliferation, thus prolonging the survival time of tumor-bearing mice.

Three-dimensional atom-probe tomography and first-principles calculation combined with density functional theory were used to study the effect of the co-segregation of different elements formed during the solidification process of S32205 duplex stainless steel on the Cr-depleted zone at the interface between ferrite and *** was found that the co-segregation of different elements formed during the solidification process of duplex stainless steel can also form Cr-depleted zone at the interface between ferrite and ***,Mo,Si,B,C and P atoms promote co-segregation with Cr atoms,which promotes the formation of Cr-depleted zone at the interface between ferrite and austenite in duplex stainless *** and Si strongly promote the segregation of Cr at the interface between ferrite and austenite,thereby promoting the formation of Cr-depleted zone.B,C and P elements also promote the segregation of Cr element at the interface between ferrite and austenite and the formation of Cr-depleted zone,but their effect is weaker than that of Mo and Si *** conclusions provide a new theoretical basis for improving the intergranular corrosion performance of duplex stainless steel.

Lithospheric strength of the Anatolian plateau and implications for strong earthquake activity in Turkey

On February 6, 2023, the doublet earthquake including two main shocks with magnitudes M_(W)7.8 and M_(W)7.5, occurred near the western side of the East Anatolian Fault at the southeast boundary of the Anatolian Plateau in Turkey. Based on the WGM2012 Bouguer gravity anomaly data and the Etopo1topography data, this study first introduced a joint inversion of admittance and coherence functions and used the Bayesian optimal parameter estimation method to obtain the effective elastic thickness Teand loading ratio F of the lithosphere for various tectonic units in the Anatolian Plateau. Secondly, we discussed the characteristics and influencing factors of the lithospheric mechanical strength and analyzed its relationship with seismic activity. The lithospheric mechanical strength of the Anatolian Plateau showed clear lateral heterogeneity and a "weak-strong-weak" spatial pattern from east to west,reflecting various tectonic processes. At last, the strong seismic activity was found where the lithospheric strength was low in the Anatolian Plate. We also incorporated GPS strain rate and other results to investigate the tectonic background and primary causes of the M_(W)7.8 and M_(W)7.5 doublet earthquakes in Turkey. The results have a good insight into urban safety design in the Turkish region, including postdisaster rehabilitation, earthquake hazard assessment, and loss reduction.
